All the features are DIFFICULT to use. You can't access your data through the app. Can't manage data on the app. Some downloaded files are lost because you don't find them on your device nor do they remain in the app. Toooo much ads! Infact this app is a STRESS for short!😬 I gave two stars cos at least you tried to give the world something useful; though I'm not fully sure "what you're up to", but I hope good. You have more to do cos your try isn't enough

The whole experience was just your one goal of money grabbing, rather than ensuring your product works sufficiently well for new users. I would bow not ever buy your product. There are plenty more similar apps on the market. If you wish to speak further, I can be contacted by email.

I guess my Moto g 5g (2022) may not be compatible with this app. None of the log-in functions work. So I can't blame the app.

I would like to be able to make folders to categories and store my data for example: video folder to store video files. Also I would like to be able to preview my files

Keeps trying to sell Mr space I don't need. Can't figure out why it tells me I'm out of space, when I look I have not used any space . Very confusing to try and use. That's why no data . I have 3 cloud spaces from 3 different places and only one is user friendly. It's not this space for sure. You should male your app more user friendly. I can't even store anything In the space I have. Why would I pay for something I can't use? Or accsess.

I purchased but in no video player also no any file viewer in it pls make this features is very important for showing images or video and more this is very useless app only storage no access online, also downloaded files not display in my phone where is downloaded file store i lost my file where is my file? I cant find downloaded file in my phone 😫

U don't provide kn various devices iam not filing with your app but another of things had changed on my device so I don't approve of that apps shodnt have the ability to do that everyone should stay in there own lane. Right

Doesn't work!! Backed up my phone to it and when I tried to recover it from my new phone it says there is 0 data on the cloud but I even screen shot it with 89gb data saved to it... ironically, the screen shot is on my old phone WHICH I NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TOO WHICH IS WHY I WAS USING (AND PAYING!!!!!!) FOR THIS APP IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!! Do not lose all pictures of your kids and contacts like I did by using this useless app!!!!!

Is there a way to select more that 30 items? I have close to 1000 files I want to store and that will take quite a while. would be nice to select everything and let app upload in background without having to check and select more every few minutes.

Just installed this app. Took less than 5 minutes set up, easy and straight forward. This will be a great addition (as a secondary backup) to anyones cloud backup needs. Although it's free, it says contains ads and boy does it. Just keep that in mind. Other than the ads, it's pretty darn good.

Maybe another couple of stars if I can get some answers. When I try to upload contacts, there is no "select all" button, and no check boxes to know what I am actually uploading. Plus the "Downloads path" button in the settings does nothing when I select it. Am I missing something or are these feature only available on the paid version? I did give it more stars because of a very quick response to a few questions. Great customer service! Only a few more answers that I am sure they will send me and I will get the premium version and give 5 stars.
