My initial setup was to scan QR, now it's asking me for a challege? I DON'T HAVE A MOBILEPASS, that was already phasing out. Please what the heck is going on with the app?

Used to work well to use biometrics on the phone to login to citidirect. Now works less than 10% of the time. Can take me AN HOUR to actually login. FIX IT!

If you are set up with multifactor it's reversed in the app. Enter your password first then it will ask for challenge/response. Which throws you off as the website version has you do challenge first then ask for password

After updating this app, a toast msg shows " detected untrusted keyboard". And then, I can type anything using GBoard which is made by Google. So, is that Google keyboard is untrusted keyboard?

1. The biometerics notification does not popup. 2. Even use the scanner, app loading quite a long time Worst app ever

Unusable. App just opens and flips between landscape and portrait despite auto rotate being off.

The app is getting minimised automatically in few seconds once I logged in.. it's ask for update but I mentioned as remind me later on past 4 days but now it's not working. Not sure how to use the same. Should I need to change my handset

Very good app. and more convenient compare to PC version. For any one who cannot log in, you need to follow the challenge passcode method.

Unable to login with my credentials, please help me to login via my credentials. Actually I had successfully activated CitiDirect Mobile Token But Unfortunately after that by mistakenly I had cleared the storage and caches of that app and now I am unable to login so please help me.

useless app that controls what I do with my phone.i use Google GO keyboard and it says unauthorised keyboard detected??? i gave myself admin access to my phone and it tells me I cannot have admin access because it's unsafe?? this app is badly coded by someone who have no idea how to properly implement security features and expects customers to adhere to their horsecrap policies.this app has no business doing here. 11/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, CHANGE TO A BETTER BANK!

It is very user friendly App with easy to use and navigate across various screens. The Content on every screen is also quite relevant for the task that one expects to accomplish!!!

During the activation process in step 2 otp was send to registered number and then it said the code was copied to clipboard automatic and then it said the otp was posted, unfortunately otp code was not automaticaly copied, i am trying to encode it manually but i coudnt since the app is not responding. Why is that? What should i do?

Hi Team,. This app not adjusting to phone display setting. Suppose when I keep display size small it keeps roatating and automatically closed. Kindly resolve this issue. It needs to be adopt to the phone display. Even personal banking apps perfectly doing this job, why not for corporate users.

I can't log in to this app. I can log in online no problem but the app OTP prompt is ambiguous and provides no explanation about what it wants. When I used and alternative method, it has the wrong phone number on my account even though the website has my correct info. Horrible and unusable!

Horrible experience using this app. Very inconsistent performance (problems logging in using biometrics). Tried to log on via website and the 2FA on the phone doesn't activate. Basically, I am stuck. Would abandon this app immediately if not because of my company's policy of using Citi.

Horrible, unreliable and broken. The app Will randomly stop working and it will say that my phone has USB debugging enabled which it doesn't and it never has. And I have to reset and reinstall the app from scratch again. I had to do this twice for a month. This is completely unacceptable and the app is complete garbage
