I wanted to book a hotel and flight to Spain. Something went wrong with the finalization of the booking. In the meantime i tried from other device to the same thing, all fine. After a while i checked my spam mail and apparently the first booking went through. Now i have to pay for both of them because of this error. PS. Went to the customer service and the answer was. "Its basically your fault ,not ours."

The worst identification ever. Employees aren't trying to be polite. The app doesn't work without headphones and with Bluetooth headphones. I had to call three times to realize it. And then, when we were almost done, the connection got broken. Of course there's no way to continue, so one has to start from scratch. Disappointing.

The app is amazing it is all inclusive, only thing missing is support for English language for expats who just came to Germany if this feature is added it would be 5 stars for me!! As a reply to the devs, English can be implemented for all the app and just exclude contracts as they have to remain in German. You can still have more reach with this method ;)

1. Chats in app close spontaneously every time and you lose the opportunity to solve your problem with a specialist. 2. Just 1 out of 5 specialists sincerely tried to help. Others didn't want to hear me or understand the problem at all. 3. They opened a new contract for me without my will and it was really hard to close it after all. No one helped, however it was their mistake. 4. In my profile they claim right now that my current contract is inactive, which is untrue. I'm confused again 😤

An app and a company where it's all about getting your money. When it is about services and customer care, you should forget about it. Get the products bit don't expect help if anything goes wrong. I experienced quite a few issues so far, not just with the app but with the way the data or the payments are made. Really bad experience so far. I guess I got what I paid for.

I am very disappointed with your app and current offerings. I used to get everything through you, but unfortunately, lately, there's no more freedom in choosing phones with contract like before. It seems like you've created a monopoly with only 3 manufacturers, and even worse, you can only choose from 3 models among those 3 manufacturers. In the beginning, app was better, simpler, and with more choices, which is why I initially chose your service.

Fraudsters!!!!!! I received bad goods, they gave me a replacement, and after half a year they asked me to pay them, which I didn't want, and they wrote me warnings and then I paid for both the warnings and the damaged goods. A few months later they again ask me to pay what I already paid and new reminders.

The operative who was verifying my identity asked me to switch my smartphone's camera from front to back, but the camera switch facility didn't work, so we couldn't complete the verification process. She advised me to download a different app (My WebID), I did and completed the verification process successfully on a second video call. I can't explain why the camera switch button was unresponsive -I used a very good Sony Experia smartphone which doesn't normally have any issues.

when you are going to apply something, they reply you message or email really fast. After you subscribed, if you have problem, thats your problem, not ours, we only want and already have your money. you will never ever get reply from them. I wish that i can give you lower rating. My advice, if it is not an emergency, or if you can find elsewhere, or there are many other options out there, choose them. Avoid at any cost making any deal with this app. They are the worst !

I had a bad experience with immobilienScout24. About 2 months ago I just submited a request for schufa as I was a fresh new in germany and I had to got schufa to be able to make a contract with the landloard. Then I saw this capability on your website and gave my colleague's IBAN to you just to charge 30 euro for a schufa request but you have created a monthly subscription with his IBAN and he is paying 30 euro each month. I was never aware of this monthly contract!

I have installed and registered 2 weeks ago, but no T-shirt. The app says I've never been registered. Also I have a look for a car loan, get scammed and 3rd party organization is calling me.

I want to change my return flight from 18th of January 2025 to the 24th of January 2025 but I have send several of emails to you to make the changes but I always get a reply telling me you can't change it but rather I should rather contact Turkish Airlines for the changes. I have contracted Turkish Airlines and they told me I purchased the tickets from Check24 so therefore you should rather make the rebooking. Turkish Airlines I have the right to tell you to change. I'm so mad fix this. Thank u

Great app but could do with some language support. Adding translations for different languages is much easier these days. And there are lots of non-German speaking people that live in Germany that would benefit

I find it easy to use. With car insurance, reviews are detailed which very helpful (e.g. communication was important to me - I was able to choose one where communication had a good "reputation")

It doesn't support the English language, which is a bit disappointing while so many expats and internationals are living in Germany.. Answer to CHECK24 feedback: Thanks for the feedback. Yes, contracts are in German, but the least you can do is to make the interface of your app support English.
