Worked very well with my previous phone, an LG. Won't work at all on my new phone, a Motorola Edge Plus 5G. I can't even logon. Bummer... Working well now, after the last app update. Would like to be able to access reports.

App will not load once downloaded. I tried to Uninstall and reinstall but still gets stuck on main screen and freezes. Won't allow me to proceed past the main logo log in screen.

App keeps crashing. Will not launch. It keeps up bringing up a tampering error via the samsung internet. Need another update. It works on Apple devices

Residing overseas, I just downloaded the app. on my Android cell, I have the app for years on my apple ipad the logo looks different. So, not sure what cash pro is? Reading the reviews seem like the apps is average. Can I make international bank to bank transfers? Do you have a live support desk international toll free, what's the no.? Thanks for any reply. I'll hold before I use this. Thanks again

When I first installed the app, I was able to perform tasks as normal in Cash Pro, similar to the browser version. Then I added a token. Now I'm unable to use the app for mobile deposits. I'm unable to log into Cash Pro, but I can use the token.

Used the app for many years without any problems, but since the last update, it's continuously crashing and won't even let me open the app. Please fix.

Setting up the mobile token was the most painstaking and time consuming process I have ever had. After setup, the app often doesn't accept my PIN and I have to restart the app to attempt to get it to accept my PIN. I only get 3 attempts before I have to reset my token with my admin. Also, if you look through their reviews anything 2 stars and up is incoherent and likely a paid review from a troll farm.

Never works. I keep having to uninstall and reinstall to do my work deposit and half of the time it doesn't work after that so I have to drive to the bank which is really inconvenient when you are the only one in the office.

Horrible app, you sign in and scan the check and receive an error message, then you have to start over. Still horrible app, change password and a day later it is not accepting the password. No support.

I use this to cash a few dozen checks a day and it's been an incredible nightmare for the past few months. One of the worst check deposit apps I've ever used. Can't wait to never have to use BOA again.

For several months I have been trying to download this app but not succeeded... I have requested also to receive my statements via mail since my address changed It's very frustrating when one keeps loosing monies and can't tell how it's happening, Please help and kindly not the robot assist 🙏 😢 Thank you

Have to use this app with work to do mobile banking. It's the poorest performing App hands down. 1. They need to add a Log Out /sign out button. 2. When you FINALLY get it reset, it lets you log in ONCE, yes ONCE then you have to reset again. 3. No Customer service support. Oh....1 star is more than this deserves. It's a piece of 💩!

Ever since the last update, the app crashes after a few seconds. So when I'm trying to log into the banks website I have to enter my pin number really quick then have photographic memory of the 1 second that the automated token number appears before the app crashes. Terrible.

The slowest least responsive banking mobile app. It seems the entire banks weight is leaning on this app. Takes a long time to load, then longer to accept deposits. Then the deposit is missing so we have to do it again. Don't destroy the deposited checks as this app is not reliable one bit. Waste of time.

I cannot get the app to accept a cashier's check, which it's supposed to. ZERO customer service, no way to contact anyone. Just a self help loop when you call about resetting passwords. No BOA branches or ATMs in my area. Absolutely horrible. Unfortunately I'm stuck with this because of a corporate contract indefinitely.

Had to download this for work and the app wouldn't even open stating that my device has been tampered with. Tried downloading the app on a different device that would be "clean" and the same error popped up. This is causing a huge hinderance since all the error message says is to contact support but I access a corporate account and am not a valid contact to talk to. This is the worst moblie token app I have used for bank accounts.

Downloaded but it will not open, getting security error and told to call an international number (I live in Australia with a US BOA credit card account), very inconvenient.

I wish I could rate lower than 1 star. The app developers should be ashamed and BofA should demand a refund. Every monthly Pixel update renders the app unusable for about 3 weeks. The app crashes when I take a photo of the front of a check, or the back, or before I can even open the camera. Occasionally I can push a deposit through if I force stop the app & clear cache then force stop camera & clear cache. I'm on a Pixel 8 but I had issues with every phone that I've owned for over 3 years.

It takes me 5 or more tries to deposit a single check, as the app states there is a "bug" and will close after I've taken the front and back photo. Then I have to reopen, log in again and start over. I've un-installed and reinstalled several times but nothing works.
