Free food is always great! But as for the app itself, expired rewards continue to display long afterwards which is not helpful, is just clutter. And worst of all, during one of the updates, calendar card section disappeared. I threw away the physical card after linking to app, so I ended up losing the free food items from the calendar purchase (` 8 months).

This app works great for ordering ahead and saving my favorite foods. They give away free food and reward points add up quickly. I don't like how you can't change what you want to redeem your points on. If you choose the wrong item you can't get your points back. This would be a huge feature I would appreciate! This is the second time I have accidentally redeemed my points for the wrong item so instead I will loose them.

Customer Service is great to a point, but the app still leaves a lot to be desired. Latest glitch is it updated and logged me out. I go to login through Facebook, which is how I set my account up, and it keeps saying there is an error communicating with FB. That's the only way I've ever been logged in. So I can't access my account, all of my reward points or anything saved. It's been this way over a month now. No fix in sight. Uninstalled, reinstalled several times, cleared cache, same thing.

CFA is one of my favorite places to eat, go 5-6 times a week. I always use the app for the points, but I am CONSTANTLY being logged out for no reason and then I get a message saying "We're having trouble serving you". I've tried reinstalling, resetting passwords, everything. Nothing helps, just have to wait a day or three and then it randomly starts working again. When it actually is working though, it's awesome.

I love this app, particularly in comparison to other fast food apps. The rewards are great and actually make it worth scanning every time I make a purchase. The process of ordering ahead is extremely valuable, particularly when pick up is an option. I changed my rating from 5 to 3 stars, however, due to the inability to order delivery as it suggests. I've tried on numerous occasions for months and always get the same "Failed to process payment method" message. I hope that gets fixed.

This app was hands down my favorite app ever. So easy to use. However, for the past two weeks, I've tried to order via the app and every time I "pick a restaurant", the app directs me back to the home screen to pick delivery or pickup. Then it gives me an error and says it's not working and to close the app or report an issue. I've uninstalled/reinstalled a dozen times. So sad and frustrated right now

This app is pretty great most days … as long as you're simply ordering food. Where it falls short is selecting "yes" or "no" on any confirmation pop-up. There's nothing to select, and also no way to back out. So I get stuck and have to close the app. Also, my last experience with the app prevented me from making an exact payment with my saved credit card—it would only allow me to add funds to load like a gift card.

8/1/18 was in line at Chick-fil-A when I found it had updated. It had erased my login information . And of course, I did not have it readily available. So I missed getting my point for that transaction. Trying to sign in, it took over an hour and over two dozen times in order for it to let me sign in. It kept saying there were some sort of server problems. Now that I am in, the app crashes constantly. When I change between areas in the app, it is when it crashes the most. The previous version of the app was 100% times better. Extremely disappointed that they did not thoroughly test this before releasing.

This app started out with super small glitches, as any new app, but they're all gone now! I absolutely love this! I don't need to bring my card with me to pick up the order, but I do just in case they have to match it. I don't have a red card, so if I forget my phone, I can't use the app, but that is my personal issue. Things might be easier if we could store our card information to track points when we don't have our phones. Update: We can now store card information and get points super fast, but the app has been really glitch to the point where I have to restart it multiple times. The menu either doesn't show up or it says all of the items are unavailable at the store. It's sad. It wastes a lot of my time and I have to step out of line or can't get my meals on the way to work/school, in the car. Last but not least, the restaurant cannot see any special information that we enter in the app for our orders. Like if we add tomato to a breakfast item :(

It it's a good idea and the user interface is nice. But after ordering twice with it my order has been interrupted with technical difficulties both times and delivered incorrectly as a result. These issues were fixed with no problems in the store, but the app needs improvement. Update 9/4/19: app crashes constantly while attempting to create an order, and loses progress. 2 times in the past month the store has not received my order despite the app saying it will be "out soon".

update: UI looks great now, however when i go to place a curbside order it has consistently been "unable to complete the order" and erases the whole order. Decent app, major perk is getting free items. Biggest issues have been some user interface features that are lacking like being able to edit your meals while they're in the cart and having our entire meal get cancelled randomly at times, which is frustrating. A lot of potential, but needs some issues addressed.

Would give zero. Sometimes crashes and loses stuff in order. Difficult to navigate and sometimes can't get to the main menu. Takes longer to use this than to just wait in line and very frustrating to go searching for an item and have app just lose all the entries you just added. Very non intuitive and needs work. Sorry. But the part where you add money works great. This is about the biggest waste of time and effort I have seen. Endless loop when picking curbside.

App is completely useless. Even when the app is given all the permissions it is asking for no restaurant locations can be found anywhere! This makes it literally impossible to place an order. Tried using the auto search, search here option after going to where the closest location to me is, typed in everything from a full address to just the zip code, but the pickup option can't find anything. However, the delivery option has no problem finding the restaurant which proves the issue is in the app

After the last update last month, the app went backward in quality, not improving. I now can't even use the app. Stuck in a loop after selecting the location for ordering for pickup. It reset itself back to the initial page where selecting type, pickup, or delivery! Only thing I can do is scan my account QR to earn points at drive thru. Can't even use points or rewards at the drive thru! Red Status.

My husband uses this app all the time. I just recently downloaded it to buy lunch for my SIL and kiddos during a shopping trip. I am now BOMBARDED with CfA emails and notifications that I CAN'T turn off! The last email had an unsubscribe link. We'll see if that works, however - in the app, Communication Preferences WILL NOT allow me to turn ANY notifications off and when I choose the "Do not share my info" option, instead of getting to see those options, the app takes me to your menu!!!

The app has issues with calculating the tip. It offers options for the tip by percentage and an "other" option. If I select the 18% option, the app calculates the amount for the dollar value of the meal(s) instead of the amount listed before rewards are applied. Y'all need to decide if the pre-reward amount matters to your drivers tip or not. It should.

Doesn't work. Attempting to place an order forces you to put a phone number in, which results in an error that can't be bypassed. Trying to do it via your profile results in the same error. And disabling the spam notifications is impossible, it just resets back to enabled as soon as you tap it. Cool, guess I'll uninstall and go somewhere else.

This is my first time using this app. 1) I wish I could place my breakfast pick up the night before since I have to be at work so early. Saves time. 2) There isn't a place for special instructions such has chicken on the side (wraps and bowls) 3) lettuce isn't an option as an addition However, I didn't realize there were so many options so various replacements.

Unusable. This app absolutely refuses to complete an order for us, on 2 different phones we have tried, with different Android versions. It's baffling that in 2024 we still get error messages that simply say "something went wrong...", with absolutely no info or even a vague indication of where to start troubleshoting. Uninstalled.

It doesn't let me order anything. When I try to add something to my order, it just says "sorry! We're having trouble serving you." I've closed the app, changed from wifi to cell data, restarted my phone, there are no updates for the app. It just doesn't work. A more descriptive error message would be helpful.
