Daily games: You have to earn INORDINATE amounts for 10 FREE coins. They could easily increase the winnings. There's the CHEST/KEY. Win 10 levels for possibly 1 FREE coin and a booster. When your PIGGY BANK is full, you have to pay $9.99 for 160 coins. Far too much. They need to reconsider the winnings versus what you pay to play.

Your game crashed my phone twice! The first was like a soft crash where the screen went black and the start-up routine started. The second was immediately afterward, before I had a chance to even touch the screen again, and it was a complete shutdown and restart. I was having fun, but no game is worth that.

Sucks really bad! Could be good but the devs ruin it by trying to force you to pay to play. Ways the game cheats include: 1. Chest key is put too far ahead with too little time to deliberately make it impossible to ever get it. 2. Many levels give you too few moves and force you to waste moves, cheating you by one or two critical moves needed to pass. The only way around is paid upgrades. If you play the game don't EVER give these greedy devs even one single dollar to play this BS cheating game!

Shouldn't have to play the same level hundreds of times to, win for the most part, or get 3 stars. Gave up after playing level 129 for a couple of hours here and there 2 days in a row. I get these companies want you to spend money and they'll say it's not manipulated but it is. Not fun to play when you have to keep doing the same level over and over and over and over and get nowhere. I can understand a few times but not hundreds of times. Not fun. Not worth the aggravation. Uninstalled.

It is a fun game but I downloaded it mainly because it promised add free experience, which unfortunately is not the case. It is quite annoying and I am probably going to delete it. All the adds are too frustrating. Plus - no good way to get any power ups, which is also frustrating. There should be some kind of rewards every now and then.

Update: Giving 5 stars as the game is fun and your support staff is prompt .Use to always play this game, but now, right in the middle of levels, an Amazon thing shows up that isn't an ad . Sorry to see it go

Bonus collection seems not to be working properly, no spins, except for the first one, no video bonuses and no bonus for the lost two games anymore... What happened? Again? In level 4498 now, stuck for weeks, can't get out because no bonuses are available. This has been happening before, and after reinstall, I lost my progress completely. Can we get it fixed?

Loved this game though they make it near impossible to win without purchasing ways to extend the game. Then all of a sudden I start having ads popping up everywhere and no malware adware would block them... I did everything and then uninstalled this app and boom they're all gone! I was on level 453 and was addicted but it's not worth the app taking over my phone. The ads were constant all over my phone... Not worth it!

I just love this game so much! 🥰🦌🎅🤶🎄🌲⛄ It's relaxing. Clean family fun. Wide variety of boards. Helps calm anxiety. Cute graphics. And of course.. CHRISTMAS THEMED!!! Customer support always responds. Different little themes pop up from time to time, even on other holidays. It's updated often. There is a wide variety of challenge. The ads aren't too overbearing. It's colorful and festive. I just love it! (I do miss Mrs. Claus's recipe book though. I hope that comes back Christmas 2021.)

enjoy it. wish we could save our stars & other bombs when attempting to go thru ezch level. Especially when we are so close to finishing. If it is less than 3 to 5 to finish, should be able to retain what we work hard to attain to do another round.To add to my earlier review, I think the stars& bombs & snowflakes earned on a level should be in place on the board when we attempt to complete a level.

I don't understand how this game got so many good reviews. I'm guessing people only played a handful of levels. I downloaded it for a tapjoy reward, and thank goodness that was it. After installing and playing for a few minutes, several of my apps stopped working. This game closed itself several times without warning, and this continued for all 30 levels I pushed through to finish. It gets 2 stars because I like the graphics.

This is one of my favorite games. I've been playing for years and now have gone way past level 3000. I have a question. In the expedition side game CAN YOU PLEASE UPDATE AND/OR CHANGE THE LEVELS. It's always the same just in different squares. Getting really really boring. Also half the time I have to watch ad after ad AND I DONT GET THE REWARD. That alone is tempting me to uninstall...

The game is OK up to a certain point. However when you get to the upper levels it gets a little bit old playing the same level for 2 or 3 days and not advancing to the next level. Most of the time you get to the brink of clearing the level you are on and run out of moves. For instance, the levels where you need to break the ice blocks to open or clear a gift bag you have to make about 5 moves to break just one block of ice when you only begin with 25 to 30 moves to get all of the objects. Too many objectives, not enough moves.

It's a fine match 3 game at first, but the more mechanics they introduce into the game, the more frustrating it is. Some of them, like the stocking, work against the other win conditions in the level by not counting matches toward the count. I understand why, but it's frustrating to clear the stocking and see you still have 0/25 gingerbread, even though you matched them to clear the stocking. The snow machine seems like its only purpose is to make you spend money on more turns and items.

I really enjoy this game. That said, I had issues. It crashes a lot having to restart over and over. Worse In the middle of playing a level that I was just about to win and get the reward and then it freezes...lot my progress and had to start over. Graphics are very small and sometimes hard too see and can be seen the wrong way. I spend more time starting and stopping and not playing the game. 🤔👎👏. Not cool. Game deleted...You describe your app and the most anticipated Christmas game...not so

I have never been so happy to delete a game! I enjoyed playing at first, but reaching evels in the upper 100's/lower 200's, and especially the Thanksgiving series, there was virtually no passing a level in less than 8 attempts, and often more! This is not my normal experience in these kinds of games! I have maybe two levels left to complete the Thanksgiving series, and I have been playing this one level for the past 4 days and can't pass! Not worth more than 1 star at this point.

ok not great. My 2 biggest issues are; graphics are small and hard to see, but most annoying is the power ups once you've been shown what they do, there is no way to see it again. So, if you forget what they do, you just have to use it to see what it does. Very aggrivating. So tip to designers. Have a way once you earn a power up to go back and see what it does. Other games you tap the power up and it will say what it does, then you tap it again to use it. etc.
