It is terroble. they sell things that they dont have in storage. my ordered is confirmed but already a month status is ''waiting for packaging''. I have wrote to customer service they answer very quick actually but the answer is sorry the item is in high demand can you waot more 3-7 days, but it is a month i dont get it. I asked for refund , so i will see what will happen

I'm a First Timer. They have some cute clothes if you're a size 12 or under. I'm on the border (sometimes larger on the bottom) so I took a chance and ordered a couple of tops..... I hope they fit!

Prices are not competitive. Too expensive. Shoes are cheaper if I buy from a local shop. Measurements are not accurate and enough. For example how can I order a dress by only knowing the waist size? Body has more parts which need to be measured. Most of items come with such weird size description. I wanted to move from Shein to another seller but Chic Me is even worse.

The clothes that I buy from this website, are always as good as they look on the website, so it hasn't let me down. Great quality clothing. I'll be buying more clothes off here in the near future. It's my go-to for clothes shopping. Some women I know, prefer another clothes shopping website beginning with S, but I prefer the clothes on this app. Keep up the brilliant work. 👍

Awful do not waste your time or money! When I tried to return a few items they only give 14 days and you pay shipping and have to send a photo of the shipping receipt so they know the weight but not before having to fight with customer support to give you your money back because they'll try there damnest to get you to take a percentage back only and keep the things. Like no just give me my money back!! Ugh so frustrating. Not only that you have to beg customer support to cancel an order.

Trust me on this, save yourself the trouble and don't download this app. It's the equivalent of buying off of eBay. I've ordered twice from them, four items in total and they were extremely low quality and not like the description. They take months to get to you but only give you a 14 day return policy. I currently have an open case with them with my bank. They're an entire scam. Not one item I've gotten from them was even remotely useable or what the description was.

Bought 4 outfits but only received 3, and out of the 3 only 1 was as described. I contacted them about missing item and It's been 2 months and they haven't responded at all. 2 of the outfits are poor quality. Bought 2 winter sweat suits and one of the pants is completely see through amd very thin material. The shirt on other is completely see through as well. Purchasing here is a gamble. Don't waste your money. I spent over $100 for one good outfit which was the shirt dress. Not worth it

The app is easy to work. The shipping took almost a month for me to receive. Some of the clothes was good material while others are smaller than actual size. The WORST part is if you want to return something they make it complicated. There's not just a button you actually have to speak to a representative and it's like negotiating with a terrorist on the refund. Horrible experience. Know I understand why no one talks about this app

The app is super easy to use but I wouldn't buy from them again. I ordered products over a month ago, November 19th to be exact, the tracking information is bs. I haven't gotten any tracking updates since December the 8 & 9th. When I ask customer service what's going on I keep being told to wait. This is the day and age of technology. No reason I shouldn't be able to track my items properly. Over $350 spent on items I'll probably never receive.

I have been purchasing with them for almost a year. In the bigginini I had some trouble with the sizes, since it was too small for me. But now they improved that issue. I love everything. So beautiful, sexy and different. It's take while to arriving but it's gareente and secured charging in my credit card. The app. it's easy to work with..and I can track my order from there. Thank you Chick Me!! I am looking forward to continuing business with you further more.

At first it was pretty okay. It has taken over a month for my order to even get to me and even then I have only half of it and they are telling me the last part wasn't shipped to my house. Also, they changed my password and wouldn't let me open the app there for a while. I had to email them more than once to get a reading on where my order was. Tracking is laggy. It's not the products, they are fine and good. The customer service may need some help. Snd the app needs soem fine tuning.

Don't ever buy from this app. The clothes have horrible quality and the sizes are completely off. I ordered a small and received something that looked like a large or extra large. When I reached out to them to return the items they told me that the shipping fees to return the items was too expensive (they never told me the actual cost) that instead they could offer me a 10% refund and I could keep the items. To me this was so frustrating that I just uninstalled the app and threw away the items.

This is the worst place to buy anything. Do Not waste your money. I bought 4 dresses, but when they arrived I was disappointed. The material is a very poor quality, feels and looks like plastic. I've never seen anything that bad before. They are not true to size either. Ordered M and 2 looks like XS and 2 looks like XL. Tried to contact them to return the Items, they take so long to answer you and give you only 14 days to return, and you have to pay for it. It's by far the worst experience ever.

My experience so far with Chic Me has been good. Sometimes I have issues with it freezing up or products not showing up when I click. But other than that it's not an issue at all. Very easy to use. Beautiful products. Just be careful when choosing sizes. They tend to be smaller then you'd expect. But still can't say I've been too disappointed in what I've ordered. Easy to find what you're looking for exactly.

The app for android barely works. When i try to log in to check on status of my order, it won't recognize my password. After several attempts, I give up, delete the app and download it again. That seems to work fine for maybe a few minutes. Then it just freezes. I log out to go back in and then it says that I've been locked out due to too many attempts to log in!!!!! What?!! I have an order that has been "in transit" for over 4 WEEKS! At least it's finally in the US. Won't be ordering again!

I like the clothes and i havent had a bad experience with customer service. I have only order a couple of times and two times now i have to exchange items because of inventory issues. A lot of the photos look photoshoped to show of different colors or just photoshopped on in general not really showing us the true product which make it hard to tell how the product really is. Im probabaly unitalling once me latest order arrives.

Their pricing is very deceiving. When I add up the items in my cart it comes to less than what they say. They show you the "original" price, then show you the chic "discount" price, which is more than the prices shown in the cart. Then if you try to use a coupon, they raise the prices of the clothes, so a 40% coupon saved me only 2 dollars. My total went from $73 to $71, yet when I add up the individual prices, the total is only $68 without the coupon! You're not saying money. It's a rip-off.

Absolutely horrible. Don't do it. I ordered, my order stayed in processing 1 month before any movement. I finally get it a month and a half after I ordered it. The material is the worst. I went by their sizing guide and it was way off!!!! Like the size chart said to order a 1x, I get it and 2 of me could fit into it. The 2 piece sets, forget it, top way too big and bottoms too small. I contacted support about returning for a refund and now I'm getting the run around about a refund.

I dont know if I am the only one experiencing this issue, but for more than two weeks now I have been unable to log into my real account via the mobile app. It keeps showing different people's accounts each time I log off and back in. I had to go use the website instead. Can this be looked into please. I had no problem with the app before now. But well, chicme return process is quite annoying, it takes ages to get a response. I wish it can be more easier by clicking on few buttons.

Terrible, terrible. Terrible experience! They have a decent selection of products. However, after you place your order it stays in "outbound in sorting" for a month, literally! Their support is a joke. They will claim the items have been shipped and tracking has not been updated. I opened a case with Afterpay and still the same lies about being shipped! Avoid this one like the plague unless you enjoy being robbed of your hard earned money!
