The game started out to be fun, but soon turned into a other typical pay to win type game. after a certain point in the game, it's no longer about skill or figuring out a pattern to pass a level. you just play it over and over again until things just fall into place...or you can use gold to get more moves... The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1, is the game does give you plenty of opportunity to play on infinite lives for 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or 8 hours.

Ive been playing this game for years and I love the challenging puzzles. However, I have a complaint/question for you. My friend and I have both been playing for years and would compete on completing levels. We were close until I found out that after some levels he is offered the chance to get three extra moves if he watches a video. I do not get that option! I have to start again. Why does he get that option and I don't? Hes now 300 levels ahead of me becuz I get stuck and he gets extra moves

Every time I try to watch a video to get a reward it keeps crashing and saying this app is in development and switch to a registered text user. If it keeps crashing on me I'll have to delete the game which I don't want to do cuz I really like it but I'm getting sick of it crashing. Plus I've tried to change the costume for Claude and when I exit out of the game and get back into it it's back on the costume I had it on before. PLEASE FIX THIS OR YOU'LL LOSE A BUNCH OF CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this game and have been playing it for months. Recently, however, it keeps stopping when i first start playing. After i've been playing for a few minutes, it acts right. This problem was solved. But a new one arose. I purchased some gold bars for the first time. As soon as I did, I lost other perks. No more watching ads to earn cherries, to get 2 extra moves, to get 3 additional moves when I was stuck. I finally just uninstalled the game after playing for years.

Good game for casual play. Used to like it more but now when you lose a level and x out to play it again an ad just pops out and you have to x out that to continuue what you were doing. Very annoying. If this keeps happening, I'm going to uninstall. Ther'e are plenty of games thst don't do that. Also there needs to be new stories to use the scrolls on. Don't like having to repeat them. Or better yet just get rid of that part.

Updated 4/19/2020: As I've read on many other reviews, I have not been able to load the app. At this point, I can't do anything without losing all of my gold credits and cherries. It seems there's never any response from the customer support team. A big disappoint after years of playing this game. I'm addicted to this game! The endless amount of levels keeps me coming back for more. My only problem...I was on level 270, then upgraded my phone and it started me back at level 1.

I love this game. It's one of my faves. Unfortunately it freezes and/or shuts down regularly. There are times when it shuts down when I've actually won a game but it crashes before the win has registered. Then when I reopen it's as if I didn't win. Or the win counts but it crashes before I can collect the reward. Update: lost yourself a star, folks. Bumped me down several levels & can't progress. Still showing all else. But this at same time as I get notice of a new level. Divorce FB & FIX IT

Over all the game is great. I've been playing for a few years with no issues until recently. Lately it's been freezing, lagging, takes long to load or simply kicks me off the game. I've cleared cache & cookies, done the current updates & still it's acting up, don't no why?It's frustrating. This is my favorite game. I didn't make it to level 1435 because I hate it. Lol.. Please fix it!

At level 4700, and now an error message something about the app being not fully developed!! Well duh!! Reading the reviews, it appears like all players have been dealing with the same kind of nonsense that I have, but I guess so far no one else is getting hit with the error message. And I did the uninstall/reinstall. Same thing!! So I guess I will try one more time. If it doesn't work, I will just uninstall/forget Charm King. Greatly pisses me off because I love this game!!

Disappointed in the new update, I love this game that not many people I know play and I keep playing.....that's about to change because it takes for ever to pass a level and now that they took the BONUS VIDEOS away it's a lot different. If there is not gonna be bonus videos then make it to where after 3-4 times or less to pass a level. Thanks from a player of 4 years or so!

Great, WHEN it works. Crashes all the time. Mainly, you won't pass the loading screen or will be kicked out in the middle of a game. Thus, losing all streaks/bonuses. Followed everything suggested; make sure the app is up to date, clear your cache, restart your phone, uninstall, then reinstall the app, but the problem still persists. I'm not keeping an app I can't play. Also, when sending feedback from the app crashing, I get kicked out of that page, too! How can I complain if it won't let me?

Love this game. I have played for at least 3 years. So many issues though. Drags and then crashes. Can't get past the loading screen sometimes. Developers need to spend some time with the game and get it running smoothly. I have sent at least 4 messages about it crashing and dragging. Not one response back. Like no one cares, just keep playing and spending your money 💰.

I started this game after a few years and it has changed. I love the stories, colors are beautiful and definition is great. You receive a lot of boosters and coins in the beginning to keep you going for a while if you play them smart. But then it becomes very difficult to get thru one level. Regaining ability to play again after you use all your lives is long. However, once you get further in you can to pay to play or wait til you beat the level. I dont mind paying a little but $100's NO.

This game used to be a fun and challenging way to waste a little time. I've been playing it since smart phones became a thing. But lately, they've ruined it with this stupid Royal Competition. The puzzles aren't guaranteed to be solvable. Sometimes, you have to wait for a lucky roll. So, including a NEVER ENDING competition, which is impossible to avoid is pathetic, and literally prevents me from playing the regular levels of the map - WHILE offering prizes that can only be won ON THE MAP. iQUIT

NOT WORKING AGAIN! I have dearly loved this game. But now, after more than 7 years and over 2000 levels, it looks like I'm going to give up on this game. Requests for help have gone up answered. In the last 2 months it's been a constant frustration of locked screens and lost rewards. My in app purchases were just tossed away. Fix your game! Please :(

Loved this game. It's fun, easy at first then more challenging. i would really like to see an option to get free livesto keep going on a level to beat it. most of the other games have that option. at the higher levels it can take weeks to beat it. ive almost deleted this game numerous times from pure frustration. ive changed my initial 5 stars down because of this. lots of other games give you more lives as long as your willing to sit thru the ads, but you only give a couple of times per day.

I have had this game for several years and it just isn't any fun anymore...way too hard to pass levels and every time you log in you get 8 free hours which makes it even HARDER to win levels. Free boosters/helpers are few and far between and using any rewards you earn to upgrade items takes WAY TOO MANY earned rewards. Going to delete as the game never changes
