Glitchy app reset my store selection while ordering and I didn't notice until after. App continued to glitch between showing me old orders and not showing any orders, before I was able to determine it's not possible to cancel in the app. Call the store and get a bot that's just as glitchy as the app. Ultimately have to drive 20 minutes out of my way for cold burritos.

there was hardly anything there, asked for extra rice and beans and could litterally count how many beans were there because so few and a thin layer of rice. same with cheese had to look to find it. The whole bowl barely covered the bottom of the bowl. Chips were just a small bit in bottom of bag. very disappointing and may not order in future. every time I do order it gets smaller each time. not worth the price at all

The food was a mess! It was cold, it was late, wasn't handed to me like I requested, and very small portion! I got nowhere with chatbot or whatever it's called. Basically out $18 and change and a very empty stomach! WOW! What a joke. Don't get me wrong going in person and I do all the time it always been great. Great food along with the great service

Food is great, app sucks. For about a week now, I have been unable to use it because it has decided online payment is not working. I have un-installed and reinstalled the app, logged in and out, tried adding a different card (just says error and won't let me), and nothing works. I don't understand how this can be an issue that has gone on longer than a week.

For all the money Chipotle makes, you think it'd be a more robust app but it's frustratingly minimal. Order history does not give enough order detail. Order numbers are not provided. There is no clear way to contact customer service if something is wrong with your order and no way to rate your order. I feel like the app used to be more robust but it keeps getting worse. They need to invest more in a better app, especially when they're charging so much more for delivery than in-person.

Super glitchy app. Have had to re-download it 3 different times to get it to run and have had to set-up my account twice. Often get notifications on app icon but when I open the app there are no indicators of notifications? It will allow you to order food but that's about it. And feedback is nearly impossible to send but us never responded to.

No locations in San Diego area? I know where there are locations but can't order ahead or order 'digital' only items because your app is inconsistent and unreliable. I even have the most updated version. Your app has problems all the time. Don't send coupons if your app doesn't work. Don't send emails if your app doesn't work. You just make it more frustrating and provide more of a reason to go to a competitor for food.

I got a notification that delivery would be free for a few days, so I got on the app to order. I ordered several things, including a $12 burrito. When I went to checkout and selected delivery, that burrito increased to $15. I'm not even talking about the added charges. The line item price went up 20% just because I switched to delivery. That's not "free" delivery, not to mention that price hike would have happened in addition to delivery fees. You just lost a long-time customer.

Always an annoying experience using the app for ordering and delivery. There's always an issue redeeming Rewards points. I constantly get a message, "Oops! Something went wrong. Try again" but then deduced my pts. anyway! There's always an item missing from my delivery. Then you have to go back to the app and Chat with "Pepper" a ridiculous Bot who keeps offering templates questions/answers! Told me I'd be transferred to live agent, Jennylynn who never responded after 20 mins! So irritating!

Tried to make an order on Halloween for multiple people at work... The app would not put in the order. Pickup or delivery, either one did not work. No error message, no explanation. Very frustrating. Usually will work with no issues, but that time it didn't. Sometimes the app will lag with a lot of stuff in the cart. Chipotle is a little skimpy on the reward points too.

The badges that you can earn through their promotions are completely worthless. It's so dumb. I also get a coupons like free chips with a $5 purchase, but it says the coupon won't work at checkout, even though I'm meeting all the requirements. This has happened in the past with other promotions and is really annoying. It's also really hard to contact anyone to fix it. They're not machine doesn't help. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but that didn't fix it either.

The app will not default to your favorite location. Even though there is an option to select a location as your favorite. I've now twice ordered online at the wrong location because the app defaults to your last location order. Even if it's 30 minutes away. Any new order should automatically default to your saved location. The ordering process also doesn't ask you to pick a location so you are never aware that you have the wrong location selected.

This past month or so every time I open the app I have to re-sign in and I have lost all of my points, twice now. The first time I was half way to a free entree and the second time I had one purchase left to get the free entry. What happened to my points?!?!? Also when I try to choose pick-up it says uh-oh something went wrong. Try again. Annoying. 🙄

I keep changing my password but I still can't log in. There's no way to switch your order from pick-up to delivery, or vise versa. There's no real person you can contact if you are having problems, you have to talk to a chat bot that might redirect you to agent if your problem is worth it. I can't sign in and there's no way for me to talk to an agent. For years, there's always been a problem with this app; why I prefer just ordering in person, rewards aren't worth it at this point.

Doesn't have a feature to cancel an order after placing it. Must call the location for pickup to cancel, and they can't issue credit for the order, even if it hasn't been fulfilled. Needs to be more interactive. The scan tab used to pop right up when logging on. Now, you have to navigate around before it finally shows up. Portion sizes have dropped drastically, while prices have skyrocketed. I dropped the rating from a 2 to a 1 because a burrito shouldn't cost $17 and have hardly any protein

4/06/24 Update: Still glitchy and frustrating. Very embarrassing when trying to prepay an order. The pictures are pretty, though. Options for ordering are nice. Wish I could order. This app is garbage. I've downloaded, then deleted several times over the course of several years always hoping it would be better. Nice graphics. Terrible experience.

Literally every time you order, you get a notification that's impossible to dismiss. You have to either go deep into settings to toggle notifications for the whole app, or restart your phone. This has been going on at least a year I'd say. Also: any time you have issues with your order you have to go jump through a bunch of hoops to fill the order info in; the app somehow can't just auto detect that info even if you placed the order through the app. Otherwise fine but those are so annoying.

Navigation is terrible. Not intuitive unless you are very regularly in app. History is useless, with no reference to location. Maybe it works well to order, maybe, but given the quality issues I've had with orders that have been picked up, I have to get in line and have it prepared in person.

Whatever yall did in the last update ruined the app, I'm no longer able to pay at all. I've tried ordering twice this week, both times had to go to a different restaurant entirely with apps that actually work. Please fix this app!! When you go to pay it says "we are having issues processing online payments, switch to pickup and you can pay at the store". I'm at work, I cant just go to the store. Fix online payments, fix your delivery!!

Burrito bowls. They r generous most of the time and correctly made 90% of the time. We usually order via App and pick up the order. Believe me there are many worse places!! Here the food quality is consistent and good, the portions are generous, they are quick in filling the orders. I wish food was hot when it gets home, we are only 7 minutes from the Chipotle's!! But Food always luke warm, cheese doesn't even melt!! So we have to microwave to get it hot!! MINOR ISSUE 4 the great food!!
