Literally made my first order just now and ordered 2 of something. To cancel 1 item and issue a refund using the app took literally a minute. Never found something so easy! Will see what the items are like when they arrive but the app is the least complicated I've used - good search functions and good recommendations based on what you have already browsed which kept me filling my basket and liked items so I could make a good choice and comparison before choosing my items! Great so far!

The sizing is inconsistent, on top of running too big or too small even in clothes that are the exact same size, rendering the size chart completely irrelevant. On top of this, they photoshop their models in such a way that it's false advertising; they make it seem as if their clothes will offer chest support, but there are no cups in items that they make seem like they do. I don't recommend if you're busty and petite. The return process is also a nightmare.

This app pisses me off. I placed a order for over 20 items because I got a 20% off, 1 use coupon. They canceled my order because they deemed it suspicious activity due to the fact that I'd purchased so many item. (Unheard of!). Lost my discount. Was going to repurchase with the live 30% off coupons. Which are totally bs! It does not take 30% off. When ever I apply it it takes 10$ off my 500$ order. The live streams are bs. I've order before, loved the clothes but I will not order again.

okay so great skirt! the negatives don’t know where the positive so I’m gonna keep wearing it but some things I’ve noticed about it: The fabric is pretty thin and the inside is white and because of this combination, when it’s even slightly windy or you’re running, the slit part fold over and you can see the white… This makes it look kind of cheap. the top ruffles are so pretty and everywhere around the skirt fits perfectly except for my waist, so I have to wear it with a turtleneck (tucked) so that it stays up without me having to pin it. The design is so pretty and i’m glad i bought it!

I am literally begging these apps to stop making plus sizes separate. PLEASE just make each piece of clothing in every size option!!!! I keep giving into the SUPER cute/pretty dress ads and half the time when I see one I really want, it only goes up to a size 10. 😭 I'm so tired of these apps making plus sizes separate!! They have some very cute plus size pieces but there could be wayyyyyy more if they would just make everything in every size. 😭

Plus sized friendly! I range 2x-4x depending on clothing but they have an option to put in your measurements and assist you with sizing. When you purchase through them you receive a measuring tape as well to help those who don't have one. and the shipping is reasonable, so far I havent had any issues in purchasing or receiving orders. 11/10 recommend to those who see it and are curious

there's no search bar when u first open the app, SOMETIMES when you log into ur account will it take u to this like pop up version that does have a search bar. The clothes are really cute and pretty affordable but I had much difficulty trying to order items. A few times it would glitch and give me these extreme discounts(....?) and when it was normal and tried to order it wouldn't go through, so I used my laptop to order instead

The app works well most of the time and is cleanly designed, but there is no customization options for size. Most of the notifications for new clothes that get pushed to me are entire collections that don't have my size (they're straight sized and I'm plus sized). Then, of course, I click through and filter by size to find out there have been no new plus sized clothing options added for months.

i need to let ya'll know how frustrating this is. for one, there is no search bar. and it strictly only lets you make your order when it's $59+ otherwise it will NOT let you access your bag. there is NO point to the wishlist since the items vanish after seconds. there is no "reviews" sections for items. plus, it gives you a code for your first order, but doesn't even give you an option of using it. it's so hard to work with, the clothes look nice, but I'm not sure I even want to order anymore.

Very intuitive app with deals, intuitive shopping, easy checkout process, and return process. Tracking your order through the app is difficult though. When you hit "track" it just gives you an order number then you have to go to a different "help" area and navigate as though you were contacting help to get to the search area for tracking information. That could be improved.

I've ordered from Cider multiple times and my buying experience has always been great. Others have said the clothes are expensive and while that is partly true, I've bought clothes in the lower/middle price range and still think they're just as cute and worth what you pay in my opinion. Shipping is timely and the packaging is cute. The app is clean, easy to use, and the wishlist function is very useful.

I love the quality of clothes and the diverse wardrobe styles. Everything is comfortable, quality, and ships decently fast. The only downside is the lack of product reviews and sometimes low quality example images. Also there are no washing instructions or tags to remind you what they are made out of. Pricing is more expensive than Shein, but the quality is better.

What happened the Sort, Category, Size and filter bar on the app. It's completely gone and on the website it just doesn't work shows just a white or doesn't bring the pull down menu at all, it makes it really hard to sort through what exactly i'm looking for kind of disappointing that all of the sudden today it doesn't work. That really makes me feel less inclined to buy from here as suddenly it doesn't have the option to sort through through the dreamy mood for example

Placed an order, sizes were not accurate so I got a refund to try again. This would have been perfect, but you have to choose between an 80% payment refund or a 100% credit refund. I picked credit, and later on went to reorder. The credit expired AS I was checking out. Went to support and they confirmed it wasn't suppose to expire yet, and it would be a few days before they can get back to me...

Overall, I am pleased. One of the tops was advertised as a "corset tank top," and while I wasn't expecting a literal corset I was expecting the shirt to have some light boning and structure. It had none at all, and the fabric was very thin. Still, it had a nice shape and looks very pretty when I wear it. I would say don't assume you're getting what is advertised, but it will still be good. Prices are fair and returns are easy. The romper I ordered was excellent!

Product is usually poor quality with high prices. Mostly everything was see throu. When returning, the document you need to print out, has to be done on the laptop. I tried my phone, but it would never download/print. It does give you some nice options when returning, where you don't have to deal with mailing stuff back and you still get a portion of your money.

super disappointed with the fashion style change :( the renaissance painting dress i bought when i first found cider is so so beautiful, and there was a gorgeous birth of venus print wrap top that i wanted so so bad but it was discontinued before i could :[ other than that, the sizes are pretty good, i like the tank tops and dress i got but the pants and shorts i bought are pretty cheap quality and they're starting to come apart a little
