I think it's great so far, smooth user experience. The visual design could use an upgrade but it doesn't get in the way of using the app! Definitely going to be using this over Uber/Lyft.

Super glitchy. App stopped working while i was waiting for the driver, who took twice as long as app promised. Also, charged more than the amount listed in preview. Plus i cant seem to get the app to adjust to give driver 5 stars

Aside from the tech and personel inconsistencies, I was charged almost double my original fare for one of my rides through no fault of my own (which I'm disputing) . I really want to continue showing my support for this cause, but they really need to get it together.

Okay! So decent app I was able to get my ride cancelled it just took a while. I do love that I'm able to text the support line because people usually answer that faster. I think the only complaint I really have is the wait time ti find a driver but that's to be expected since its new! Overall a great app

My first few experiences using this were a little rocky, but that's to be expected from something so new. I really love the idea of this and I want it to succeed, so I keep giving it a try. My latest experience was fantastic. I booked a ride the night before for the next day. The next morning I got a call from someone at the company explaining the process and was told that a driver would be on the way at the time I requested. Everything went smoothly and I'm looking forward to using it again.

This app is force closing on the pixel 8. I want to use it in lieu of Uber but I'm getting no choice here.

Reservation cancelled after pick up time. I made a reservation 48 hours on advance because i had a very early pick up time. Received 2 text wirh driver information. Standing in front of my building before pick up time. App can't locate my driver. Got a cancellation text 5 minutes after pick up time. Won't use them again unless desperate and can find a car right away.

Hoping this will start working in Minneapolis, but like others the app doesn't work on my Pixel 7. It crashes every time I open it.

Great initiative TERRIBLE APP. I wanna throw uber and lyft away and instead use this exclusively but the app does not work period.

I have a newer Samsung phone and after setting it up, the app crashed 4-5 times immediately when opening it before it finally worked. I'd like to support this company with Uber and Lyft potentially leaving Minneapolis, but the team needs to get this fixed or it will be a deterrent to recruiting more drivers and riders. We need a replacement for Lyft/Uber. Please work fast!

It seems like such a great idea, and I want it to succeed. But the app crashes after 1-2 seconds every time I open it. I was able to input all my details when I first installed the app, and now I can't even keep the app open long enough to delete my account!

Great idea, app needs work. My address didn't register when typed so I had to manually move the pin on the map to pinpoint my pickup + drop off locations - inconvenient but not a big deal. My quote for the ride was $30 less than uber - amazing! Wait for car was quoted at 13 mins, fair for new service. But then I waited and nothing. My trip had to be reordered 4x after the finding you a driver screen repeatedly skipped back to the home screen after minutes of waiting b/w each attempt. No car came

Incredible initiative that I so badly want to support over the other ride sharing apps, but the app simply just does not work. It won't open at all when I'm on wifi at home which means they must be using a non-standard port other than 443, even off of wifi sometimes it won't open, and even when it does and I can request a car, it just hangs on the "looking for driver" screen for 10 minutes or more (even when the estimated pickup time is much less). PLEASE MAKE YOUR APP WORK SO WE CAN SUPPORT!!!
