Created an account, everything was going good until I was in the process of filling out my personal information and they deactivated my account saying my information was wrong. I didn't even get to add the supposedly "Incorrect Information" that they're talking about . I was barely filling it out, how can it possibly be wrong? I would put 0 stars but had to put one to Rate. Don't waste your time.

Completion of profile, specifically filling out my direct deposit information led to the app to say: Session expired. Didn't get anything else completed in the profile. Just automatically forced sign out of the app and whenever I attempted to log back in, my account had been temporsrily suspended. BOGUS APP. NO ONE SHOULD DOWNLOAD THIS. STEAL YOUR BANK INFORMATION.

This app is terrible, I would give it 0 stars if possible. I'm on Android and it won't even open the app. It crashes whenever I try, and I've tested numerous ways to fix the problem. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled, checking my wifi, etc. It doesn't happen with other apps, only this one. What's the use of clickworker if you can't even open it on Android? I know I'm not the only one having this issue. Fix it and I'll fix my review, but for now it's pretty bad.

The app keeps crashing my phone... I don't even make it past the sign in screen before the app stops reacting to anything I do, and it effects my phone as well. I tried closing out of the app to restart it, and my phone froze completely. When I locked it and attempted to unlock it to fix the freeze, my phone wouldn't unlock for 5 minutes, and my phone has never done that before. I had to restart it before it finally started working again, and I had to uninstall the app...

I just spent half an hour completing an in store task and the app refuses to upload the images so I can submit it. I've tried on mobile, Wi-Fi and each one stops at the same point every single time (probably have tried 10 times each now). I don't have time to go do this again but I worked really hard on this.

I'd give my rating a 2 and a half if I was able to. I am getting notifications on my phone for jobs, but when I open the app it says there is a bug, and it force closes. I've already cleared the cache and a few other things in my app settings, it still didn't work. Figures, I finally receive one of the highest paying offers (a $8 job) and this happens 😕😠☹️🫤😏

This app WOULD be a good way to make some money if it didn't force me to update when there's no updates available (and thereby not work until I "update"). Or, even if stuff just loaded correctly ever. The app and the website both time out constantly trying to do basic functions in the app itself (like loading the home page where jobs are). I have high speed internet, so that's not an issue. It's incredibly frustrating.

Very disappointing. I kept getting the message that I needed to validate my PayPal and I kept trying each and every time I'd open the app but it just refused to ever take me to the next step. Then, there was an advancement test of sorts to be able to get to"the good jobs" and the more I progressed through it, the more convuluted it became, really having little to do with aptitude or knowledge and more about creating a password. But, it could have just been me. I finally got so frustrated I quit.

I've had this app for a year or two its great. I also use the desktop version. App vs desktop. App has alot of photo or video work. Desktop is more data entry. I love both however, it's an easy way to make some extra money, When ever you have extra time. There is no set schedule so it's very, very flexible. If you want to work 5 minutes or all day it's up to you. The work is out there.

So far, it's a huge waste of time. You end up fighting with the app for 10 minutes to be able to "complete" a $0.10 job that won't submit because of bugs. The info on job requirements isn't completely presented until AFTER you click accept (always a responsible way to choose a project...) I was hopeful that Clickworker would become a viable side gig with the addition of the app. Disappointing.

Your Android app is broken. I used to do Clickworker jobs on my PC, but now a lot of jobs are app-only. Tried to do an audio recording job. It took 3 tries restarting the app to even get jobs to load. Then it kept saying my background was too loud. I had the phone wrapped in a towel and mics covered sitting in my bathroom with the doors closed and it still wouldn't let me. Tried on my old phone, and the app won't even load jobs there. Get it together, CW. Let us do jobs on the website again.

Just downloaded and so far VERY disappointed. Although I've given the app all permissions, I still can't upload a profile photo. Clicking on the upload link does nothing. Also, with most apps you get a pop-up asking you to accept permissions. With this app you have to find this option in settings. When I try to enter payment info I get an error screen. Most other screens take so long to load that I end up just closing the app.

I wish I could edit my original review. The app needs lots of work. The jobs are too small to see without a lot of zoom, nor do they load properly - you have to submit the job incomplete and wait for the error message for it to load the following parts. Has potential but needs work, lots of it. Edit: app still sucks. Updates all the tone with discernable changes. Jobs still don't load properly.

App is nice but has some issues. One being that you have to manually resize the screen view within the App window in order to read the text for the task. Another is that many or most tasks require opening an external browser and then going back to the app in order to go to the next step. Every time I try to do this I lose the previously inputed data. This is a major bug that needs to be fixed for greater productivity of all task workers.

Shoddy app with constant glitches. Don't waste your time on trying to complete photo shopper tasks. They reject stuff with no explanation even after careful, thorough, and thoughtful time spent on them. There is also no way to get a response if there is a problem when working the task (like the store no longer carrying a brand, for example). I sent a message to the help email with no response. I have used other photo shopping gig apps with great sucess and never had a rejection. Beware!!

Great concept and would love it if it only worked. I can't even log in on the app which makes it hard to do any tasks. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app because it said an error everytime I opened the app and never showed my profile info but showed me logged in. Now after installing it again I can't even log in. I hope this is fixed soon otherwise I'll be deleting it because it's becoming a huge waste of time without reward for your efforts.

Haven't been able to use the app in months. It doesn't have any of my account information but acts like I'm logged in. I'm unable to log out to try logging back in; the logout button does nothing. Can't verify it's me logging in on desktop because of the issue. Previously this was only a problem when it needed to update, but that's not the case now.

I Love Clickworker. Even though I wish there were more Hitapps available. But I always do voice evaluations and I make $100-300 a month. Very happy with the platform. And the speedy customer service is amazing!!! Wish they would use people's occupation for different Jobs. & Let everyone have a chance at product testing. Lately been having a problem with location issue. Hopefully that's resolved soon.

This is one of the only apps where the incentives are decent, the earnings are disclosed ahead of time in guaranteed amounts. You can do them from home or choose in the field assignments. You can track your pay, and actually get it! you can withdraw as you go out let it save up, and there are a lot of tasks available. Things are generally user intuitive and support is very responsive. There is a nice sense of community. This is easily in the top 3 apps I've encountered to earn real money.

Clickworker: Legit side hustle with some caveats Clickworker is a solid way to earn extra cash with micro-tasks. The variety keeps it from getting too boring, and payments are reliable. Don't expect to get rich quick – the pay per task is low. The biggest downside is task availability; good ones get snatched up fast. But for a flexible side gig to fill downtime, Clickworker fits the bill. It's been a surprisingly decent way to pad my wallet.
