The problem listed below has now been corrected.. thanks much..Great App Was working perfectly for months. Now it will not even try to translate anything. I have un and re installed, this App + WhatsApp gave all permissions, shut phone down restarted, nothing, zero, zip nada. Will not do anything. No idea what i am going to do now. It appears there is no possible way to resolve this issue. Bye bye I guess

It isnt perfect, but its way better than nothing. Sometimes I have to change what words im using so that it translates what im really trying to say but i believe that is caused more by different grammatical nuances and differences in language structure than a deficiency in the App. The sub for the upgrade no ads version is cheap also.

I needed to reinstall because it would not send a message. I thought maybe it was too many sentences but after I reinstalled it it seems even better. Now I see the option to site the original and the translation and also I like that I can watch the ad and the banners are dialed for 24 hours. Good job guys. For this to be free it's a great app.Does exactly what I need.

I really like this app but one thing I wish you would change and that is the way the button is moved around. I'm constantly having to move it and I can't find a convenient place to locate it. Presently I have to touch the blue button then selecting the arrow then move it. Being able to touch and slide it out of the way like facebook messenger would be more convenient.

Lower the star because after a few uses it always says that it doesn't have accessibi Five stars for the quality of the translation. It is a little bumpy and has to be turned off and back on sometimes. But the translation for words and then backwards really does seem to improve the recipient translation. A lot of us are using this at work now Update: I give up. Impossible to resolve "accessibility" error message. Fantastic when it works which is these days seldom if ever...

It's alright, but it could be improved. It doesn't always translate the text, and it's annoying to have to click on the floating bubble and select a feature just to move the bubble out of the way of another program, instead of simply thumbing the bubble and sliding it out of the way. If this feature is not improved, I won't be renewing. It's that annoying.

The app itself is quite nice and is good for quickly translating messages. The floating icon often interferes with screen functionality. The worst thing about this app is the ads that will constantly ruin your work flow. I would gladly make a one time purchase to use this app add free, but only a subscription is offered 👎

Update 2: Even worse. If you don't allow it to send you notifications, it no longer opens. Update: Does NOT translate in groups, or any text attached to images/videos: Continually disappears from app. This app needs attention and isn't being updated. Annual sub that won't be renewing. S22 Ultra

It kinda sucks. It doesn't translate a lot of the time and I have to go back and turn it back on...OFTEN. the fact that it only translates three quarters of a screen at a time, you have to go back, scroll down, and hits the translation key again. You have to repeat this many times depending on how many messages have come through. It would be nice if this app could translate all of the new messages at one time.

Though the app works fairly well I'm disappointed on how it changes the words when I send certain texts, as an example if I use the word beautiful it may change the word to precious. This may not seem like a big deal but when every single thing I write is changed to different words sometimes the communication is a mess with the person I'm talking to. *Update* paid version of this and the app makes me have to turn it on and off from my accessibility options of my phone daily which is a nuisance.

This is a GREAT app. I was using Google Translate's Touch to Translate feature previously which was a suboptimal user experience and Google broke it in Android 10. So I stumbled across this app looking for an alternative. It's so much better and more flexible. I type in English, it translates and sends my message in Spanish (or whatever language you set on a per chat level) and then it shows me both languages inline. Super fast and exactly what I want. Thanks!

UPDATED REVIEW: After many months of reliable service, the app has become unstable and constantly crashes. It is virtually unusable now. This occured after a recent software update. Original review:This app is really useful and works even if only one party in the conversation uses it; both parties will see the translation. It also has a setting that allows you to review the interpretated message before you send it; this is also really helpful to avoid typos and contextual errors. A+!

Since purchasing the application for 1.99 USD a month it performs way more efficiently than the free version. I am happy with the product. Because of this app i have been able to keep deep meaningful conversations. The translation does not always interpret correctly but it gets the job done well enough. Thank you developers for fixing the issue I had within 24 hours. FYI the free version does work it's just buggy.

When it works, which is rarely, it works great. But it is so hard to hopefully get it working, that my frustration just makes me quit even trying. If it was actually somewhat consistent on getting it to work, it would be a great app. All it seems to want to do is keep turning itself off to make you watch more ads trying to turn it back on. Even if everything is on, it rarely works.

The app was working perfect before the updated version until some one decided to try to make it better and I still don't really care for what was done. The part of this app I am not thrilled with is the little magnifying that is 3/4 hidden on the left has to be dragged over to what you wrote and hover so that it will change your text into whatever language you have it set for...in my case, Portuguese. Before the update, when I would type a message, it would show my message in English and the message to send in Portuguese in a small window. Now, if you don't drag the magnifying glass over what you type, and then hover, it will send the message in whatever language you are using...in my case, English. I do NOT like this at all...I like the un-updated version better. The app works ok now and I will only it give it 4 stars because of the magnifying glass. Get rid of the magnifying glass like it was before and I would give it 5 stars. Young kids like to do the clicking on something or dragging something, but us older and senior folks view it as a pain in the butt.

I installed this app. I used for about 3 minutes. Loved it. Came back and bought the full premium version. Another 15 minutes of smooth incredible conversation by hitting the microphone, talking, and hitting send. My counterpart on the other end asked. How I was converseing so quick in full sentences in seconds. They have a iPhone, they do not have this. For the easy auto translate in whatsapp, this is great. English-to-Spanish used here.

Hard to explain the issues. But you can be typing something out and then when you send it and it ends up sending something else you had in your clipboard from a Time past. If you go back in correct something very often all the text disappears. Very annoying. It also changes what you said in English to different words and then translates the words that you did not put. also very annoying.

No 5 star exists for translating WhatsApp. I've been a premium user for over a year. The good: it's tied with the best option I've found. But it costs for premium options. The other one is free. The bad: Won't give name in group chats Won't translate message that has been replied to. Does not translate text connected to an image. Often does not translate the most recent few messages. I bounce between this and one other app, neither are good, but both are better than the altertives.

Used this app for a while and I love the changes made to it. Functions much better. However sometimes the translations appear wrong in English even though it may be translated right. It's a cause for confusion at times. -The "home" and 'chat" tabs should be remerged. There was no reason to swperate them. Pointless extra click instead of toggle functions on one page. -does not translate text from edited messages, or caption text from image attachments.

Very poor translations, locks up at least 5 times a day, loses the text that you type even more frequently (plan on typing everything 2 to 3 times), and integrates very poorly. This acts as an overlay for your phone. Nothing else functions while you are using it. Update.. it is even more broken with the lastest update. There is now just a dead button the is permanently stuck in the corner of my screen. No way to move it or turn it off.
