Worst app I have ever seen. Though I have booked flight tickets from browser and website.is hung, unable to even login app. Showing error page. No customer care available. I suggest, never use this app.

App definitely have glitches and is extremely slow. But this review is more towards clearrtip for 2 main reasons - 1. Higher prices than competitors. 2. No multiairline combinations of flights. You should seriously work on these 2 issues to grow better and faster.

No toll free number or a chat box for assistance, cant reschedule the booking due to app bugs or they dont want us to reschedule. Called help line ivr tells to enter trip id but doenst accept the trip id whatsoever. Customer care tells new ticket price to reschedule ticket. Cleartrip has gone from bad to worst service. Please go with other booking apps. Now this app is good for nothing

These people are the real frauds. I have booked flight and later airline cancelled the flight. I have cancelled the flight from airline website and they have processed the refund and forwarded to cleartrip,But Cleartrip doesnot processed. For that I have to cancel the flight from Cleartrip site and they are charging separate for that. Till booking they are nice to you and then they will show their real face. Cheapest and cheapest customer support also. Don't go with these fraudsters.

worsr experience, they cancelled ticket without informing customer but when customer called him after 20 days that pnr is not available they informed ticket is cancelled and they will initiate a refund, they did not inform after cancellation and started refund when customer want to know pnr. they are scaming customer not running a company website.

I am asking everyone to don't book air tickets via clear trip, i faced hard time after booking, because clear trip system recording our details wrongly, example DOB, since it was not my mistake, so i asked customer service via chat assistance, they are agreed that their system has bug, that its recording incorrect details, then i asked him to amend my details, but he asked me to take it as my personal responsibility, how come a person can take responsibility for clear trip mistake?

Worst experince to book through ckeartrip. Unreliable service and no price difference with any airline. Such a scam app. Took full payment for a ticket and never issued the eticket and I had to buy another ticket to catch my flight directly from the Air line. More than 14 days and I haven't received my refund yet. Never using this app again

NO STAR..... called them to ask which option is better for flexible dates....they told me Flexifly....I did book with Flexifly. Tried to amend my trip 48hrs plus prior..... customer service keeps telling me it's up to the airline. I know they will wait till it's a NO SHOW and tell me.. ooooh we cannot amend the flight (my flight is in 2hrs). Highly noted ...been using this app, but now I know why you have 1.1 on Trustpilot 1000s of people cannot be wrong.
