I was introduced to the app recently bcos I needed a payment method for online transactions especially purchases of Google apps. It started so well but I immediately noticed that they'd blocked my naira card the same day after using it to make the first purchase on google. I cannot even imagine y they're blocking the card because it was the first day and I don't have any declined transactions. I really need the app for online transactions otherwise I'll continue to shop for another good one

I am a new user and I tried to verify my account by uploading an ID and the system returned an error ,For some reason these guys have failed to rectify an ID upload error problem for weeks now and the customer care BOT continues to tell me the matter has been escalated ,makes one wonder what would happen if one actually has a transaction problem and needs custo.er support to Intervene , very dissapointed and I'd rate zero if it was possible ,currently shopping for alternatives.

The app's user experience is really poor. Why does the USD card service for topping up card go off every now and then. It makes you forget to top up your card and then you'd get charged for insufficient funds. The app needs a LOT of work and now the USD card isn't processing payment again. What is really going on? If the USD card isn't going to be functional, why should I get to pay monthly maintenance fee? Edit: I realised the USD card processed d payment, but please work on the top-up issues.

My advice to developers always keep checking on your app performance on all devices. I have rotated with a process of logging in and I have given up. You put your credentials and it asks you to verify either through email code or a dial up code. When I return to login, it takes me back through the same process. What a headache.

I've always love the application, it's fast and reliable, but there's one thing left, the reason for me creating an account with them has not been made possible. I wanted a domiciliary account created but now it's not there I really wish they would reopen it again so that everyone will start to enjoy it to the fullest.

Dont ever download this app! I cant even delete my account!! Worsted app I've ever downloaded and customer service is ridiculously ignorant. And it is very annoying it keeps saying error when I try to verify . Now I can't delete it and customer support seems to not 7nderatand how to give me instructions on how to delete my account. I've been talking w someone and trying for hours and I only used the app for maybe 5 minutes

Chipper you can do better the services from the app is not A1 again seriously transaction most times operates slow and in urgent moment you guys flop, kindly work on the app give us necessary update and changes consider dark mode the app most times too bright so many things I can say but you guys know best do your analysis see what your app is lacking. Chipper works well, from card to wallet everything is okay. Google Cloud rejects card because it's pre-paid. However, with time Chipper has become just too costly to afford especially to me as a Ugandan. Recently, you'd transfer funds from wallet to card and forth free! You were charged for "Decline fees" which was low though unfair, a good charge on card transactions & remittances. But now, I am charged double for everything. I'm quitting this App for good.

It's been useful for the better part but my issue arises when I have to use my virtual card. It takes forever (and a day) to show me my card details. I have to reload, close the app and reopen it a couple of times till I can finally get to use it. It's frustrating.

This app had worked well the first time until the issues begun. 1st, I couldn't get OTP on my phone. I contacted customer care who sent many messages saying they're working on it but it's been a year since and the OTP issue might never be resolved. 2nd, recently I get to the app and need to make an urgent payment. When I tried to see the details of my card, they couldn't show! I tried logging in and out a few times but still nothing. I even reached out to customer care but nth changed. Sad.

Started out as a good app that allows you buy data and transact. What annoys me entirely is when I buy small data bundles the app works fine. But the moment I buy big bundles, it gets issues and doesn't refund disappointing and there's no communication team that assists

Last year I could make transactions. This year, maybe they made a resolution to block some users out. A friend sent me money but it's just stuck on the Chipper app, I can't convert or buy crypto or send to anyone else. Please fix it or fix my account. I've been good enough to follow your terms since day 1 so I don't expect to be treated unfairly.

The virtual prepaid cards have become too expensive on this platform and you all seem not to be interested in listening to your clients concerns. How do you keep increasing rates and such every 2 months. From 4000 to 8000 ugx a month maintance as well as card acquisition. 5 and 10 percent to withdraw money as fees. Its just useless at this point. Bank debit and prepaid cards are way cheaper to use.

I get that no app can be perfect, but I get an error " unable to create user session" while I tried to login, even though I have internet connection, I want to update the app an see if it works, would update the ratings if it does. . Update: It works now, but the UX for the invest screen is low, the scroll view for the crypto section doesn't scroll fully and user is unable to withdraw their full investments, It generates an insufficient balance error unless you reduce your withdrawal.

I was able to use a app yesterday to make transfers but after the transfer, the application started crashing I can't even enter to the interface of the application right now. I hope this issues are results sooner rather than later

I've been enjoying the app and my visual dollar card since I started using it. However, the services have significantly deteriorated over the past two months. I had to be very persistent to retrieve my 20 USDT. Additionally, there's an issue with the 12,500 that I was planning to use for my DSTV payment; it's missing, and we are currently resolving this. The response rate from support is slow, leading to delays and causing me to miss out on important transactions I needed to make with my funds.

Liking Chipper Cash more. Feels like giving a 5 ⭐ A 5 star! Very easy to use, faster, almost free transactions, borderless, and above all airtime, and data bundles cashbacks. Just know it's a great app. However, like any other business, some times (like once in a week), there are some delays, but if you have ever done a business, challenges are inevitable. I recommend it. Please add a savings with interest plan. 💕 Please rectify the delay issues in every aspect of the app. Even to open the app.
