Bought a guide to one of the attractions I was visiting, my account was charged but the guide was nowhere to be found

Horrible , I paste the code of purchased tour , and application shutdown , I restarted and pasted code again - it said code already used - purchase again . Disgusting money scam.

Great tour but the app is nearly unusable. The worst UI ever. Designed by people who have seemingly never used a smartphone.

App stopped. Restarted from the beginning. Audio always super loud. Could not change it with the buttons. Many stops only had text.

Had to install app to get into the Pena Castle, but it's impossible to buy tickets with this app, the button does not work. Just a waste of time and data.

Do not download this app. It demands all kind of access to your device that have no purpose othe than to collect personal info about you. I paid for the access code before i downloaded the app, and the download of the tour failed before it finished, so i cannot download this tour without paying for it a second time. What a scam! They should pay me for this access to my personal info.

Absolute garbage. Audio player often either refuses to play, or just replays the previous track when you try to play a new chapter/code. I will never purchase another audio guide using this app again.

Quite user-friendly app! However, at the Palace of Pena, the connection was spotty, so downloading the guides took a bit longer than expected...☁

Really bad app, paid for a audio tour and even when downloaded it wouldn't play. This also would not work if not connected too WiFi. After every audio had to re enter code and waste time

DOES NOT WORK FOR ME. Touching any button on the opening screen goes to black for several seconds then reboots the app. I've done a phone restart without success.

It works a little, but almost unusable. Terrible UI that jumps around. Almost impossible to do a tour as you're clicking through random orders of audio sites. We used it for 2 snippets and decided it wasn't worth the hassle. Shame. Certainly not worth $1 or anything

Had some issue with losing access to a guide activated as a guest, but support was responsive and helpful. The app has some rough edges where I need to kill and restart the app for it to detect a network connection, but overall this is an improvement compared to using dedicated devices at the museums.

Terrible app, super buggy and not all of the audio clips load up. Half the time, when an audio clip does load, it's the wrong audio clip. Not worth the 1.50 for the audio package. Also, because it's an in app purchase, you can't get a refund. Buyer beware!

Unusable app and best to avoid. I wanted an audio tour for the Pena palace and castle dos Mouros. Neither worked as the app wouldn't properly launch. It indicated "Preparing for first run" and then would fail indicating no connection to the internet. I retried several times over the course of 2 days. With cell only, with WiFi, allowing every permission possible and it never worked. Money and time wasted on a poorly developed and poorly tested app.

Used at Queluz palace in Lisbon Portugal. Perfect during Covid and audio quality was good . Download was a bit slow & no indication of file size. Especially for roaming data. But worked well and much better than physical audioguide devices - pictures, extra information etc.

I paid for and installed this app to get an audio guide to the Palacio de Pena in Portugal. However on arrival, when I pressed Start Tour, I discovered that this guide had still to be downloaded. This was impossible over the roaming data service. Hence the app was unusable. Surely when I registered the relevant audio guides could have been pre- download and used of line. Not at all impressed.
