Worst user experience ever Please read every hidden T&C before you make any transaction through Cleartrip. While cancelling tickets they will charge so much money in the name of convince fee, service charges and airline cancellation charges. While Airline was charging less than 1 %. Cleartrip will charge you around 50%.

Non functional app. Payment made but ticket not received. Entering details of trip id to fetch details not working. Now it is not working in Gulf countries. It tells to install separate app for Gulf countries. For every region they may want different apps. Uninstalled.

I love cleartrip but now when trying to book Indigo flight from mumbai to Tbilisi, only cleartrip is showing checkin baggage allowance 15kg where as all other platforms have 30kg mentioned. Even Indigo people said we have 30kg. Even for a return flight with air arabia which doesnt offer free check in luggage, there is no option to add checkin luggage but other apps have the option to buy luggage by paying extra amount. Spoke to many back hand team members but according to them THIS IS THE WAY.

I booked my hotel On the day of visiting i got a call telling room was damaged due to rain When I called the hotel to check they said rooms were available My booking was cancelled by the app and I was offered a hotel which didn't have the amenities i had at the other hotel Wouldn't recommend booking hotels from this app Wish it had a negative rating

Terrible website with no transparency of costs. Borderline wrongful practices in both booking and "customer care". Even the feedback system is broken so that if I give 2 stars internally, it just says "something when wrong" and doesn't let me retry saying "already recorded".

One of the worst experience is booking through clearttip.i booked a bus froma major junction and got confused looking at the traffic and figuring out the exact pick up point . The conductor had me walk atleast a 1 km because he himself was confused . NO GPS LIVE TRACKING ,No proper hospitality,atleast expect a water bottle Also , bus arrived late so no indication on that too. No bus details in the app anywhere .

My genuine advice. Do not use Cleartrip. It's the most pathetic platform with only non refundable charges levied at every stage which is mentioned in their fine print policies even when changes are done by airline. Please opt for other booking platforms which are much more customer friendly and hassle free. Cleartrip has really poor service with pathetic customer policies

Absolute rubbish of an App. All the Hotels which are available in other Apps are shown Sold-out here. Just wasted my time seeing the offer. Save ur time. Go for Apps like MakeMyTrip Goibibo etc to save time and energy. A kind request to the team members involved in the functioning of the App, be authentic and show things properly kindly.

The cleartrip is clearly misguiding while checking the offers deal 600 showed min value is 1000 and while booking it showed 1500 minimum. I wasted my time by checking the incorrect offers. I am not sure what the customer care and offers team is doing. I took screenshot as well for both offers and applying coupon

Unable to login after last update. Tried clearing the cache, storage and even re-installed the app, but the issue persists. The moment 10th digit of phone number is entered, it displays an error "Something went wrong. Try later"

1) y is your app showing me notifications. It does not even have the option to turn it off. 2) if I turn off notifications,I cant use the app. 3) your support section does let Me complaint for anything else, other than my book.s 4) I like your interface. But I am harrowed with the notifications. I am uninstaling the app.

Made a booking 1 month in advance, reached hotel and hotel denied entry because cleartrip doesn't make payments to hotel and provide no assistance to hotels. Ultimately had to cancel the booking because cleartrip couldn't do anything about it. So better to use other apps and save your money and energy. And yet again I faced the same issue with another hotel recently, there something clearly wrong with cleartrip.

Cleartrip used to be my go to app for its convenience but never again!!! Took the flexi option and had to change the dates. Couldn't do the changes through the app. Had to call customer care three times and took nearly 3 hours and multiple price increases due to their system issues to change my tickets. Horrible experience

Very pathetic experience with Cleartrip. I booked a flight from cleartrip but cancelled directly with the Airline and was told I will get a partial refund of around 4k. I never received any refund and I contacted cleartrip and they informed me that the trip is cancelled but you have to cancel it with cleartrip again in order to get the refund. So i did and they further deducted around 2.5K from the refund amount and i only received 1.3K refund. This is a great way to scam people.

Very bad while booking a ticket I made a spelling mistake in the name so contacted them to rectify but I got no help infact I had to. Cancel the ticket and re book and they said they will refund the full amount as it was booked within half an hour what was said was not done lost 15000 just for name change there is no help you can get with this app first time I had booked and very bad experience

My recent flight booking to US was booked through Cleartrip. With my mistake i had to request for minor name change. Cleartrip facilitated it so smoothly and with no charges. The staff are so courteous and reachable. After ages I am experiencing a complete delight with an online service provider. Thank you Cleartrip for working so hard on the customer experience

Terrible experience. The customer service is just a pacifier, they have nothing to do except blame the carrier. I booked a flight and it was in pending state. The mail said it will be confirmed in 3 hours. After calling the customer service (after the 4th call and a number of fake promises) they are saying that the carrier is not responding. So they can't tell me how long it will take for them to cancel or even if it will be cancelled. The point of booking through this platform is lost.

Beware of this app. I am one of the many people who had an unpleasant experience with Cleartrip. I had attempted to book an airline ticket through this app and I got a message that Cleartrip's payment system failed. I received no payment confirmation. So when I tried to purchase again, I then found out the previous payment went through. Of course, when I contacted customer support, Cleartrip wouldn't refund the payment and also charged a cancellation fee. I was told that I "booked twice." Since the flight is tomorrow I didn't want to lose the chance to cancel which put me in a bind with an unwanted fee that was half the cost of the ticket. My credit card was also blocked because two identical charges appeared. So I also had to deal with contacting the credit card fraud department from overseas. This was an unpleasant and extremely frustrating experience during my vacation. I have to keep the app active until my trip is over. But I will never use it again.
