Figuring out a breeding strategy, picking out which ducks to get rid of, and discovering new characteristics to breed the ducks for is a lot of fun. Eventually it turns into a bit of a waiting game, especially after you have a system down for getting rid of the correct ducks, but I'm still giving 4 stars. The game wasn't anything groundbreaking. lol

So fun and silly, but also surprisingly strategic, definitely recommend. It took me a while to figure out how to start getting ducks from the sets. The one tip I will offer is: Be brutal in sacrificing your ducks (the only way I've found to breed any of the sets is to limit the type of ducks running around. The crazy mutations do keep showing up, so you'll be able to get them when you move onto a new set. I also bought the lamp and removed adds and that has made this game an absolute delight!

This game is a delightful and silly time waster. Early on I got annoyed by some of the ads (a little long, and sometimes tough to close without being navigated to the advertiser's link) and paid the two bucks. Honestly, paying for the app was worth it for me, and it really increased my enjoyment of the game. I also purchased the lamp, & population upgrade, which I feel have also been worth it. The only downside so far, is that I get too attached to the ducks, but that is not the game's fault!

(Update: The recent updat fixed it. Leaving this for reference for others.) I really like the game and all aspects of it. I am having the problem where when I click the screen nothing happens the buttons twitch but doesn't open anything. I cannot open eggs or anything. All I can do is drop the ducks down the hole and nothing else. Hope this gets fixed.

This game is great. Definitely scratches the collecting itch that I have and the in-game purchases aren't necessary but are reasonably priced and useful. Would love to see an additional upgrade option for one-way storage, though. I like to keep my completed ducks and I understand that making an unlimited lamp would be unreasonable, but it would be neat to be able to permanently store more ducks without the option to remove them (so you can't bring them back to breed).

This game is very mysterious and funny. There are alot of variations of mutations, and it's kinda cool. The only downside is, literally every upgrade uses real life money. They are cheap which is good, but it would be cool if there was a way to get upgrades without spending. Another pro is the ads, barely any ads, only for speeding hatch time though isn't bad. But it'd be better for there to be in-game currency for upgrades, hatch time, mutation perks, etc. Yet good for passing the time

I like it, only problem is it has ads when you open it where the box with the ex is on the left side of the screen instead of the right and I have a camera that gets in the way so I can close the ads so I can't play the game anymore :( also then I uninstalled and reinstalled, paid the 99 cents to remove ads and ads still pop up when I open the app. UPDATE: YAY! I remembered this game and I re installed, it's working great and the problem is all fixed. Thank you!!!

The concept is honestly pretty cool, the artwork is nice and the controls are easy. But it's so mindless that I became bored of it in literally 3 minutes. There should be a more entertaining way of obtaining new eggs, not just waiting a few seconds. Games need a form of reward system otherwise they feel pointless, which games already are, so you have to make the player feel like they are achieving something

There are a lot of parts, and it's fun to see weird combinations, but after day one it slows down way too much. Waiting times are too long to sit and actively watch, but too short to comfortably leave and come back. (3-10 minutes) Minigames would solve this issue, I think. Even just allowing players to do the Duck-off casually for no reward. Or maybe some way to interact with the ducks? I do like the game, though; the art is great and the overall theme is weird and funny.

Like many mentioned before it lacks an actual sort of goal or incentive to keep players in the long run. However, I am having fun! I like this type of game and the battle mechanics are original in my opinion! Surely it could use more options / settings / controls or things to do but at least it's very intuitive as it is. I don't like when games get too complicated to early.

Absolutely wonderful. I tried to find a pattern in the appearance of parts, and I couldn't find anything consistent. The randomness removes some of the pressure! I don't feel like this game is playable without the lamp, but the prices and concept were so good, I bought all three lamp spaces. The most frustrating/devastating part is when you accidentally sacrifice the wrong duck. I wish there was an undo button. Or an option to throw away eggs instead of being forced to wait for them to hatch!

This game is adorable. The ads are very limited; simply a banner at the bottom and optional ads to speed up progress or increase the rarity of eggs. The concept is hilarious, and the duck designs are very cute--my favorite is the bee--and the options for obtaining ducks are fun. If you want to spend a couple of bucks on a game, I'd recommend it, as the space for various ducks is limited (only 25), and the breeding lines are unpredictable (get the lamp). For a strictly free game, I give 4/5.

This game is really fun for anyone who enjoys strategy games that take longer. Once you purchase the lamp to store ducks then everything picks up pace with the goal to make the sets. There is no tutorial to explain this at the beginning which would be helpful. Also I wish the game had two big updates: lists of ducks in the lamp, and breakout view of parts in a set (in book) to show what you've discovered and what you may have a part of already. It's hard to clearly see parts in the book.

Ducks freeze upon start and buttons break making the game unplayable. The app responds just fine and I've played until my second duck hatched but then the game closed and won't work. It will load but I can't do anything. Edit: turns out the phone was the one that made the problem. I got a new phone and tried it out on this one and it worked with no flaws. It's all good!

WARNING: my game randomly completely reset after weeks of play, and there's no way to get progress back. I was given an apology and some clusterbucks so that was nice. But I have zero desire to keep playing now, fearing that all my progress could be wiped again. Before my progress was erased: This game is really fun and addictive. Wait times for egg hatching are reasonable, not very many ads. It's fun, but it really sucks to have to start over.

It's a very cute game very entertaining (and time consuming) very east to lose track of time while playing this and it doesn't have much ads. I haven't actually had an ad just pop up with out me clicking to watch an ad for something and idk I'm weird I like having the option if I wanna watch an ad or not. The background music actually isn't annoying I enjoy it although it is repetitive but most games have really bad music so I mean whatever. And there you have it a random 14 year olds option 👍

It's a really fun game, whole screen ads are optional, and it's a simple and easy to understand game design. The customization of ducks is really cool and I enjoy how there are so many combinations of parts. However, my one complaint is that sometimes when I close the game and open it up to play a little again after a few hours, I'll find that my eggs gained no hatching progress. Please fix this! It's really annoying to go back and see that I waited for no reward!
