This is the worst all ever. Don't not download. You think it can be amazing but it takes "30 days" until you can deposit anything. You need a $110 minimum to deposit. They took 5 months to answer me and I still have my money in that app. They won't let me deposit it saying "you have to wait 30 days after the last transactions to deposit" and I did. They just don't add a button for you to deposit. Complete scam. If I could give 0 I 100% would.

I'm constantly getting messages from creators thanking me for a follow that I never followed. Club is automatically following 5-6 creators for me. When I unfollow them within a minute, a new 5-6 appear. I want to choose who I follow. This is ridiculous! You're going to lose customers this way. Update:12/10/24 Didn't hear from you after multiple messages. All you said was, you're looking into it. It doesn't take over a week to figure this out. I have deleted my account. This app is garbage.

Good luck deleting your account. It's literally impossible. They tell you that you can't delete it in the app and have to go to the browser. Check your email and it takes you to the app no matter what. You also can't delete payment info. You can cancel the membership but no no on getting rid of your account or payment info.

I've had an awesome experience with this app so far, started around August 9th, earned some money, first cash out was initiated 10/15, got the money on the 16th, my account didn't hit the $200 min yet I still got an automatic withdrawal and now my account has the same amount it had then and I can't cash out? Messaged support a week ago, no response despite the 2 hour promise? come on y'all get it together, I need to cash out my funds. my 2 mo old son died and I need it TODAY for his funeral.

Something's off with this app. I invest my time music and everything too this app as of recently all for this app to literally not let me verify myself . I've done it multiple times and not only will it not work it wouldn't let me pull out my balance unless it's insured?????? Like bruh what does that even mean .

Most complain is on the charges, I have to pay to subscribe to the creator, I also have to pay to view the free media, and to comment on the posts, and there is also a shop for you to purchase exclusive media. Everything is behind a paywall and yet the app is not that smooth. Didnt consent to Club+ subscription and suddenly I am charged 19.90 I dont recommend this platform to support your creators.

COMPLETE SCAM!!!! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFO OR CREDIT CARD INFO! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND YOU'LL NEVER GET PAID. I'VE WAITED 3 MONTHS FOR MY $380 AND THEY KEEP SAYING THEY ARE LOOKING INTO IT. They claim it's free to subscribe, just to get you to add your card information, then they want money once you do. They also take money out of your account when you add your information, for nothing, you literally get nothing from them, it's straight up theft.

Forced to buy tokens that can only be used in one section of the app, and you won't be refunded. I've turned off the auto recharge token switch every time I see it on, as I scowl at the app trying to find the value of the tokens. Had random people on my feed, that I've never seen before. The app is confusing and lacks an explanation for anything. Don't download, find something else.

The only thing is 40% is a little ridiculous and payout takes wayyy too long to even choose to cash out..and its just as long to have it deposited in the bank to be able to use it. And I never have enough to automatically deposit it in my bank.... could be coincidence but I always have to manually do so. But the whole concept and set up and the mission I would definitely say all that is accomplished and on point also it's very simple to use.
