REGISTER - To use CentralMOBILE, you must first be enrolled in CentralNET online banking. To use the CentralMOBILE APP, simply download the APP, to use the browser you will need to register your device in CentralNET to receive the browser address and an activation code.

This app used to be good, now Everytime I try & check it, it always takes forever to let me get on it. Is always saying its dealing with difficulty issues which is annoying, or it's telling me to update but gives me no options. I'm super annoyed with this app not happy what so ever.

It's a good app, wish the online web version or app had the capability to view deposit details and images likes other bank apps has. Also, would like to be able to add a note to an internal transfer for future reference.

Maintenances often can be a hassle but when it works the app itself works very well. I had problems with depositing checks via pictures but realized it's cause I didn't pull off the bottom half of the pay stub and since has worked first time every time

I love this ap. It makes banking very convenient. I pay my bills, make deposits and monitor my accounts all from my phone. Rarely do I have any problems, but if i do, it is due to system maintenance and that never last too long. I recommend the ap.

This app works really good. You can do just about everything on it. With my own personal situation where I have the two accounts, one is mine & the other is for my dad. It allows me to do the internal transfers so when he wants or needs to pay me back for something we don't have to go to the bank & draw the money out or use an ATM then have to pay the fees for that service. I would highly recommend it for other Central Bank customers to give it a whirl!

90% of the time i open the app it just freezes on the login screen and i cant even push anything or type in my password or even use instant balance. I have to keep restarting the app to check my bank account and its extremely frustrating.

Continually says 'We apologize for the inconvenience, please try again later' every time I try to long in. I've called, it's nothing with my account, I've been putting the info in correctly, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It just hasn't let me log in for almost a week with no explanation.

I thought to uninstall the app to fix it but it is still unresponsive. I can tap the ID and password boxes and nothing happens. Its been like this for 4 days...I need to be able to see my account and you can't do that on an unresponsive app.

The app works good for everything that I need it for, and the mobile deposit works but they're camera that they make you use doesn't allow you to change lighting very well. As long as you have a well-lit area the pictures of checks should be sufficient.

This app has so many bugs. At random, it will not allow you to long into the app. This has happened to me for several weeks at this point. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, and nothing works. I'm seriously considering leaving Central Bank just because this app is so unbelievably bad.

I never have problems with this app but today when I went to sign on to it, it came up I needed to do an update and once I did that, I have not been able to get into this app to check my balance or to pay any bills which was what I was planning on doing before the download. Hopefully this glitch can be resolved as soon as possible or I got to figure out another way to pay my bills!! This is why I hate updates!

App freezes all the time. Frequently can't log in because it won't even let me type anything in. Have had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times. But even that didn't fix it this time. So aggravating!!!! But when it works it's very helpful for me to keep track of my money.

Quick and easy, solid use of my phones' fingerprint scanner. Service probems, maaaaybe 1/20 times. The service problems last less than 5 hrs. I cannot complain, my internet goes out more often than central banking can't transfer funds. 19/20 times I can use the app with immediate transfers and balance information, faster than logging in to almost any other application.

Central Bank and its super friendly employees and its mobile app and all the branches and the main office are EXCELLENT!!!!!! I would never consider banking anywhere else.

Was able to use this app until this month, now it will not even load up, it crashes before I even get to the log in screen. I've been with this bank for 6 years and have had nothing but issues with my account and this bank for the last 5 months. Currently in the process of finding a new bank to bank with where there's not so many issues.

The deposit function is poorly implemented. Went to make a deposit on Friday, there was an error in the application. Tried again on Saturday but was given the msg that I had exceeded the daily deposit limit. Given the same message on Sunday and Monday. It has been 5 days with no deposit but the application does not reset it's limits. As deposits are one of the main features of a mobile Bank app, I rate this app 2 stars and a fail.

It took me many times to get use to online banking. This app was not helpful. After many phone calls and in person visits to a branch to make a change like a new phone #. I had to get use to online statements. It was very frustrating but I stuck with it. Now it's weekends and afterhours......awful!!!

2021 update. This app is downgraded to one star. It won't allow me to give zero stars. I'm thinking about changing banks over it. Always having trouble with this app. The newest upgrade has cost me time and frustration. The app engineering needs an upgrade. Android version unable to search all my entries for taxes, etc. I have more options available on desktop. Also phone interface is not easy to navigate. Only credit score available on this app is from Transunion, no other providers.

Poor notification management, and it keeps bugging me to review it. Sign in is easy, so is making transfers. Doesn't always give an accurate balance when there are pending transactions. If you have Central Bank of Kentucky, you have no choice in what app to use, and you'll only be mildly frustrated with this one

It won't even boot for the first time. Idk if this is a problem with support to oxygen OS but it's completely useless as is. Edit. It's been a year now of using this app. Most of the time it works, however. It is still a regular occurrence that the app crashes, or gives me login errors saying the system is down. I've seen some minor developments over that last year. But none seem to be toward stability. I'm raising this to two stars because it's usable. But it's a pain to use.
