I absolutely love the cleo app and am thankful my employer includes this in our benefit package. I feel more confident, more comfortable and overall am just a happier person knowing that my children are getting the Dad they deserve!

It says my version of the app has expired but I just installed it. The button to update just takes me back here.

I LOVE the ladies on here that have helped me, they have made my breastfeeding journey easier and having someone to just talk to an ask questions is such a relief. So happy this exists!!

The app hides previous conversation and if you reply you won't see full message you replying,the message get cut the more you type.

This app is a nightmare to use!! The service is great that is why I continue to use it. Otherwise I would have deleted it already

I can't even get passed the registration page where I need to put in a postal code. No matter what I put in it tells me it's invalid. So I can't even sign up. Hopefully you see this and fix it

My work offers this. It's really informative and great instead of searching in Google for most stuff. They also provide sessions with experts for breastfeeding, monthly development of your child and also for postpartum depression.

The content and resources are AMAZING, and our baby guide had helped us through some uncertain times. Taking a star off as the app is incredibly slow to load, and crashes frequently when using the messaging portion.

While the content and our support team is fantastic, the app is extremely slow and non-responsive at times making it very frustrating to work with. Would like to see improvement in the technology.

I wish there was a computer/web experience. The Cleo guides can be helpful, but they send such long messages and I hate reading them on my phone. Also, I wish there was a way for Cleo to group message my wife and me. For instance, we're trying to find child care and Cleo guide only send the messages to my wife.

Similar to other users here, the service deserves 10 stars as it's been a lifesaver before and after the arrival of our baby. Everyone's just lovely and very knowledgeable. Deducting stars for the app which is crashing when using the messages option or switching between apps.

My husband's employer offers this service. Very useful and convenient! Can schedule as many calls as you like with a dedicated midwife and also a few specialist sessions e.g. on breastfeeding. The experts are so knowledgeable and reassuring, been so helpful during my pregnancy and early days as a new mum! Love the virtual lactation consultant session through video. Thank you team.

Great service but the app needs improvement. It feels as if almost every time i am trying to open the app it needs an update. Busy parents won't remember to open the app again and thus messages get forgotten. Also the guides tend to send long texts with info and the format to read these is so exhausting

Platform is great but the app keeps crashing Every time I try to message my guide if it's more than like 2 line, the app just freezes. A lot of time I open it and it closes right away. As of now, I can't even open the app anymore, hopefully it gets fixed because I needed to use it

Update: the app speed has improvedassively since this review. Just now it took 10 seconds to load, and that was with a "time to update" message. Thanks! The cleo team who give replies are amazing. The app is frustratingly slow. It takes 20-40 seconds to login - then you see a "hey this is new" screen, so getting to a workable app can take well over a minute. That's pretty amazing that this hasn't been fixed as its been this way for 6+ months - see reviews from April 2021 mentioning this.

Webinar videos not working well (google pixel 6 - android 13 - july update). Not sure if it is Android or the Pixel but there are no controls on the video to go fullscreen or cast to another device, just the seek bar, volume and play/pause. So you have to watch them in a tiny window and it is almost impossible to read the slides presented. I installed the app on an iphone 11 (IOS 16.6) and it works fine, there are controls to go fullscreen and cast.

I can't finish creating my account. I added information about who I care for, click 'yes I'm ...' half the button is cut off, then I'm taken to a blank screen with a back button at the top and a 'ok, got it!' button at the bottom. Both buttons take me back to the Who I Care For page. I'm in a hell loop.

The app is lagging and stuttering horribly for long threads. I actually would like to chat with my guide more often, but using the app due it's poor performance is such a chore, that i often don't bother. At one time i found myself composing messages on a notepad and posting it into Cleo, because the composer in the Cleo app is so slow and there is a huge typing delay for every character. If you want ppl to use this app, fix these obvious performance issues.
