Not what it claims. I have been sitting at 5 roller grill items for awhile and I never get a free one. Now they are getting rid of the only itmes I enjoy from the inner circle. 5 cents off gas is not enough to make me keep using this app. I get as much or more off at Kroger due to buying groceries and points. Not worth it. Almost forgot any free item I win in any games, I redeem and have as yet gotten any actually free. Yes I know you have 5 minutes to use it. Still doesn't work.

When registering my account, the app gets an error half way through. My inner circle number works and shows up at the registers but does not give me a discount. I've emailed customer service twice over the past week to no avail. Please fix ASAP 🙏

Installed app then tried to enter my address and age but after pressing enter says it failed tried to several times. Asked for help says put what's on my drivers license haven't moved in 40+years and I'm 73 but won't take Birthday either. Liked it better when our store was Holiday never had issue there

The Arizona Diamondbacks strikeout meter prize doesn't work. The feature is there but you can't click on it. It doesn't work for anyone I know. So it's not my phone. I contacted support and they ignore me. So I'm uninstalling to app, it no longer works but Circle K is still advertising the offer. I wonder what the MLB would have to say about that if they knew they weren't giving the prize away with just the appearance that they are.

Just went in Circles trying to setup a debit account. Their system refuses to allow one to enter an email address at account setup. Failed in App and through web browser on or off VPN. Thats kind of messed up. Edit, tried again 1 week later because the gas station has no cards and doesn't know anything about getting them. Again cannot enter my email for registration! Called the support number. The rep was rude, argued with me that I couldn't operate with him until I am registered but how can I??

The app will not allow me to verify my age. Keeps saying age verification failed. I re-tried it several times. It also changed my date of birth. It shows it correctly on the little roller menu but it keeps changing the day to one day later and won't allow me to correct it. I can't see the cigarette selection because it won't let me verify my age. Very frustrating!

I was directed to download the app when I went to their online promo page win dot circlek dot com. Considering the games ran fine in a standard web browser, asking people to download an app for the same functionality is an automatic fail, IMO. As for payment options, I have no use for that and judging by other reviews, it's not working anyway. Again, forced use of an app for something that can be achieved in another fashion is 👎

Seemed great at first but then I noticed it wasn't registering my drinks purchases or chips purchases to qualify for freebies. I could deal with that, but then it stopped registering pizza purchases, which is the big pain because I drop by on the regular for a quick, cheap lunch. Kind of just makes the app pointless and a waste of phone space for me if purchases aren't getting counted. Deleting and shopping elsewhere.

Great in theory....except nothing EVER rings up with the discount or coupon by just entering your phone number or scanning the app. By the time I've convinced the cashier of the price its supposed to be by scrolling thru the app, they are good and irritated, along with everyone in line behind me. I am hopeful you will work out the Inner Kinks.

It's nice to win prizes, discounts on gas, treats, & beverages, won lots. As for the ticket entries nothing has ever come of those, @least for me & I've won many. 1st part of game is fun-you win prizes. 2nd is inaccurately scored so it's frustrating when you select appropriate items in a row & they aren't counted properly! It makes the game pointless & no longer a challenge if it's not going to be documented.Therefore, a waste of my time! Loved easy pay,but took calling multiple x to get set up!

I love this app! I just wish I could put it on my SD card instead of my internal space. As a Circle K employee, I use this app frequently, but will have to remove it soon if the storage option doesn't change. I'm completely out of internal space and have very few apps. I tend to keep apps that can be saved to my SD card and delete the others. Please change the storage settings options!

I love Circle k, but I've tried multiple times to sign up for the easy pay card. Every time, there are issues. I've been in multiple missouri locations, and none of the employees can ever help me with signing up or the app. I can not see my account number or how many points I've racked up. The andriod app doesn't have the same options or set up on it like the iPhone does. The only thing the app is good for is playing the game. I also can not see how many sodas I've got before my free one. Etc.

Have been using since it was made available. Many bugs such as not giving free items when earned. Also no list of what is included in each category. Easy pay seems like a setup for ID theft because it asks for way more information than what it should. Even if they are not trying to steal your ID, thieves could use any holes in security to do so. I assume they are not very good at security either. Last, but not least, the app now says that my phone is rooted, and it is not. Uninstalled.

I updated this app 12/21/23, right after I reveived a text about the sweepstakes. There is no way to enter in the app... the linked pictures don't work... what seems like there should be a text link does not work. Not the first time I have had trouble; in the past I have had trouble getting coupons... it shows local stores and goes to a map when you click on yours and you can go no further. Had to go to website to enter sweepstakes. Staff at my store could not make sense of, or help with, app.

Disappointed that Sip & Save is ending.... Otherwise, I'd give 5 stars... Cos I really do love your coffee! Especially the ones from different countries that rotates every few months. I'm probably not alone in thinking that I'd pay a little more for the sip & save if that's what it would take to keep it alive, as I'm assuming it was ended due to it's inprofitibility. I enjoy the games to (hopefully)win instant prizes & CS is always on point in my store.

Circle K is about the only convenient store that I use. All of there products are at affordable prices and the staff is super friendly for the most part. Usually they have ready for whatever I am looking for. Their store is very organized and clean. They conveniently offer an ATM inside the store. They offer coffee and various hot foods. This is a great place to shop at! Oh and the App is great. Your always getting free products. The drinking program is my favorite bc it's such a great deal!

Downloaded the app to sign up; it kept saying "unexpected error" when I tried. Signed up online, then went back to the app, same thing when I tried to sign in. Skipped that step and went to find my store using location services; it said it couldn't find me. But then I went to select it manually and it showed my location on the map! However, it said there are no stores nearby - but there are at least 2 stores within 5 miles of me! Not giving up yet, but I'm not having too much satisfaction atm...
