Need to access phones internal memory, photos contacts chats etc... Too demanding. So the App was deleted right after.

Have been using this for a few years. Now the latest 3.15.1 fails with net::ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE for most of the functions. Phone is Huawei P20 Pro

The app does not login. I am overseas and wanted to make important transactions but keep showing loading and no response after that. No response from the technical team yet.

Whenever I want to check my transaction records, I always get the interface server error. This problem has persisted for months.

it is a garbage app! This bank's internet banking is sucks, nowaday still need the existing customer to download the application form, print, sign and return the hard copy to the bank in person? The web site even no link to direct the customer to get the form? Old and outdated bank, managed by stupid people , even worse than 30 years ago....

After download & installation, the App cannot be opened, a fast flash of the logo then disappeared without any messages. Please fix it immediately !!! I am waiting it to do my banking services !!!

App cannot be open on Oppo Find n3, but it works on my 6 years old Samsung Galaxy S8+. Wondering if this app not working on latest Android version or foldable phone. Btw, biometric sign in not working on Oppo. Please fix the app.

Giving 1 Star because the app logs out too quickly. I understand it's a good thing. But Smartphones are meant for multi-tasking. I need to switch to different apps before making decision to buy or sell my stocks. Would be good to at least keep us logged in for a good 3-5 minutes or so.

Unusuable, does not scale to my 8" tablet and does not scroll properly so I cannot go to the lower part of the screen to confirm my password. The only way to resolve it is to use the browser.

App cannot be open. Went to bank branches they couldn't help. Latest phone model, I even went to my phone shop and service centre, not phone problem. Frustrating and very inconvenient. May consider terminating my accounts if this persists. Disappointing

The app doesn't open (close upon launching the app, without any error message prompted from the system - meaning the app makes the closing action itself, not the system). I am using Android 13 under beta program on my Pixel phone - the system version that is being launched onto latest devices. I have had SIX other bank apps and two other financial apps, and hundreds of other apps installed on my phone - zero of them face the same issue.

After the latest update, the app is no longer usable. The screen is always blank when I turn on the app. I can't check anything from statements to verifying my credit card payment. I can't even use your card to do anything now. Please fix it.
