Good idea but missing features. No option to put a pin on a map. Only an address. Very inconvenient for large shopping centers. No option to add your own tip. Only preselected %'s

First ride on here today - 👍. I've updated this review to note an app glitch should be reported in the app. Like all new apps, this may have a few bugs that are being worked out but the drivers do show up and the rides are great. This is a huge gain for riders and drivers alike. Way to go Colorado!! spread the word :)

Love the idea, but haven't been able to successfully get a ride yet. After booking the ride, the driver didn't drive to the pickup spot - the driver icon just sat in the same spot it was when the ride was booked. Even 15 minutes after the ride was supposed to arrive, it was still the same 5 minutes away. I eventually canceled the ride because it was clear the driver wasn't going to show up. I was still fully charged for the ride, though, so I guess that's one way for them to make money. 🙃

Great idea, I'm excited to see how it progresses! Keep in mind, this is a brand new app and it's a co-op. They don't have the millions in startup funds some developers get, because big name investors aren't often impressed by ethical businesses that value the workers. There will be hiccups and speed bumps but functionality will improve with time. You can use other rideshare apps as backup, but if we want apps like this to succeed, it is up to us as the consumers to show continued support.

It could be a 5* app, but they have no respect for rider safety as evidenced by their complete lack of rider safety tools... why can't I share my rider with my loved ones? Why can't I share my location with my loved ones? All of the drivers I've ridden with so far have been great (although one drove with the dome light on)... but it only takes one... there are literally no rider protections, and as far as I can tell, the company seems to make this a last priority.

The App has a lot of potential, but the schedule ride feature doesn't work if there are no drivers currently available. This is a core function since there are few drivers so scheduling is the best way to get a ride. I want this app to succeed, but I am concerned since the core features are not 100%

I want to like this, but I can't get started. put in my phone number and they say they sent a text... but nothing ever appears. even double checked spam and blocked. if this gets fixed I'll of course update my review, but currently the app is non functional

can't sign up for an account, I put my phone number in to verify and requested the code 4 times... nothing ever came. as a full time driver who is looking to switch platforms completely it is discouraging to know the sign up for a rider account is impossible.

I want to preface this with that I entirely understand that this is a brand new app and I love the idea. But while I do love and support this idea, and will be keeping the app installed to check for updates, I would love to be able to get past entering my phone number. I enter my number to receive a code that never comes even after a fresh install

just downloaded the app and got a notice saying the app will not be functional beginning April 30th 2025? then when I tried to schedule a ride to the airport in two days there was nothing on the app to allow me to do that. I googled how to do it and the directions I got told me to select "where to vote" on the app and proceed from there. The where to vote link does not exist on the app. wow.

The app is great. The main features are there from Uber/Lyft but a way better pay ratio for our local drivers. The app briefly loses what is happening with the ride but then refreshes itself. It doesn't show you there is a tip option until the ride ends. The ride itself was cheaper than Uber/Lyft and came almost as fast. I'm only using this for rides now.

App kept crashing over & over. I cleared the cache & data, uninstalled & reinstalled. It finally loaded, but my car wasn't moving on the map while the top flickered. Then the app crashed again and it told me my ride was canceled. I used the app successfully back in November and had a great experience. Looking forward to using it again!
