It takes days for deposits to come thru. I have direct deposit and it does not show up at midnight as it should. Seems to be several days behind in all transactions.

I liked it better before the recent update. I was directed to the website and had to log in, and 2nd step verify before I could pay a bill. Then I had to go back to the app (logging in yet again) to use mobile deposit.

I have a 5 digit payment requirement ($18,000), but this system will only allow a max of a 4 digits payment ($9,000), so I must make 2 seperate payments. My account has more than enough funds to cover the total transaction. why not allow any size?

I have suddenly begun to get a pattern security screen come when opening the app. I did not activate it and have no way of deactivating it. It only comes up on my phone and not other devices.

It took several times to get through and save new payee. then got an error message that your system was temporarily not working. but when I got through it worked very well.

UPDATE (7/20/24): After several months of use, i have nothing to add to the following except: When depositing a check, after selecting the destination checking account for the deposit, the app should display the account number ad the photos are being taken. Other than this, the app continues to perform flawlessly. The Citizens First Bank app works flawlessly. The GUI is totally intuitive and response time is instantaneous. What else does one need?

07 2019 Much improved. Works well now. Fast and easy to use. This works well for what it is. It's not state of the art like the big boys but it's fills my needs. Fast and easy to navigate. 1/31Outdated, not nearly as good as most now. Check deposit very clunky. Needs a major update.

I think the app is nice but there is one feature that needs changed. The transfers from account to account should be in real time. It's shouldn't take 24hrs to post a transfer from another citizens bank account. That will just cause return fees if you have something unexpected and the item gets returned. I learned that the hard way which is why I only gave 4 stars.

I can no longer deposit a check with the app. I can take a picture of the front of the check, but when I go through the process of taking a picture of the back, the picture doesn't show up. I get no errors or anything. But it will be rejected because there's no picture of the back showing my signature. It used to work fine.

This bank just merged with another. It changed the format so that now I can no longer see an itemized statement of withdrawals and deposits. Its only good for seeing your current balance right now with no details. Severally dislike the "new" app. Its nearly useless....from a long time user

While it is a convenience to have an operational banking application on the phone, this particular app does not live up to the standards set by the market. Balances take an annoying amount of time to post, notifications for vital information does not seems to ever work and when it does it is several days late. Ultimately unimpressed considering my experience with other banking apps.
