I have never written a review in my life, but this app has pushed me to do it. this app has been horrible since day one. You can't even type more than 2 sentences before it glitches out, and you are talking about an app to communicate with lawyers about important information that requires paragraphs. absolutely horrible for the past 2 years I have used it.

App on android is extremely slow and even freezes in mid typing and just closes. I have all the android equipment but unsure why there aren't any updates to the android format. The help center is no real help. Not going to switch to iPhone because your developer cannot fix issues on CLIO android.

Keep in mind, this is early access. App isn't functional day 1. Don't quite understand why it is limited to mobile only and has zero web interface for desktops. Since it doesn't have a web interface, not sure why it can't work with Clio Connect. Can't transfer Clio Connect clients over to new Clio for Clients platform. Unsure if it can do esignatures since it isn't currently functional.

App is locking up when I open a messaging thread that I have shared several documents in and sent/received several messages in. I can't even type my message without waiting 5-20 seconds for the app to unlock. Even when it unlocks I can only type on character before having to wait again. If I close the app and reopen it then I have a few seconds of typing before I'm back in the same boat.

I can't believe anyone would pay for this service or force clients to use it. "Folder structure" is terribly confusing, as a single uploaded document shows up in two different places (three, if you count the messages tab - why can't I just upload into whatever folder I am currently in?). Even worse, this service only allows uploading one document at a time. A 12 year old developer could put together a better UI in less than a day.

Not sure if we are still "early access" (beta) for this app. The big deal for me to offer to my clients is if they can scan a multi page doc. (I REALLY need to not get folders of jpegs). Considering the scan apps available to download the one incorporated is poor.

downloaded app and trying to set it up and the intial email to start the ball rolling is not coming thru... its been 2 hours now. will update if i get access

make sure if you are typing anything on the computer in this app and the pop-up box telling you that your time will expire in so long. that you dont hit the wrong button and lose your entire work. That happened to me yesterday, and I could have cried. I had to start all over, which wasn't near as good as my first attempt because the first was full of emotion and flowed nicely. The 2nd version was trying to remember how I worded the first. It needs an Auto save option. Ended up copying from WORD.

This app is great. It makes communication between client and attorney seamless. I can submit evidence and new information to my attorney without the hassle of scheduling a phone call, or appointment. I can also view my court dates, and any bills due. All on the same page.

Terrible app including support team!!! App needs better IT people and money put into it, super cheap cut every corner to produce!!! Terrible customer service too!!!! Be prepared for IT to tell you it is your problem not the APP's or IT's problem!!! Worst APP and IT experience ever!!! Good Luck!!

This provides a secure efficient and effective method for communicating with my legal counsel. The browser version and the app version are both very convenient to use and have made arranging my case a lot less of a hassle.

Amazing for allowing me to upload documents last minute and turn them into PDFs in the process, simply by taking a photo of whatever document I need to send! Saved me time and money for shipping, faxing, copying,etc....this app does it all and is super easy to understand!💯💪🏻😎⚡ It's been a blessing 🙏🏻
