Can't even sign in. Can't check my raffle once again. Keep getting error messages. And it's just eating up my points. I really liked this app and footlocker and finish line until this all started happening. It's seems like everytime I check my raffle rarely will it go through to let me check. Usually it just days reload or I get an error message. The app won't even open up today at all. Just crashes right away.

I only have the app because eastbay is gone now and it worked the first few times i used it and now in these past 2 months this app flat out doesn't work. I get an error code on basically anything that tries to display anything to buy and all i can even see are ad messages in my inbox and my flx account. Just download a different app at this point

Both the Champs and Foot Locker apps have the same problem.. which makes sense since they're both owned by the same company... I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall because it keeps giving me an error message and I can't see anything. How do you expect people to shop if we can't access anything? Whoever is maintaining these apps needs to get on the ball.

Very unstable. Keeps kicking you out when u want to order any new releases/ repeatedly need to log back in. Unable to see all your orders via app and desktop. Unable to use sort or filters, keeps going back to the default look. BUT they are no problems in purchasing items, just selecting, viewing, & tracking it. Smh. Fix this

Champs must not be in the business of making money. This app sucks. Won't even open on my phone anymore. Even after deleting it and reinstalling it 🤦🏼♂️

The app is no good after a few uses an gives an error code. Worked great for the first few times then it needed to update an wouldnt work after that.

Horrible. Won't pull up my Order number. Will delete and won't shop there. And customer service won't send me a receipt for my products, cause it's over 10 items ? Will be returning my items for my money back. Stay away from this store overall.

The app always signs me out and doesn't remember my password. I make a new password and it says it doesn't recognize it every time. I have to make a new password every time I want to log in to my account.

Useless for shoe drops, hard made an entry won got my confirmation screenshot and everything and still didn't get my order, called customer service and they were still useless as ever. Check my email and account and said my reservation had been giving to someone else even thou I had the proof of confirmation and everything.

Telling me to update the app and it's not updating when clicking on the update button. Just goes to uninstall or open options. Bad enough that sneaker buying has gone predominantly to online raffles and what not, it'll be helpful if the apps to do so actually work

Do not download!!! I Opened this App in 2020. Worked for around a year or little bit less for me. Didn't see the reviews saying it hasn't been working properly since 2018. I tri3d to updated it, re- download it. Nothing g works. So I'm deleting it now and unsubscribing also.

Always get errors on this app. Won't work more often than it does. Can't view home page, can't search for items and can't see launches. Update - still buggy still Won't load and unstable. Wish I could leave less than 1 star.

After about 2 mins on the app a 429 error message appears and then you have to start from the beginning and this happens repeatedly! Then I tried changing my password and the email that was sent to me did not match with what should happen when changing your user name or password. And this also happens with other shoe apps like champs, footaction, eastbay & etc [THIS APP FEELS HACKED TO ME. UNINSTALLING]

No longer works. Not that it matters though. Been using it for years and have never won the opportunity to purchase a release. Anyways, uninstalled and reninstalled it and it still doesn't work. Tried resetting my password and nothing ever gets sent. Website works, so it's the app. *Update* Redownloaded it about a month later and got it to work after resetting my password. Tried it again the next day and just kept getting a refresh token error, which prevents logging in.

I can't register an account in the app (I keep getting an error that simply says it failed, and it's been occuring over a 24 hour period), and when I sign in after setting an account up on the website I get an error saying the password is too long - apparently the website and the app have different password requirements. Unbelievably bad setup process for such a large company with mobile app dependent events (raffles, etc.) More detail: on the app, the requirements are "Your password must be between 6-10 characters in length and contain both letters and numbers, non-alpha-numeric characters are not allowed (!, &, #)." on the website: "must have between 8-16 characters, both upper AND lowercase letters, a number (0-9), at least one special character" so, i can't even change my password anywhere to have it fit the criteria on the other platform. unreal.

They no longer have any support in app for the VIP program, nor does it even recognize you as a member. No access to the scannable card, no access to your current points, no access to your coupons. This comes with many other extremely limiting changes to the app, such as there no longer being a clear way to add items to your wishlist. For me, it is pretty much unusable at this point.

The Champs Sports has been consistently frustrating for the past two years. Every time I try to reserve a shoe, it asks for an authorized user. I have to clear data and sign back in for it to work. This issue persists and needs attention. It's disappointing that Champs Sports hasn't resolved it yet. This constant inconvenience makes the app almost unusable. I hope they address this problem soon. Can't recommend the app due to its unreliable performance.
