Very bad app The items don't match the photos, and they were very poorly made and the size charts are very off too They trick you into free gifts and when you sign up for the order you get to pay the full price and there is no turning back.. Same for the cobons The app doesn't let you rate the items so all of the ratings inside the app are fake

I deleted this application. It's not reliable and the prices are raising everyday, as well as the shipping fee to Morocco. Why would I bother and spend my money to buy something that I don't even know if it looks the same as it is shown on the pictures, and pay 15$ as a shipping fee, while I can go and get it from other reliable apps with a reasonable price + a free shipping?!

This app is not recommended. They scam people and have bad customer service. I ordered 3 pants with the correct measurements believing that it looked identical to the picture but to my surprise it was completely different. The size was inaccurate and the design was not what I opted for. I tried emailing and messaging them but all they did was ignore me. Do not buy any item from them and consider other apps instead.

Very bad quality items, I ordered from them and I regret my money. I ordered a 2 piece tracksuits and they only send the Pants without the jacket yet it's on their website as 2 pieces. They charged the whole amount and refused my return orders twice. Just conmanship, Very Baaaaad.

Very bad, and I do not recommend dealing or purchasing from him because the quality of the products is very bad and the measurements are inaccurate, so that I bought two items with the same size, one of which was incorrect, and if the complete products are not available, the unavailable ones are not deducted from the invoice, so you have to buy again, and the delivery man does not accept exchanges or returns anything, so do not waste your money and time and bring them from the beginning.

I have a big problem with this app, I mean there are many Arab countries that shipping is available to them, but there is no shipping to Egypt! It's a very famous and important country and there is a friendly relationship between it and China and Chinese products. Why is there no shipping to Egypt in the application? How is that? I hope to provide a branch in Egypt and shipping to Egypt is necessary!!

I like the items on Chicpoint, but the app needs improvement. It doesn’t show the fabric or material details, which makes it hard to decide if the quality is good. Adding this info would help a lot when buying.

Poor quality and worse service. Return requests are made difficult and rejected for ridiculous reasons. I do not recommend using it. Moreover, the items were dirty and I applied for return three times with photos but they still rejected the return. Don't waste your money.
