Application not working smoothly. It's not give an update on current balance. When you refresh it it's throw an error that unable to process the request please try later or again

I have recently updated to latest version of it,I can't able to open the app and also can't able to uninstall the updates , unable to fetch the account,it shows please insert the sim,even though I have inserted.worst experience from the bank.

Worst App ever, after every 3months its required new mpin , tpin which was not matched with last Five pin , This was totally worst ever , they never replied or response your complaint or anything. At on branch there's also not received your cash at the counter they used to sent the customers to the agent for deposit , from Tsk ASSAM. And there's always staff shortage. And unnecessary charges also debited by auto debit process.

Always having issue...such a tedious app to handle...half of the time it will be so difficult to login and other half password will expire.....humongous task to reset password as well. Vurrently not even letting me to login.

It is extremely difficult to reopen the app in new handset. Some securities are welcome but too much security is unnecessary. I have been trying to reopen/reregister for the last five days without success but I had no problem with i mobile and yono with same no.

Need some improvements. 1. It would be better and more convenient to include account home branch change option (like SBI Yono). 2. The statement generated from app masks the account number and only last 4 digits are visible. These statements are useless for ITR filing and visa application. As a result, one still has to visit branch to get printed statement. Please update the app so full account number is visible in the pdf statement. 3. Need an option to open FDR for less than a year.

The application is breaking at login. Even if you enter the correct login credentials it fails. Being a Software Developer I also know why, because the password library (most probably bcrypt) is not returning the desired "hash for the password" or the mapping is not done, the correct way

I can’t be able to use CentPay via cent mobile app, it says failed and redirect to original cent pay application. One more issue is with Virtual Rupay Debit card, available for savings account. you can’t pay online with this debit card. what’s the point of a virtual debit card, if you can’t use it to pay domestic or internationally online??

DO NOT EVER USE THIS BANK .This bank has the worst on-line application experience and customer service department I have ever encountered in many years of banking. No return phone calls, no on-line tech support, no explanation for failed application,not worth the headaches .Wasted over an hour already trying to set up my online access. This is one of the worst bank I have ever see. Their servers are always down, transactions failed or stuck is a common issue. Worst app out of any bank apps.

Just horrible app. Registration fails irrespective of whatever option you select. A simple message comes up Failed. While other banks needs username/Account #, cbi works on mobile internet only, location enabled, sms verification, why so many things. Learn and implement from other banks. Just Horrible.

Pathetic App, it's so outdated and flimsy. There are multiple hiccups in the banking system of this app. You need to have 4 different passwords to make simple transactions. To top it off you have to download a separate app for any UPI transaction centpay, which does not install.

Central Bank app is worse than their website (website seems to be a middle school kid project). It didn't allowed me login because I had Microsoft remote desktop app..after uninstalling that app, it asked for location permission...which I never give to any app other than maps...but Central Bank app is not allowing to continue without location permission...how stupid.

This app is still living in 2008. App getting logged out own it's own if you do not open it for a month or so, It keep forcing us to change password every 5 months. Why it cannot work like other bank app. I am tired of entering card detal and other stuff. Why we cannot log in in with phone OTP like other bank app? Grow up CBoI.

The app though includes almost all options, the user interface is poor. To close the fix deposit you have to search service request and this facility is placed there. It could be given under FD screen - new, close etc. Similarly you could not access fd rates until you start booking new fd. Its my request to check ICICI or Axis bank apps and their user inter face.

Worst banking app ever. Whenever it is updated, need to re register, if any case I removedy sim card and inserted it again in same device, I need to re register. Can't it remember the registration settings for my simcard used in this device. And why it is needed to register again and again after app update.. please solve this issue.

worst support available. Every time the updates are installed we have to re register. even if we. go for reregistration the SMS are not receiving SMS even when all permissions are given for the app. been suffering for last 2 days. which useless vendor is providing tech for this app.

Once the user has registered to the cent mobile app, why is it asking again to register without any notification of upgrade. I am really do not have good experience with this app, also when go to a branch, staff selling the app feature is like it's world class banking app. After every upgrade, something went wrong, sometimes the mobile number got deleted, sometimes asking for registration again etc etc. Even no body bother to respond on the reviews or feedback too :-(

So many functions are not working. Nominations is not working and also crashing the app. Once hotlisted, new virtual debit card can not be regenerated. Showing 'fail' message. Scanner is trying to open 'Cent pay' app. M passbook is showing only 2 line.

Easy to use.. new feature of instant transfer of money is really good. It is very user friendly. Received my debit card recently and making pin through it was very easy.. Congratulations to the team for fixing the bugs.. Security features assures the safety but too much security like pin shouldn't match the last 5 pins can be avoided. Pl fix it. Otherwise better than many banking apps.. keep it up
