The new app is not letting me login, ask to check the terms and conditions and usage guidelines. When you check them out takes you to a web page about the mentioned details, you read, come back to the app, now those options are unchecked, you click to check, redirected to web page for the info again, stuck in a loop. Though had been contacted by the support later and they helped fix the issue. Now have to put amount first when transferring, instead of selecting the recipient first, bit odd.

Only 2 options available 'Billed' and 'Unbilled' transactions. There has to be a transaction history option to see all transactions that have occurred. I made a payment yesterday and it doesn't show up as a transaction. I have to wait for a new statement to be generated to see the payment made. Another issue is that when I go to the redeem points option, it takes me to the billed and unbilled transaction page.

Using this for Citi Bank credit card. It does not have even the basic features, only good for viewing balance and last few transactions. Very basic features like showing the last or previous bills, due date etc. are missing. Even for the card payment it takes us to the website and we have to enter all the logon details again. App does not even have a proper payment option. Worst user interface. Strangely, app even does not have option to close. We have to forcefully close with home button.

Extremely basic and poor interface. Like it was made 10 years back and never improved upon! Plus there is no option to chat/message customer care after logging in. The moment you press contact us, it logs you out, and the customer care on the other end cannot access your data amd cannot help on most things. They just want you to call for everything I guess, in this age of digital. No wonder they had to sell

One of the best banking apps in India. Very clean and intuitive UI, no unnecessary features that clutter space, and gets the job done. The snapshot functionality is best and most of the time helps to glance at your credit spendings without logging in! The only major issue is that transactions are not reflected in real time. Payments take over 2 days to show up!

I used to love this app and was a big fan of its simplicity. But recently there is a bug in the app that doesnt let you sign in. It shows me a terms and conditions page and on clicking on one of the checkboxes it redirects to a page. This issue has been persistent for some good time now and i dont see an update or resolution for the same. Request citibank to look at this at the earliest.

App not user-friendly. Don't have option to toggle between credit card and bank account. Even after signing off, you don't get the options. The finger print option is sometimes available, and most of the times not. Update: Even nationalized banks have better UI. I have credit card and savings ac from Citi. If I log in to credit card, I can't use savings and vice-versa. It says device registered against another ac and I must revoke. Who designs such an option? It is utter nonsense.

The 'Manage your card ' section has a touch problem. It takes several attempts to open. It doesn't look like a touchscreen problem...as I faced the same on my previous phone also. sometimes the session has expired by the time I login. have no clue why. on the whole, the UX is good. Access to past statements is far easier than on the website.

After the last update, the password field has been converted to a simple text field. Now the phone keyboard starts suggesting words as soon as I enter the password field. This way, the keyboard app will slowly learn the password and start showing it in the suggestions. I won't use the app till this issue is fixed. Overall, the app design is poor. It doesn't even show some options which are there on the internet banking. App is difficult to navigate and is not intuitive. SBI app is far better than this one.

The previous versions of this app was so good. But latest version has a number of problem. Could not out of settings, couldn't navigate out of statements screen. Altogether, if there is no further links in the main section you will be locked. You should close the app and reopen. The previous versions we're really so good. Kindly either roll back or fix this.

An application full of bugs and flaws. The fingerprint authorization gets disabled on its own every 2 days for no reason at all. it says it sensed some changes in the login methods blah blah... I checked there were no changes. Every 2-3 days I have to go through the process of re-enabling the fingerprint login. also, everytime I try adding a beneficiary, it shows an error message. This is a banking application and if I'm unable to do such basic tasks on it easily, what's the point of having it?

Many UI and functionality issues. For eg. couldn't find the process to add RTGS payee; defaults to IMPS/NEFT. Also, it was difficult to find a way to list all transactions made through the various channels through the app and share details with someone else, if required. Doesn't provide accurate error messages in case of failure; makes it difficult to understand the exact issue. Has improved a little...

In the past this application was very good but after recent update this application has become "HORRIBLE". I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the application many times but nothing happened. Whenever I try to put my USERNAME and PASSWORD it crashes and gives an error disable debug from developer option. I have already disabled it but nothing happens. I had word with customer service team and the advisor said it's all resolved and you can again try after 30 minutes but nothing happened.

Not intuitive, there is no option to download tax documents, Mobile app user interface and experience feels like desktop cumbersome and too many taps to get to what I need. Please add support down tax documents for the year with just one tap. Transaction search interface sucks , does not provide way to search/filter transactions by name pls fix it

The experience with the Citibank mobile banking app had been pathetic. You folks never improve. I generally struggle to receive the otp from the app to my mobile phone. I don't receive the otp number in the first attempt. It would be failing many times to be received in time. When I enter the otp, after resending, it says the otp has expired. I returned to edit my review as I struggle to login with biometric identify, which they claim is easily available. Moreover, I had to try many times.

Update- "after auto update of app, fingerprint is now working for me. Hence increased the stars." Finger print option never works for me even after enabling, updating app mutiple times. Personal Loan details are not shown except for amount liability. Rest features are good such as UI and easy navigation but can be still improved along with performance.

The app is quite user friendly, but all the options are not listed in the main menu. A new user of the app may get confused. For example the manage card section is in the bill pay section, which is not related to setting your card transaction limits. I tried searching, but there was no search tab, and it was not seen in the menu. Just keep it simple for non tech savvy people. In the laptop site also you can't find the manage card tab, it is in the block/unblock cards section. Simplify matters.

The Citi App became extremely slow after downloading the latest update. Now the app doesn't even start after update, It takes almost 3 to 4 minutes then gives error "EC2002. Connection Timeout". Very frustrating. I wish I could have given zero rating but it worked very well in the past and out of previous experience, I'm giving 2 ratings. However, not happy with post update experience. Will Uninstal the app if the problem continues as too much time to login might attract Hackers.

This is such a badly written app. Looks like it has never been tested. Firstly does not have all the functionality that the web application supports, second the UX is so bad, you reach a dead end on some screens with no navigation back. Third the performance is bad, every screen hangs for ever, you have to close and reopen again.

Severely lacks features and I find it very useless. Need to use internet banking a lot of times which defeats the purpose of the app. The user interface is clean but not super intuitive. Even the internet banking is the same and it seems this is not a priority at all for Citi since its been like this forever. Other banking apps and websites have progressed leaps and bounds in the pst years.
