Everything is intuitive and easy access; However, when going to the WatchNews section, I am now only able to view one article, and none of the other articles open when tapping them. Closing and reopening the app doesn't help and nor did updating it. Otherwise, great app for getting lost in the world of watches. Hope you guys can fix it!

When it works, it works well - I've purchased a watch through the app in the past, and been impressed by the customer service - but after some of the recent updates it seems to crash upon opening, almost immediately. Also, the watches that you've favourited but have been sold, removed etc. should automatically move to a different folder - you shouldn't have to manually go through removing them from the list.

Watch condition is questionable. New does not mean new as in the proper packaging as if you bought directly from the Manufacturer. Still a great application for searching price points though.

I used c24 to buy and sell a watch, easy to use, secure. Definitely recommend even to a novice.

When will dark mode be added to the app? I cannot browse at night because the bright white screen drives me insane. It would also be nice to go straight into the list of watches if there is only a single category ("All") rather than having to tap again.

Really annoying app. Can't do search for specific functions like, worldtimer or chronograph etc. Filtering searches is troublesome and selling watches over is a hassle. Not intuitive or comfortable to use. Their website is somewhat better but usually I avoid it.

Every thing is good except ui/ux you should add a dark mode cause for some reason I can't view the product price or details I can see the product I can open it I can see the image but for some reason the written words /product detail and background are both white.

This review is not about app. You all need to know that, the service given by chrono24 is totally relies on the sellers reliability. they do not provide any protection to the buyer against a bad behaving seller..A seller lied to me as claiming that item was shipped without proof of any shipment and fake tracking number, I reported to chrono24 by phone that I want to cancel the order and the response was they can not do anything since it was shipped! Dead end.

Would be great if this had a dark mode. Way too bright considering it mostly gets used in the evenings. Have to turn the phone brightness way down because everything is bright white, which in turn doesnt make the watches look great. Also still so many watches that aren't trackable, like Heuer Camaro 9220n, Smiths W10.

If you are planning to lease your timepiece on this site to sell, please be warned! Sold my watch on 3 April & it was a very quick & simple agreement between the buyer and I. Despite payment being done immediately by the buyer, it took nearly 3 months before I saw money transfer to me by CHRONO24 and it was ONLY after over tens of emails chasing them, numerous excuses from CHRONO24 blaming their payment systems and "third parties" issues and refusal to provide any concrete proof of transfer!

Very disappointed. Have used successfully but when it doesn't work, it's a horrible and expensive experience. Sellers don't have to honour sales and so you pay, they can then have a think and just say no... So a total waste of time. If you pay and they refund due to their seller pulling out of the deal, another big warming, you cover all the currency transaction costs. For me, I chose a watch, purchased, paid, the seller withdrew, and only around 92% of the payment was refunded.

One place to search the globe for valious watched with secure checkout. You also can maintain a list of your watches and current values. The only flaw here is that some micro-brands are not available to put on this list.

My bank told me the payment was processed, why are you declining payment. Why do you offer payment with VISA if you just decline the transaction?? This was a test purchase with a 500 dollar watch. I will not be using this application to purchase anything if value. Perhaps many other people have good experiences but to have you declined my payment after the bank says it has been processed is strange indeed.

Difficult to order. For example, I'm trying to order a watch and the button to buy disappeared. Instead, there is one asking me to request an offer from the seller. The seller had already responded but the field to execute the purchase is not longer available in the app. Terrible unfriendly App. Chrono24 takes a long time to respond to inquiries. Couldn't buy the watch.

I have yet to make a purchase through the app, but after browsing for even just a few minutes, it becomes overwhelmingly apparent (to me at least) that there is no other marketplace or app out there for watches (new, used, AND vintage) that comes close to the selection found here. For watch collectors, aficionados, sellers, and dealers, this app impresses.

I love this app but I have been having issues with the filters. Usually it won't apply the filters I have selected. Today, however, when I go to a saved search or search "automatic", for some reason Poljot is filtered when I didn't select that filter, and I can't get rid of it. So all I get to look at are Poljot. Looping is also an issue, as others have stated.

The main features are great, and I like the buyer protections, but the "For You" algorithms need improvement. I use the app daily to browse watches, but it routinely shows me watches I'm not at all interested in. For instance, I routinely have 5 or more Nautilus displayed in my recommended feed. I have no Nautilus saved in my notepad or in my saved searches tab. I may have looked at a Nautilus six months ago, but am not looking to buy one. I just wish the algorithms were more precise.

New version takes a step back. The option to filter by private seller or dealer no longer appears in new searches (saved searches still have it in the criteria) and when you search, select an option to view and go back you go right back to the top. I hope you haven't scrolled down for a while or you are in for a long day. I had to stop using it and moved to their website and other vendor apps.

People who aren't "into" patina wouldn't consider a watch whose dial looks like a toilet bowl to be in "very good condition". Great app, but one feature request I think would help a lot of people navigate your listings: more filter options in general (I know you already have a ton, but the more the better). For example a patina filter would help.

I was excited to use this app to track the value of my collection, but it has been more of a struggle than it's worth. I can find watches I own that are posted for sale, but "can't be found" when trying to add them to my collection. If I can't add my watches on the app, why even have the feature? I've also noticed prices are often listed significantly higher than I can find brand new on other sites. Overall disappointing. Edit: Don't send canned responses to negative feedback. Fix your app.
