Quickfire rules:

After the cards are dealt evenly between four players, the players, in turn, can “pass” or bid the number of tricks they believe their team can win above 6 in any suit, or “No Trumps”. The bidding proceeds like an auction, each player in turn can make a higher bid than the current winning bid or “pass”.

The player to the left of the Declarer makes the opening lead. Each player then plays one card in turn, following suit if they can. If they cannot follow suit they may play any other card in their hand, including a trump card. After a trick is won by the best card played, the player who took the trick leads the first card to the next trick. The aim for the winning bidding team is to take as many tricks as to at least win their contract. The other team is trying to win enough tricks to stop them.

After the opening lead, the Dummy's cards are turned face up for every player to see. The Declarer in the hand plays both their own cards and the Dummy's. If your team wins the contract, you will play both the Declarer and Dummy hands.

At the end of each round, the winning bidder's score contract points if they met or bettered their contract, or give “Undertrick” penalty points to their opponents. The “Rubber” is won by the team with the highest score after the first team wins two out of three games. The games are won when one team wins 100 contract points.

Very rusty with bridge, hadn't played for 20+ years. This app fantastic if one already has a grounding in the game, as the "hint" feature explains the mechanics of understanding yours and your partners hand. Builds a lot of confidence to start playing again in real life. Outstanding!!! Would be nice though to not have to play out the hand if all remaining tricks are going to be won.

Easy to use and great for learning. I paid the small fee to remove the ads.

Partner's bidding is very poor. Though table game is okay but lead card is generally bad. Need lots of improvement!

I like to play this app as I can ask for assistance whenever I am in doubt. The given explanation is very clear and I try very hard to remember it. I decided to play it daily and hope to become a better player. Will recommend it to members of my Bridgeclub. Thank you Classic Bridge. Angela

Bidding and its tutorial are great. But you're pretty much on your own when playing the hand. Also there is no apparent way to undo when you accidentally tap the wrong card.

One of the best bridge games that I came across. Some of the bidding can be improved (from the robot), Like to see custom bidding. Like the defence from robot too. Keep up the good work. 👍 Like to see play with second human.

This app really has helped me learn to bid. We used to play bridge with a very experienced couple, and I never understood their bidding. Even after reading bidding strategies, I was at a very basic level. The hints in this app clicked for me, and I feel like bidding isn't a mysterious code anymore.

Would like to see the hands after play is done. AI bidding is lackluster. Partner passed after a 1 Club opener by opponent even though he was holding 19 HCP. Hints are good, but often will recommend a Jacoby transfer response then partner will leave you hanging at 2D.

I really like the ability to use the hints. It has helped me learn another convention and improved my game.

The intrusi only thing we care about is the vulnera Four Hands All displayed so you can have a post-mortem. Since 1890 Spades are always on the top or on the le the bridge player doesn't understand forcing bids, balancing it insists upon leading Ace from Ace nothing does leading to many lost contracts. It loves to Trump with a ace or king of trump does I am tired of winning a trick say with the Ace of trump and the opponents lead to the next trick exclamation point. Th . ard

Best bridge app except there are no other players human or bots. Beats Trickster hands down. But after first few wins I lost 12 in a row with no bids over 9.... Add the other players (no BOTS!!) and this will be a winner and fewer dumb moves by bots

This is a good practice tool ... but it would be helpful to load conventions into it, and a revert function to undo a single move to enable a replay rather than replaying the whole game. Additionally, an accumulation of alternate bids and contract outcomes for each hand would be helpful 👍 but on the whole, this is better than AI apps as it doesn't "cheat"

Quite good game play and appropriate bidding. My biggest complaint and reason for uninstalling is that the East and West cards are only partly on the screen (on a phone) so it's very difficult to tell the suits apart. Other suggestions for improvement are the ability to see what the other players' bids mean, an option to give hints during the play (not only the bidding), and the ability to claim the remaining cards near the end of the round.

Fails at the basics of defense, such as cashing out, returning partner's lead. Dummy play is very odd, sometimes playing low while holding the high card, never finesses, never covers honors, frequently leads away from kings. Underbids. There is no explanation or control of its bidding conventions. It plays Stayman and transfers and, randomly, Blackwood, but not splinters, fourth suit forcing, 2NT raises. There is no way to correct or override bad bids nor replay hands. The list goes on.

I enjoy playing the game and the actions are pretty consistent... I have played probably 15 to 20 rubbers and it is very obvious that the opponents consistently get better hands... That is very frustrating... Update... After my first review regarding consistently poor hands, I immediately started getting better hands... Recently though, I have again begun to receive consistently poor hands.. the site is easy to navigate and works flawlessly, but receiving non-playable hands is very frustrating .

Some of the bidding and card choices are not logical at all. Even on the "hardest" setting, there are some hair-raising plays... but it's just a game and a pretty good learning tool for novice players... good players have mostly a good experience.

I'm enjoying getting back to bridge after a very long absence! Also hoping to use this to introduce it to my partner. The bidding hints are great! A nice addition would be done help during play! I appreciate this is far more challenging... Also, the UI could be more helpful during bidding if there was some representation of the player positions, rather than having to imagine them in a square...

I tested 4 other Bridge games before I picked this one. It's great. It's only missing two options I wish it had. 1. At the end of each hand, I would like to be able to display the cards in all four hands, to help me analyze the play. 2. During play, I would like the option to go back one trick and play a different card.

I appreciate the hints, but don't always understand what they mean. My "partner" makes bids that don't make sense. (Bid suit with 0 in hand, or Will bid a suit with 5, but no HCP. If everyone passes, it needs the option to compare hands before they disappear, and at the end of play. I appreciate being able to replay from bidding or playing, and being able to stop the bidding and tell it to re deal. There are some things I would change, but overall, yes I like it.
