I've used cdkeys for years and I was glad they created an app but it is unusable, the pages do not load correctly and the images overlap so you can't see the items description, when you go to checkout you enter your details however the pay now button does not work. I would advise using there website instead of the app, for now.

Easy to navigate app, but awful payment system. When selecting pay with PayPal all you get is a white screen and doesn't change from there. You would think this would all be tested and working.

Whoo-hoo! It actually worked! I was suuuuper scared to give CDKeys a try. But I just renewed my Annual PS-Plus redeem code for 10 dollars off! A small win, but a win! Aside from a few website/app quirks like constantly asking me to sign back in. I don't mind. Because I got my product. No issues. Although you guys could make the "get your code" a bit easier and IN your face. At first I didn't know I just had to scroll down to get it.

Keep getting an error and cannot purchase when logged in. When logged out, no issues. Customer support are no help. I have tried different browsers, different devices and different networks. It makes no difference. If I login, I cannot buy. But logout on the exact same device and I can buy.

It was a really great app - bought a lot of games from it and received the code within a few minutes, but for some reason they removed the option to pay with ideal - which is the only way I was able to buy a game from this app. This is a huge bummer, because I won't be able to buy games from this app anymore. I would highly reconsider to you make it possible again to pay with ideal, so that I can leave a better review, because I have a lot of good experiences with this app.

App is pretty non-functional as is in my experience. Search function doesn't work, as well as the filter options won't respond at all to my presses. The service is great and I will continue using the website until the app gets updated and these bugs fixed.

Looks like the website and has 2 way authentication as well after log in, I haven't tried to buy a game off it as I didn't know the app existed until after I bought a game through the website. But I've been buying off cdkeys 7 years now and the prices have always been amazing even on launch day games as well. So I will update when I come to buy a game through the app

Horrible app and website! Spent over an hour trying to make a purchase and kept getting rejected, said try disabling ad blocker/vpn, I have none running. Tried different browsers, tablet, pc and app, no luck! I used it in the past and have Koins I can never use! Not worth the aggravation and stress. Can't even contact customer service because I don't have a required order number BECAUSE I CANT PLACD A ORDER!!!!

Garbage Just tried to use it for the very first time and as soon as I click checkout using the paypal option, the app freezes on a white screen. Junk, ill use the website

I used cdkeys before to buy games but recently it would seem that they are having a problem with the purchase of subscriptions, I tried ordering a Xbox live subscription for 1 month and was greeted with a email that said that it couldn't be purchased, I'm not sure if this is some sort of error with the purchase software or the subscription itself

Been using CDKeys for years but recently unable to make purchases due to a message saying i need to fill in my name and address details. These details have been filled in for years. Support were useless in resolving my issue. Tried various browsers and devices but nothing worked. The only thing that worked was signing out and purchasing as a guest. Not great.

Everytime I want to buy any DLC/games, I check CDKeys out first before going anywhere else because most of the time it's cheaper than anywhere else. Always a trust worthy site. I've had one instance where my code didn't work and sent an email to the CDKeys support team and resolved my issue in a timely manner and gave me a replacement key. Glad they finally made a mobile app! 10/10 Would recommend to a friend.

It's literally just a webview app. You might as well just navigate to their site as there's no actual benefits to downloading this app. On the off chance someone from CDKeys actually reads this, why does the wishlist page only display 10 items at a time? Surely customers are more likely to purchase items off their wishlist when they don't have to go through multiple pages just to see prices. Maybe review this; as it would help us view more games on offer, and help your profits.

Been a customer for a while now..CDkeys is my go to for all game codes..and subscriptions. This app is a welcome addition we needed but ...So much potential left on the table. .. It looks and feels like just a webview of the original site but the freezes are really annoying. Would love to see the App remember all my preferences (currency,location, Console type) so i dint have to run thru filters everytime.. which freezes the app everytime.

Been a customer for over a year. Everything was going great, but in the last couple of months I can't place any orders. It keeps saying something like "Sorry, there's been an error processing your order. Please try disabling any ad blockers or VPN connections, or use alternative payment method, and try again". I tried disabling everything and tried placing orders through PC and their Android app, tried paying with 2 different methods, but nothing has fixed it. Their support was useless.

Love CDKeys but can't buy through the app anymore. I get to the checkout, select PayPal and that's where it ends. The site is as good as it gets. I've brought many items far cheaper than elsewhere and they always deliver. my first stop everytime I need a game or addon. please fix the checkout. would definitely be 5 stars.

It's a great app, just like seeing it online, but you can't pay for games, so it's a bit pointless when you go to the pay screen it just goes to a blank white screen. Regardless of how you decide to pay, I will redownload when the issue has been fixed other than that it would be 5 stars
