I like the games, been playing for a long time but payouts are getting fewer and far between!!! Flash tournament payouts cut in half. Quitting playing this game!

1 star because support never got back to me. All other game support reply within a few days. Will raise to 5 stars when I get a reply and my problem fixed because the game is fun

so it's awesome this game glitched out and I just lost two years worth of play a hundred million credits and I was at level 99 and now all of a sudden it's all just gone for no reason

What is going on with the game it won't load..an customer service doesn't answer when you send them request for problems they used to respond and fix things right away..now all the sudden they don't answer anybody that is absolutely wrong and unfair to us.. why do you even have customer service if your not going to respond to are issues??? WHY WON'T THE GAME LOAD??

I really like the app, I'm giving 4 stars because in frenzy mode I wasn't receiving my winnings. When I first logged in it said I had a free gift of $30,000 and I never even received that so that is why the four stars other than that I really really like the app. I downloaded it for video poker and I'm really enjoying it but you run out of chips really fast. So you know what that means.

Here’s a story Who has tried it? why is there such a drag with constant hang? 😖😖 the casino is not so much, as far as I understand here you can play only for virtual money unlike my favorite game with supergraphics -, where you can play for real dough, without pushy ads. Just as I thought, nothing has changed. I have nothing good to say about this casino ($4.99 for 140,000 coins) LOL!! FAKE PROFILES. NO CHAT. NO FUN!! NO EXCITEMENT. GREED GREED AND MORE GREED!!! This is a pathetic excuse for a casino app. This creator doesn't even have a clue as to the meaning of casino fun. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

Used to be a great game, now what used to cost you a $1 costs you $100. Support team is never wrong either so don't bother contacting them. For having one of the best slot platforms on the internet, they are probably the biggest crooks. Don't expect to enjoy cash frenzy unless your wallet is open and you have deep pockets.

BEWARE, much better Casino Apps are available. Here are just a Few of my reasons: 1. Been playing this App almost 10 years and yet have never the hit Top Jackpot on ANY games, not very fun. 2. App quickly eats up Purchased Coins to try and force you to spend ridiculous money just to keep playing because purchased coins do not last long. 3. Purchasing BALLS to increase FREE PLAY coins cheats customers many ways 4.App Developers Don't Respond, Fix glitches or Reimburse for Misbillings & Lost Money

I like the slots and the frenzy concept, but I don't like the friend system. You have to invite Facebook friends or email/text friends? I would much prefer adding new friends from the others players I see in the slots. I haven't found a way to befriend them though. It does say that "fb invite" when you look at their profile, but I don't want to invite strangers to my Facebook, just want to befriend them in game.

This app is so different from other slot games. It is more than just a slot game, they offer options - poker, "frenzy" games, etc. I gave a 3. It messes up & takes your money, starts back w/level 1. It happened to me 2x. It was corrected the 1st time when I contacted them. This last time, I notified them about 4 months ago, still not put back to the level I was at, money not returned, & my completed collections are still closed.
