Trying Clip after 11pets shot itself in the foot during their terrible new app launch. So far, I like Clio and what it does, it does very well. I'd only say it's lacking some features compared to the old 11pets app. I've made a few suggestions via the in-app feedback option, and I'm excited to hopefully see them implemented!

Very customisable, and displays information summaries wonderfully. I struggled to fund a journal or log book that could do this. My dog struggles with many allergies, and we are regularly on food elimination diets, so a perfect app for logging feeding, symptoms and results. The only thing missing is a section for vet information and vet visits. If it had this feature, it would get five stars. But it's a solid four and a half, a good app. I only have one, but it does have multi pet options.

I really like all the features it has. It is super useful to keep track of my cat's health and the design is beautiful. However, the notifications are pretty buggy. I set some for my cat's medicine, then delete them and I keep getting notifications :( also, another one for its vaccine should be triggered in june but I got the notification today. I sent the feedback through the app several months ago but I didn't get any notification if they got my feedback.

As the guardian of an elderly cat, I Love this app. The interface is clean, nice to look at and easy to use. It's helped me to keep track of what's been said at various vet visits, add photos and the associated expenses. Which will make dealing with the insurance easier. I love the multiple search options. I love that I can track my cat's intake or symptoms. If they could make one for humans I would use it for myself! I need an app like this for me too.

I'm so glad I found this app. I have three pets (two cats and a dog) and ADHD, so it's torture for me to remember all the dates for flea and tick treatments, deworming, vaccination schedules, and medication intake. I used to use 11pets, but they changed the app format, which resulted in me losing access to a simple and understandable schedule—and I started missing the treatment and med intakes for my pets. How happy I was to find this app! It has exactly the functionality I was missing ❤️

The app is great, I am really impressed with the UI, as well as the icons used, very cute! The response rate of the app is 10/10! I hope they would add the expiry date field for every vaccine entry, along with a reminder for that entry how frequent would it be repeated. Also, it would be nice to add a feature for the vits/medicine section if there is a certain number of days for the medicine to be given. For the account section, it would also be nice to add a profile section for the owner.

After switching to this app from the disaster of 11 pets, I'm pleased with most of the app it is quick and very responsive. The one-time purchase for the premium is very reasonable. One thing I hope they can add is the ability to input lab results to keep track of my pets health overtime

This is a very good app for keeping tabs on my kitties :) love the reminders and customization options. Quite a few ads but understandable given this is a free app! One small issue resulting in -1 star: pet mood is not recording properly. I logged my pet's mood at 2/5, but the app is recording 1/5. I have tried to edit and update the mood, but app keeps logging it as 1/5.

I got this for my ferret that was diagnosed with insulinoma to help track her food and meds. She needs to be fed every 4hrs and takes meds multiple times a day. This app does it all, you can set reminders to remind yourself to give meds or feed, it also serves as a reminder to log their intake. When I used the notes app I would always forget. You can even add multiple pets with the premium.

Fairly decent app. Reminders don't work very well. I set a reminder for flea/tick prevention every 3 months. The app reminds me every month. That's not really helpful. Some things are cumbersome to enter and are not consistent between pets, which is annoying, but not awful.

I'm a huge fan of this app but had some issues with the new UI. Support was exceptional and they resolved almost all the issues I had in couple of days. I switched from 11pets to this app because they stopped their free version and started charging a yearly subscription which I thought was too high. This app does everything 11pets does and so much more. And the best part is their Pro version is a one time fee and very affordable. Really great app!

Update#3 A new issue has come up. I am unable to delete notifications for pet profiles that have been deleted. They still show up. Update #2: It seems the issue I had before is fixed. I am not getting the delay anymore. Thank you! Update: I'm having an easier time with the app now. Sometimes I still experience the delay but it has been getting better.

Good tracker, I like how simple it is to add new items quickly. I had to start tracking a lot of things for my cat since he is dealing with some medical issues and it's nice to see the data in one place and keep track. It could use a few improvements though. I wish that you could set medication reminders based on hours instead of days, since my cat had a medicine that he needed every 8 hours. I was still able to set notifications up for that, it just took a little longer.

edit as of the 05/08/23 update: i'm happy to report the suggestions i made (and another user's) were taken into consideration! time and notes function perfectly now! ☺ 5/5! i really loved this app. it had everything i needed and while i like the new UI, this new update makes it VERY confusing to navigate and most importantly: i can't find out how to change entry times only the date... if i can't figure it out i'll have to find some other app then. very sad, since i paid for premium.

Overall it has been a very useful app for me, but if you're looking for a free app this isn't it, I only had to do a one-time purchase thankfully. I appreciate that it has reminders, things like water intake calculator, and ways to include a wide variety of care beyond food/water, I would recommend if you don't mind paying for an app like this.

First time using a tracker app for pets. I paid for lifetime which I agree is a bit expensive and would suggest a paid app instead. Some features could be changed/improved/added. ①Weight - would be nice to have grams available for reptiles ② ability to add an entry for multiple pets at once ③ see a year to date for stats ④ allow app to access camera to take a photo. Saves time rather than having to take a picture then upload

We just got a puppy and I've been searching for an app to help simplify his care! This app was my favorite out of the 5 I've tried, but unfortunately is the only one that is not able to integrate other caretakers. I really need to be able to share our pet's care with my partner, since we both care for him and it would be so nice to have that integration. I'll definitely be back for this app once that happens!! The UI is much preferred to the other apps I found, but this is a deal breaker for me

Good start. I really wanna love this app! It's a little messy as far as viewing the info you enter... I'm not looking for a daily diary I'm looking for something to record medical highlights... so monthly and daily summaries are worthless for that. However the way information is entered is fairly simple and it allows for much customization which could be helpful for non dog/cat owner. Would love to see what improvements are made in the future!

Very good app, full of good features. Ads are sometimes bothering in free version but the good thing is you may get lifetime pro version with a good price. I might give it 5stars if like any other app, they implemented the ability to add a partner/pet sitter/family members to add a record. I mean we have pet inside the house, we should all have access to this app, not only one person.

10/10 app I have 2 dogs and a cat, and work full time so, it's nice to have the app for reminders, such as vet appointments, grooming appointments, and more. the app also let's you log everything down to what they ate and how much they ate, which is helpful having a puppy 😆. it also has an option to lock the app(which I use) and it's amazing, but don't forget your password or you have to delete the app and loose everything, which is the only down side to the app.
