Says to Uninstall and reinstall to enroll my phone. Nope, no enrollment, just rejects my login because phone does not match. New customer. Bad experience. I thought hsbc was bad....

New version of app cannot depit checks. It cannot input the deposit amount thus cannot proceed the deposit. Has to stop by bank to deposit checks. It was working from last version.

Should be negative 10 star. It will drive u crazy trying to take a photo. Keep saying poor Pic when in fact it looks great. U can try taking 100 Pic. Still same problem. Tried other phones, same problem. 10/12/21 still a worthless app. 99% of the time unable to deposit. Keep saying can't c endorsement or can't read check. Even tried line LED lamp. Magnifying Led lens. Same thing. But NO problem w deposit same check using bank of American or fidelity investment. 12/3/21 still d same problem.

It keeps saying that it can't read the endorsement when it's very clear. No matter how I take it, how good the lighting is, it won't read the endorsement. This is very frustrating; please fix your app.

Mobile deposit function is not stable. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Keep saying can't read endorsement when the photo is well lit with a BIG company rubber stamp endorsement. Very frustrating and inconvenient to have to go to the branch (quite far) just to deposit a check. Maybe it's time to look for a closer bank or a bank with a better app.
