It is not working!( I spend from 2 to 4 hours every night to fill new questionnaires for my family to be ready to choose a time slot by 8 am. During the last week there was no chance to get a time slot. Selfie procedure ruins all the process everytime . No matter what kind of gadget I use - iPhone 12 Pro or Google Pixel 6 Pro. The result is the same. Please fix it 🙏

the application is very poorly implemented! it is impossible to take a photo, the token200 error constantly pops up, after the first photo, the application can easily close at any time and you have to start everything from the beginning. Shame on the developers!

I had an initial problem like other people with Save button not working, but I removed the App and complete a new download after a fresh Mobil Re-Start and the App worked as expected and also very user friendly. Special thanks for the Scan document option that allows you to collect the back of your BCC information automatically, it's a great help. Finally the PayPal option is also great and quick option to complete your process online. Keep up the good work!!

This app is worthless. My beneficiary has been trying to get the pic accepted all week, tries for 8 hours or more everyday. It accepts the passport, scans face, then gives an error message, eventually timing out. She uses full light with a strong internet connection, still nothing but error messages.ALL DAY Long, she tries over and over again. I email the help desk. No reply. I email the escalation desk...no reply. Need another way for the adv. travel auth. for process for Nicaraguans plse

It doesn't allow me to take photo, an error message comes up, and there been instances were it's scanning my face and I believe it's going to work and it doesn't, an error appears this time saying Session has timed out log out and log in again, and so on the cycle continues. Please assist!

The app doesn't work. It won't allow you to request an advanced travel document. It keeps on crashing whenever it gets to the screen to take a photo. The moment you click on take a photo, it loads, then it says to try again, which the camera did not even open up for you to take the photo. Please fix this bug. This is a major issue.

It's working perfect now. Thanks for fixing the problem, after the update on January 5, I was able to scan my passport and successfully finish my process. Excellent! Hi. I'm trying to finish the process with USCIS but it doesn't let me scan my passport, it only lets me verify my ID with the picture. We also tried from an iPhone and doesn't work. I need to continue with my process. I'll change the review once I'm able to continue 😉

Apps works fairly well for the volume of usage. Many errors say things that have nothing to do with what was wrong with it. _------_ My only recommendation is to use network location, cellphone tower location info, plus gps location to cut down with thousands of people trying to get an appointment while outside of Mexico therefore bogging down the system to everyone spending months in shelters trying to do the right thing by using the app...

I don't understand why people who are just applying for an appointment are privileged, the majority of people selected are people who haven't even been waiting for an appointment for 15 years, while thousands of people have been waiting for more than 6 months even in many Facebook groups. people who have been waiting for more than 8 months. I think the process should be fairer, especially with people who have been waiting for months, It is very unfair what is happening.

Went through the long process of creating an account with login.gov only to find you can't use this to enter by sea. "Coming soon." Would have been nice to out the questionnaire about where we're coming from up front. Now the government has just a little more of our information.

App is excellent and fully featured. My only complaint is that it requires two login processes. One for login.gov and one for the CBP One App. I enabled biometric login for CBP, but I must first use login.gov manual credentials and password before I can get to the CBP biometric login. Illogical. Singular biometric should be sufficient. Two types of logins is redundant.

(Urgent) When trying to Request Advance Travel Authorization, it scans the passport number, but it shows an error message when trying to take a photo for the identity verification. Please, many Cubans and others are failing to complete their I-134A process because of this, in Cuba almost all phones are outdated and contains old Android versions. Only the fortunate ones with modern phones will be able to finish said process. Please, I will give this app a 5 star review and change my comments.

Doesn't work yet for anything. Uninstalling for now. Tried using the Sea option for port arrival after a cruise and got the following message "Coming Soon. This feature is coming soon. Additional services will be rolled out over the next year." Also tried the Land and Air options and got the same message. Ended up having to download another app, MPC CBP (Mobile Passport Control), instead which worked.
