I just purchased the VIP on the phone app for a week. Why does it still say my account is standard on the web version. Sent a couple of emails to the customer support and nobody has gotten back yet!

Scam. Even if you pay for gender filtering, most men are labeled as women. There are clearly people paid to be on the app to make it seem like its not empty

"MANIPULATING CUSTOMERS". I purchased subscription for 1 week but still can't use VIP Features like Gender Filter, Country Filter etc. I emailed to Customer Support. They asked me to send Order id which i sent them but still they had not solved my problem.I repeatedly sent many mails regarding the issue but no reply. At last THEY LOOTED MY MONEY FOR THE 2nd TIME. I raised complain to Google Support with proof and asked to ban this app for which i got reply that they are looking into this matter.

I have downloaded this app and purchase the VIP MEMBERSHIP BUT it is not worth it even i am getting the same person suddenly app is not working it show you are normal user ID GOT BLOCKED EVEN I HAVE MAILED THE customer support about this all even mention and attach the screenshot but didn't get any response. Total waste of money.

Without a safe search feature, you get constant unwanted views of people's skin. The subscription supposedly gives you gender filter, and that might help... the reviews regarding purchasing a subscription for this app seems negative, and I'm hesitant to try.

Never buy a premium membership. They will cancel the membership midway without informing you. I had paid for chatrandom plus membership for a month but they cancelled my membership in 10 days only. Now i not able to use subscribtion nor they are refunding the money back. Also they hardly reply back to emails as well. Worst experience ever. Please don't pay these guys.

With normal account i see 100 males. After taking subscription i get only 2 people on loop mode. Raised tickets reported but still no reply or update . Paid subscription is a scam and misleading. Poor tech support and customer support team. Dont take paid subscription .

Was happy but received a wake-up call not to continue since amount was auto debited from my account even after cancelling the subscription 6 days before the actual renewal date. Canceled subscription on 11.11.2022 but still amount was auto debited from my account on 17.11.2022 for subscription renewal. And the fun part is even after the payment was taken, the app still shows I have not subscrbed. But I lost the money for no reason.

App won't load any chats with anyone and is just stuck on loading screen the entire time.

The mic doesn't work, I'm a premium user and I have chatted with the customer service but no solution telling me that they will escalates this to the engineers. The mic only works with people from my country or countries next to us. No need to test the mic as it works in all apps except Chatrandom. Also freezing of the matched person video besides having a good network quality.

It's okay, it's like the weather good days and bad days...lol. What it is really annoying is the amount of males that are on a female profile . I can flag and block but they still reappear . I would consider moving to their other appbut for two factors, 1. Its not on Google play ( I don't wish to give my credit card details) and 2. I'm guessing that the same issue will be there also.

It's ok but paying for filtering is a bit of a waste as so many males appear as females. I suspect it is partly due to a bug. I have noticed every time I open the app defaults to female for my gender and I have to go into settings to change it.
