Really curious why the service fee is way different from the bus company that uses the same clickbus system. Pointless to buy it here!

Sometimes I couldn't find a ticket, but the app informs that there's no bus for that route. But if you go to the terminal ou company website, you find it.

Once you set a coming back date you can't erase it no matter what. Also tried to sign up and a msg saying "couldn't log in" appeared over and over again. Just a waste of time.

Not showing all options available. I bought tickets in the app with stopover without knowing I would have one single trip ticket availaible at the terminal.

It's a pain in the neck. Used it, so it has all my info but doesn't finish my purchases. Frustrating. The only use is for bus schedules since buying is a nightmare!!

App gives an error by searching for city of departure. The Internet site gives an error too. Blocked by Cloudfront. It seems there is something wrong with the Clickbus site. :(

I have explored this app to a certain extent and made a purchase for a bus ticket within the app.The *ONLY* good thing about it is the convenience for purchasing a passage online. However, there is a 'service tax' they came up with, which nullifies any "discount" you're given, and it seems that's all it does. Have in mind that purchasing a passage using this app is much more expensive than doing so in person. The extinction of such 'service charge' would do this app justice. Speaking of improving things, there is room for improvement for this app; ClickBus should support the Google Calendar API, so that if the user signed up to ClickBus using a Google account, when such user books a seat and the payment is confirmed, the app could use the data it's handling (Passenger's date and time of the trip) and schedule it on the User's calendar. Also, for some reason, they decided to support PayMee, but if you're a PayPal or Payoneer user, you're SOL.
