I never log in successfully because it shows WRONG USER NAME OR PASSWORD when my password is NOT WRONG!!!! Uninstalled already.

Worst service ever as done fraud with me. I have ordered some things and groceries which worth is 1000 rupees and it was ordered before 7 days but yet it has not received by me.... please refund my money

Early day of shopping, they cancelled paid transaction without customer confirmation. For that one, paid fr kPay, they never refund nor send the items, cheating:(

Cannot complete order for the reason that I didn't provide delivery address. In fact, I already provided delivery address and literally choose the address to deliver during check out process. They even have delivered to that address countless times before.

The delivery took 9 days which normally should have arrived at most 5 days. the customer service never reply. The tracking didn't work. I thought I will never get my package but it arrived at least. So if you're going to order don't prepay just do cash on delivery.

What a waste of time! The app says delivery will take 2–5 days, but it’s already past that and I still haven’t received my order. I ordered snacks within the same small city. If you can’t deliver within the promised time, don’t display misleading information. Please improve your service or at least update customers honestly about delays. Very frustrating.
