Tried to order on their website and couldn't create an account because the session was expired all the time. Went to their app and the same promotional deals are not available on the app that are available on the website so it's more expensive to use the app . Tried to use chat function and it was terrible she couldn't do anything. Awful company. Back to Amazon for me.

I love ordering from CHEWY. . . by phone and online. Always there to answer questions or make changes, especially with autoship if it's not quite time to buy more. The app has it all - so easy to navigate - great selections, deals, favorites, discounts for autoships, with email reminders. Best of all is I don't have to carry heavy bags!

I have been using the service for a while and haven't had issues except recently. I don't appreciate having my auto ship changed twice and given 10% off a future order that pretty much just covers the shipping fee I am made to pay due to failure to supply. The item is a medical item, and i can understand failure to stock. But twice is not fair over the course of a couple of months.

The app has TONS of glitches. It takes photos forever to load or won't load at all. When I click on certain sections, it says it's unable to load and try again. Sometimes, when I go to the cat section, it'll take a while to load then will show dog treats/toys instead of cat treats/toys. I will enjoy the app much more once these glitches are fixed.

I was very happy to find my priority item on sale, along with a promo, if I added more items to reach the minimum requirement. I tried to buy 2 more bags of cat food, but try as I may it would not let me choose more than 4 bags. I was forced to add another cat litter and a toy to reach the target amount, when all I really wanted was 2 more bags of cat food : ( Also, the sale price on the cat food is scheduled to end soon. I wasted a LOT of time trying to find a way to make this work!

I find when I shop for multiple items (eg, pill pockets) the inability of not having at "continue shopping". or selecting multiple items option of the same item to be annoying. (this is particularly annoying when it was a searched item where I wind up re-searching again; see my example above!) Instead, I have to go back to the screen and select the next item!

This app is fantastic; it just WORKS! No issues, no harassment, no crashes, no bothersome push-ads, and it's just super intuitive, reliable, stable, and it works! I love it! The Chewy Team is equally fantastic! I truly cannot say enough good things about their service, responsiveness, EASY and GREAT customer care and support. We switched from another popular pet supply chain and, wow, what a night and day positive difference! I wish other companies could just work this well!

the app is okay. it's not as easy to manage an auto ship as they claim it is. I don't love tech. 4.24 update. The app has gone downhill, getting more and more difficult to find things. I told the app what I was looking for and my result was buried beneath other "options". A list of flavors would be nice, and for you IT children developing and maintaining an app, a list runs vertically, not horizontally. Vertically means up and down. Just a simple list, not some scrolly thing. You've lost me.

Used to absolutely love this app and company but now HA! It's honestly trash. The app is constantly glitching and closing out when I'm trying to find decent deals to purchase for my pets. And the new thing I've experienced is they offer deals on their app and they will apply to your order and you'll get an order confirmation just for them to cancel your order and not allow you to redeem the coupons they put on there. Which results in days of my wasted time and a store trip anyway 🙃

The convenience of the delivery is nice & all, but the app is not so much..from issues with no search options for RXs, to not allowing the use of ANY promo codes that popped up during shopping, not the best way to shop. I did appreciate the large savings I will get for using the auto ship option (+ pick frequency) & that they will contact your vet on your behalf for RX items. I'm on the fence for this app, overall.

What happened to the app?? I've been checking for two weeks to see if it was just a temporary technical problem and it's still not functioning! Nothing loads aside from the account info page and when you try to click on anything or scroll up and down the screen glitches. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it's the same issue.

Great app. Less sellers than Amazon, but sellers are usually of a higher quality (in my experience) so it balances out. Nice intuitive app. Lots of sales. Also, the customer service is really nice. My biggest gripe is that you can't edit reviews. I edit reviews on the play store a lot because things change, products lose quality, I notice issues after leaving a review, etc. but you can't do that on Chewy. I think it's an issue. Also, there is no share button (that I can see).

App is so frustrating!!! I'm looking thru dog harnesses and then it randomly goes to an error page. So annoying. Can't get thru a simple checkout without the app glitching and bouncing around to pages I didn't even click on. Makes me not want to even buy anything from chewy and just get it somewhere else where I have a smoother and easier transaction.

I really do enjoy Chewy subsequent of my neighborhood pet place being a little too pricey for my budget. The auto ship is super quick and easy to navigate through their app on the phone, and if I ever have a problem or run into any problems, I've always had good luck and welcomed customer service relations with their toll free number.

not user-friendly at all unless you never want to change anything in your autoship. only able to skip what was in the autoship once and not able remove it at all. how does this make my life easier when I want to change what I am getting, I would have to time it just right to get the new autoship at the same time as the old one. you can not schedule a new one out before you pay for it. changing what food I want sent should be as easy as adding and removing anything on the list.

The app is extremely slow and unstable. If you can get to the category you want, it will refresh back to the main menu. The filter doesn't work well either. If you select more than one filter (puppy, chicken free, with grain) it will give you puppy with chicken and grains. All in all, I wouldn't use if it wasn't for auto ship due to my back issues. I tried using the website and it automatically redirects me to the app. Please fix this issue.

I have been using chewy and autoship for my pet supplies for a couple of years with zero problems! It took some trial and error to figure out the frequency of shipment that works for us, but it has been easy to move the shipment up or push it back when needed. I can easily skip, remove, and add new items to the autoship order so I can switch up the treats each order without having to 'shop' for the basics. Shipping is fast, and it was easy to get a human on the phone when I needed to.
