My complaint is that when you're using a chat, the voice doesn't completely stop if you don't want to listen to the conversation on it, and while you're online, you don't have to think about staying online when you're doing some other things. Since you can't get other important notifications, you have to consider staying online..

I just downloaded the app and just created an account. I uploaded a profile picture (of me, of course). Then when I did the face recognition, I noticed at the end it automatically had a filter (like super filter, totally different from my face), then I got a punishment because the profile picture was not me!??? Bruh, if that filter was the problem, remove that. I want to delete my account before uninstalling the app. How do I do that?

This is a good app, from the earnings and all it's good and legit app. why did i rate this as 1star even tho the app is good?It is because of the new update when the withdrawal transfers to AND app then to metwallet I created a new male account but I can't bind it to AND app i can't withdraw my earnings. I want the oldversion were the withdrawal is just in chamet app not on AND, I already emailed the customer service hoping that they'll fix my prob here. I'll changemy review whenyou give me ans.

Right in the middle of the season you changed the most important reward you decreased the 100% coupon to 75% this is a scam because this coupon we can only obtain through a paid subscription if you change it through mid season after people had paid to get it this means that we can't trust your montly rewards subscription I don't recommend anyone paying for it again , if you had done it at the start of next month (a new season) then no problem but this shows that you are scamers

This is a cheater app and everyone in his service is a thief, When I downloaded this app it was great playing games but now I recharge two or three times a day and every game it lose I play like before but still it lose all game. I already uninstall chamet, Because it didn't give me any benefit and I wasted a lot of money. I went to level five. All my money was wasted. Bye

3 Minutes Monitoring is looting users money. I think 1 or 2 minutes monitoring would be better. Kindly understand the needs of customer, otherwise this app will keep losing its users.

Be careful....think twice before you install this application.While the calls are genuine and the call rate are high like anything I still used it. Now I am looking for a substitute because of the hopeless experience I just had.And to add to the miseries, the pathetic support of the customer support team. This tophelper section are all frauds, they will promise dimond against your payment, once done they will block.Chamet Customer support response is "sorry and thank you". Forget refund

It will deduct you amount and no diamonds will be provided for call. Same happened with and when I reached out to their customer support... The AI bot is sending same message again and again for hours. So, please don't install this app.

I recharged 980 Before 2 days still did not get Diamonds. I am regular customer and recharge regularly still getting this type of issue and There is no proper customer support. Every time they told me that wait for 24 hour and get back but already wait for 48 hours and still there is no any help proper response from your side. It's very bad Experience from your side.

I didn't recieve my diamonds from last 6 days, i keep messaging the customer care but they didn't resolve my issue from past 6 days and still telling me to wait patiently, I've shared all the screenshots they needed for the verification of payment but still i didn't recieve diamonds yet, fraud app do not use the app

Worst experience I recharged Rs 980 amount amount deducted from phone pay but diamond not credited. Customer care not responding. I'm given all payment screenshot but everyday new customer care person coming asking again the issue and taking time. Same thing happening from last 4 days No diamond credited still now. World's the worst customer care service

Sir I'm complaint for a your 'chamet service'. I'm complaint but My Problem not solved. I'm attached all documents upi transaction and Bank statement of proofs submit. But Still your team my problem is under review maintained. But your team say that word all time Thank you for your understanding and patience. But one thing sir it's fully your chamet app issue. I'm recharge of upi in gpay money debited ticket mark showing then back coming your app your time count finish. But diamond not added.

lost thousands of money by recharging and diamonds not credited. Chamet is running a huge scam. I just scammed again, chamet is deducting double diamonds while sending gold coins. While yeh is issue was raised, customer service is pretending like they don't understand the issue. I have recorded complete conversation, a huge scam is running on this app

I just recharged for 294 and I didn't get coins. What the heck? It's fraud. In fact I'm a regular customer and you guys can check my recharge history. If you guys do this then I don't think I'll use this app. Better I'll go with another app. I want the coins or refund my money. I wanna talk to Kavi on this app and she has become close to me. I have meet her also. It was an amazing experience and we are getting married this month. Guys it's not fun and I'm serious. Please give me the coins...

I don't know why sometimes face detection fails while using the app upon the fact that I stayed in a well lit environment and nothing is covering my face. That's very annoying. Please, fix it. This is my second time of experiencing it and, it's frustrating. 😒

Overall this is a pretty good app everything works as it should. Except playing with the diamonds in the party section or individual live broadcast its ratio to what you spend and what you receive back in wins is terrible but I guess the apps not here to lose money only to take your money witch it does very well. Don't get court up with recharging and sending gifts you DON'T WIN in fact you lose all the time

I had very disappointing experience with this app due to misleading user locations. I was led to believe users were nearby and spent money based on this, only to find out it was untrue. Additionally, I found the customer support unhelpful and unresponsive when trying to address my concerns. This platform is very bad.
