Very Slow Not good anymore . Laggy . Takes to long to load . Does not show anything in real time. When making deposit doesnt show up takes time . Junky

Every time I try to log in on an authorized device, it asks for, then rejects my password even though I have biometrics enabled. What's up with that?!

Always had a good experience,thier staff at any of thier branches are knowledgeable, friendly,professional and make you feel like a person,not just a number.

Transactions don't show up untill days later (even as pending, they just all of a sudden show up as posted) and then the times are not right (ATM fees remursed and time stamped before I even withdrew money from ATM, etc.)

Network unavailable error. Fix your app. My old bank was taken over by civista and it's been one issue after another. I'll just move all five of my accounts to another bank.

I like the new app, but the budgeting tool is confusing. Can't figure out how to make the budget categories line up with my own labels.

Continues to get better, would like the password option to have 3 tries because sometimes I forget it and have to change it and put old pass in more than 1 time, easy to call and get unlocked though

Love this new app!! The different functions are amazing you can do so many different things that you couldn't before. And linking all my cards under 1 app is also awesome!!

App works great to keep an eye on account balances. Easy to transfer money from one account to another. Also like the bill pay option to pay utilities.

Never could get logged in to use app and no customer support after sending message about the problem. Last straw for this bank. I'm moving my money somewhere else. Better places to bank with customer service, apps that work, and won't charge inactivity charges on accounts after banking with them for over 25 years.

The app has two explanations at the top of the home screen. They can be "X" out but they are an eyesore and unnecesarry. I tried to set auto pay with my auto lender...unsucessful. My rating is 3 out of 5. Sorry

I can't get out of the app without restarting my phone. This is a less than optimal performance for an app which might find itself being used in a tactical setting, and as such a possibly life saving tool, unnecessarily delayed by the inability to exit. Pray hope attention to this (Flaw?)

Really simple and straightforward app. It has all the functions I need at my fingertips. Very easy to read an accessibility is on point! I'm able to mobile deposit checks, transfer funds, view transaction as well as see a perfect snapshot of all of my accounts. Nice job Civista!

Straight dog water, changing banks is easier than using this app. Not to mention your payments won't always process through when you send them and they will have a nasty person call you to tell you that you haven't paid your bill and they charge you late fees for their system being trash. IT doesn't respond when there is obvious problems with their system. I think their app is a scam to charge more late fees.

I no longer enjoy banking with this bank, Civista. I had bank with HCB for over 50yrs, obviously satisfactory. I can no longer state that. With the change/take over, Civista is no longer looking out for me, the customer. Shame.

App will display a false balance under certain circumstances leading someone not paying close enough attention to overdraw their accounts and contribute to the profits of the bank at the expense of the user, may not be intentional but def seems like a good business move for the bank and corporation accordingly, so addressing the issue seems like low priority either way just making it seem all that much more intentional imo js

Civista is the worst, it is difficult to set up payments, understand the million lines of activity in the account even though I mostly pay this account and it will sometimes take payments from my account I did not set up. This is the worst bank and app I have dealt with.
