Booked a reservation at Shawnee village in the Poconos for the first time using the new club Wyndham app. I found it very easy to use, and we booked our vacation in a matter of minutes. Absolutely, recommend this app. 4 club Wyndham members.

My first time using the app. I was able to navigate through the process I needed to book my get away. I'm still needed to look through all areas to get a better feel for it all. it has features I'm thinking will be good.

Won't recognize my password. Tried deleting then uploading again. Locked me out, saying too many tries, only tried like 3 times, no joke, i can understand if i tried like 5+ times.....Will try again in a few days. Frustrating

I am at Sedona Arizona Wyndham. I have a problems with the staff helping me log into my app. set up my app and this is how you book all of your vacations. I have been trying to get this accomplished for 2 days now and it has still not finished.

I love the search options! One of my favorite features is being able to search by destination type. I'm always looking for beach getaways, and the app makes it so easy to find resorts that fit exactly what l'm looking for. It's such a helpful tool. This makes it easier to plan my next trip!

I have to make a new password every day I log in. I write new password down. the next time I log in, site says password is wrong. Arrr!!!!

Update 12/10/24- it appears that the app will now close normally. If you are a Club Wyndham member, I highly recommend downloading this app so you can view it book reservations without a PC. Won't close? App looks like web interface optimized for mobile, which is much better than navigating a website on a mobile device. However, there is no way to minimize and close the app when finished.

This app is a game changer for booking on the go. I booked a trip in 5 minutes flat! Super easy to use--you just click to open, pick a destination, check availability with the easy to see availability calendar. You can manage your reservations, cancel, change, and explore. I have booked my trips without popping open my computer!! Check out the deals tab if you are flexible!

I am trying to log onto the app, but when prompted for a 6 digit pin, the pin provided by the automated calling system is only 5 digits which makes this app unusable. I am shocked that this basic functionality wasn't caught during their testing period which makes me wonder about the quality of this app in general.

App doesn't work after I used it one time when I was told to first download it. It keeps saying there is an error and to call an 877 number. I can only wonder how much of a mess any of their properties are since I can't book anything. Hopefully I'll be able to get my money back. update: I did get my money back. but I had to act quick. only had 5 days.

As a first time user I found navigating the site to be straightforward and helpful. It allows you to be flexible with dates and location and narrows down desired areas of travel.

why can't I book Dec through January? it won't let me change the year on any location. And my bucket list hasn't worked in months!

I prefer to do things on my laptop, but incredibly, I think the app is easier to use. Very intuitive.

Booking a room is no problem, but after almost 3 months since I added Travel Up, I still can't access it. I am now on my second ticket and don't believe anyone is working on it. It's very frustrating!

I have now tried the app two separate times about a month or so apart. I uninstalled it after each try because it seems to hijack my phone where I cannot minimize or close the app. C'mon Wyndham - you are big enough that this should not happen! It locks up and keeps "loading".
