most games are rigged to drop before they get to the prize slot camera angles suck. you can only move the claw 2 directions and once you let go of the button the move that direction is locked in . they make it harder and harder to win anything and the prizes you do won after spending a lot if money the prizes are much smaller than you would think from the pictures and it can take 3 months to get your prizes.

It was fun a couple years ago now I'm just wasting coins. I played on an iPhone and now a android. The crane glitches or skips leaving me options to be able to enjoy it and win if I spend money on coins you'd think glitching would be fixed. It's no more side games it's just lost it's fire for lack of a better term. I'm sure my opinion will be a joke. It's clear it's a issue which sucks because people really loved it as well as I did. But now it's like a the scam ones that are stuffed. Uninstall

I like it! There is a slight movement the crane does once you try to stop it but once you get use to it you can develop some skills. The prizes are kind of cheap and you have to subscribe and play for a few days to unlock other prizes. I probably won't buy anymore tokens because money adds up fast. But I see some people say it is rigged I do not think it is. One thing that is cool is you can play for free about three times a day if you unlock keys buy watching video ads for under a minute.

I prematurely rated this game and because of that I have to revise my rating. It is a fun claw game BUT the coin amounts for prizes/scoop attempts are VERY high, the sizes and shapes of the "proxy" prizes that you try to scoop up are designed to be almost impossible to get, your only able to do 2 directions (they choose the direction you start with) and instead of single moves you have to long press so its really difficult.

I've won so many times! It's kind of hard because you only have two directions to move the claw, & you can't move it & then let go of the button & move it again, nope, if you let go it switches to a different direction. It's also hard to tell where the claw is. Become a Clawee Clubber & it's free shipping for prizes you win with coins. However! Prizes you win with keys do not qualify for free shipping even if you are a Clubber and I don't think that right at all but it's their policy I guess.

It was great a while ago, I got all my prices, nice quality and size, I have played for over 2 years now. BUT I'll say that for the last 5 months, it's been almost impossible to win, they changed most of the machines for the hardest ones to win, quality of the prizes have decreased as well. Used to love it and now I am about to uninstall, sadly

Not good. You start off with 200 free coins and get a chance to use them on some easy to win stuffed animals, which at first seemed really cool. But after you win and fill in all of your information to have your prize shipped to you, you're suddenly met with a pay wall. You can spend $8.99/mo on a "Clawee Club" subscription, or you can spend $5.99 for a weekly special (whatever that is.) Either way, no prize unless you spend your hard earned money on a so-called "free" prize. Misleading & dumb.

Pros: With a membership, you can get a daily free play. They also have free plays if you visit the store, even without making a purchase. The prizes are fun. Cons: Cameras are off kilter so you can't see the angles well. The machines are iffy in terms of the usability. Unsure how to move up tiers. Very slow shipping. Expensive shipping for key prizes. The machines all have the same items to grab rather than a variety. Even if not THE prize, diff options would be more fun.

I played this game a while ago, and the pricing was way more reasonable. The odds of winning were also a lot better. I tried it again today, and I lost every time except the first time, which is obviously a better claw/ball, but you have to pay $4 shipping to get your "prize" won with keys. The ball or square thing fell out of the claw every other time, and the arcade games are very difficult. You also have to account for lag. Interesting concept, but sadly a waste of $. I lost $7 in 1 minute :(

What a ripoff. No, it's a scam to steal your money. Win a prize and pay $4.99 just to have free shipping or it won't ship? Then you have to wait 14 days just for it to be shipped and get a receipt in your email. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Trust me I work at an arcade that is way cheaper. And you win way more prizes than this trash. I have waited almost 3 weeks now and they still never shipped my 3 won prizes. They say prizes ship after 14 days after paying $4.99 no it doesn't.

I don't know what's happening, a few years ago when the only internet I had access to was literally 1.23 Mbps I was able to play the claw machines with no issue. Now I have a 5GUC connection and I constantly get an error message that clawee would underperform and it kicks me out of the claw. Very disappointing since the last time I played I got very nice prizes and was hoping to get some more.

I played back in 2022. Game was fun but lots of glitches and bugs. Now 2024 I decided to redownload the game. They lure you in with cheap 200 to 300 coin games and if you actually support them and buy coins they remove access to those machines and make you spend more. The app constantly crashes and will take your credits if you change camera angle on a claw machine and get booted out even if you didn't drop the claw. It's a great concept but these problems have been here for years.

It's fun but skeptical about actually getting my prizes. I play with keys so I have to pay for shipping. I find it more fun that way. But I have only received 1 item out of approximately 20 I have won. They send tracking numbers, but the tracking numbers are wrong or say they were delivered months before I even won them. They say it could take up to 8 weeks but my 1st win was more than 8 weeks and the others are fast approaching 8 weeks. I played in 2021 and got everything I won. 🤷‍♀️

The trial version was nice because it was cheaper to use the cranes. Then it takes 800 coins to get a 4-inch plush, which takes forever to get to unless you're spending money on the game. They say it's free, but then when you win something, you have to pay $5.99 for a week membership or they wont ship it. Then it takes about 4 weeks to get your teeny tiny plush that you could have gone to a store and paid $2 or less for. Sucks. Make it easier to get coins to play the games.

I played frequently during the pandemic but stopped because of the glitches and less than ideal customer support. I recently received emails with specials that enticed me to try it again in hopes it was better; however, I found it to be significantly worse and more difficult to win. If you enjoy blowing $20 in 10 minutes on video feeds cutting out, loose/bouncing claws dropping prizes, and constant pop ups offering 'deals' to light more of your money on fire then this is the app is for you.

Update 5/24 The customer serverice is super cool. They are always helpful. App is fine; you get the stuff you win once you pay the retail price to ship it. Seriously 12.99 for a 3 inch plus keychain to ship? And now it has ads that wrap around the screen. You have to pay to play; unless you have keys. It's not like you can convert keys to coins; or win coins with keys.

Coins are very expensive and you go through them VERY quickly. Playing with keys is a good way to practice this game. I have won at least 29 prizes, but you then have to pay for the shipping on the items won with keys and the prices to ship are absolutely ridiculous!!! Now that I have gotten good at winning prizes with keys, it has become very difficult to play for almost any of the prizes due to "connectivity" issues. Which I believe is skewed and works for their advantage.
