I like using the app and have been using it for over 3 years now but recently it seems like it constantly needs updated!? I swear it has updated 3 times in the past 6 months. Everytime it happens my phone says there isn't enough space for the update and I have to jump through a bunch of hoops just to make a payment. Ridiculous, the app never seems any different after an update either. Please quit with the updates every couple months!

My app is always glitching. I couldn't access with my biometrics. After many attempts in the app settings to allow it and no luck. I deleted the app. When downloading it again, now I can't enter the app. It keeps telling me to reset my password. After 10 different passwords, I still can't access my account. It keeps telling me to reset my password. So I have no idea now how to access my account via the app. Very frustrating!!!! To the point where I want to switch bank accounts!

Good app. Easy to use. All the information you want at your finger tips: statements, transactions (listed & grouped by user if you have multiple card users- VERY helpful!), streamline payment set up with your financial institution & I like that it tracks & shows your Costco reward balance w/ each statement. Well thought out features. Very pleased with it.

It used to be great, but now, most of the times it just stucks loading as soon as I open the app. I use biometrics to log in. It doesn't even pop to ask biometric input or no error message either. It just keeps spinning. I have to kill the app and reopen. Guess what? It is now stuck on the logo screen. Doesn't even show the loading screen. It doesn't open whenever I need it. Please fix Edit : followed their response, end up having "There is no issue on our end".

The snapshot feature of this app, which I was originally very fond of is bugged. I couldn't log on with the app and kept getting an infinite loading circle going around the screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled, it started happening again when the app setup got to the "finishing settings" screen. I closed it and started up again and was able to sign on with my password finally. Now when I try to turn on snapshot for this phone, it turns off snapshot on my last phone... which is this phone.......

I like the company and the app is great for checking your balance, however when you select make a payment, it now takes you to using your earned points towards your balance, you can't skip it and if you hit cancel it takes you back to the main screen. I have to go online to make my payments. That needs to be removed or as a separate option on the main screen.

Overall good experiences with app and site! I do have to see why massive drop in available credit occured. Available credit reduction caused a drop in credit score which is something I watch like a Hawk and protect! May be simply under stated income during account update as card was never above 22% of limit before reduction and now over 94% with reduced limit!

Update 5/22/24... product offering popup appears when you log in and there are times when you cannot close the pop-up. Reuqires a restart of the app to have it working normally. Please look into this. App (performance and look) has been vastly improved since I started using it a few years ago. There are still some instances where there is an error and none of my account information will appear after signing in, but is becoming much less frequent.

If I could give this app and Citibank a score of zero, I would! Their app. NEVER WORKS! If you are able to log into your account, you can't see your account balance since it shows black bars over everything and acts as if it is frozen. When it does allow you to access your banking information, it never works to transfer money or do any of the basic tasks a banking app should allow you. I can't even connect another bank account to my account because they always have system issues. I'm canceling!!

I have used this app for at least 6 years. In abt the last 4 months I get a notification stating I can't use my fingerprint & have to use my pin. I often get knocked off the app & have to start again. Im unable to use many of the features for the same reason. Today I kept getting knocked off I eventually got a msg it was due to a bug in the app and I'd need to do an update. The app was updated on 5/24/24. Its REALLY frustrating. This is my finances & a record of my money. It's not a video game.

They only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have an option to cancel a payment you JUST made. I have two bank accounts in the app due to me transitioning to a new city and bank. I accidentally made a payment from the wrong bank account and even though I noticed it just as I clicked, I had no way to cancel it. My CapitalOne allows me to cancel and change the bank account.

Easy to navigate, make payments, and keep up with current deals and specials. Multiple accounts on one page is a big help, also. The UI is clean so you don't have to "look" too hard for whatever it is youre looking for. EDIT: I changed it to 4 stars, from 5. I did so because you have to navigate away from the app, to an actual website, then log back in to make a personal loan payment. Seriously annoying!

Almost perfect. The app has consistently worked well for me for the since they fixed the sign-in issues in Aug 2020. I'm still annoyed by the in-app pop-up "ads" for other Citi products, especially when the button I want to click shifts as a result. Use some UI-skeletons as placeholders so I don't click the wrong thing. Also, you have to tap the back button at the top twice to get it to actually work. But, I can make a payment which is all I want in this app so I'm mostly happy.

The app is easy to navigate. It provides instant access to transactions as they are posted, including those that are pending. You can easily personalize your app to your likes and needs. The app has a variety of alerts on your account. Their customer service has been very responsive to any concern I have had, especially when PayPal got hacked and my credit card information was stolen. PayPal offered no help. The only help I ever received was from Citi Mobile.

The Citibank app is easy to use and easy to navigate. You have a view of all your transactions at your finger tips. I really appreciate the notification. At a moments notice you can see your transactions if you chose. You will never miss a payment or pay interest if you follow your notifications. I really like receiving a percentage back of every transaction. In these days of inflation every dime back is a help. Great application. I recommend this app if you have any use your Citibank card

Good reliable app. Being able to more easily find future autopay dates and amounts would be good. It's there, it's just a little hard to follow. Something on the front screen stating your next auto pay for $x is setup for y date would be great and save me having to go and look further as someone that pays the full balance every month.

Great IF you can login. Seems to say I need to update the app often (lately). When you try to login, it asks for a code BUT it never sends me the text when selected. When you select "call", it gives you the code BUT the app locks up and starts over asking you to login again then asks for another code. I don't mind going through a little extra for security, but if you're going to put someone through all that, make sure it works. VERY FRUSTRATING. Hoping this will be fixed soon. Great in the past.

Update: un-installed and reinstalled and now it works. It appears the requirement for the pin changed and it broke the usability of the app. It was a great, easy to use app. But recently I can't get past the dashboard. I get a never ending loading circle when I try to do anything that would take me beyond the dash like: make a payment, view rewards, view fico score, view more transactions, view statements, lock card, etc.

I'm visually inspired and I think the accessibility of this app could be much improved. For one, there's no dark mode option! This isn't just a preference, it's actually hard for me to use a light mode app, it's like looking at a bright light! Also, there isn't an option to change the font size and it's fairly small. I also found some unlabeled buttons while using TalkBack - they were the right arrow icons on the screen when viewing transactions for an account.
