A good app to sell gadgets instantly,i got a confirmation call within an hour of my order placement decent pickup pricess hassle free payment with any questions and any price change. I am giving 4 stars as it was my first experience with cashmen Hope for more in my next emergency

the best experienced app i have ever seen to sell my mobile. The service was too good, after placing my order in just 5 to 10 min i got a confirmation call and in just 1 hour they picked up my phone and the best thing is they provide sevice 24 hours. i was so glad because i was in need of money at that time and i just sold my phone and got the cash in just 1 hour. best application.

Founder of this app must learn how to run a business before registering this product on market. Their is no proper pickup available their is no service at all. Just devloped a website and application and launched it. Later on they asked for your contact details for the show-off and then their is no follow up taken by team. It's better that application removed from the play store, so no one can bear the same.

Very pathetic Service, No one came for Pickup and further I called on the helpline number, The person informed me that the customer has to call and ask that whether the pickup boy is available or not

Uninstalled in 1 hour. Some dodgy guy called up and told me if the phone can be picked up earlier. I declined and asked him if the headphones which are not available as the phone doesn't come with it. He said we will deduct the amount from the total. Would strongly not recommend downloading this app unless you want to get duped and spread your cell no. to random ppl.

I will describe my experience here. The service is absolutely worthless. They will make you book orders via app which is 3rd class as it does no diagnostic and gives vague options.. It shows you can book without box and bill but once you book they wont allow you to sell it if you dont have box. First time I booked with box but when I said them I cant find the box.. They said incorrect booking so cant be processed. Now I booked without box and bill and now they say they cant take without box.

Pathetic experience. Booked a slot for pick up and no one turned up or called. When called no one answered from only possible number that was available from app. No option to cancel the pickup. No option to call customer care. No response to the email sent. Not sure how they got good rating. Probably a BOT.

3rd Grade Service...I called pickup agent. He told he will send a technician but nobody came... I emailed to support team but they didn't reply. Now pickup agent also not picking the call

Fraud App, Third class people, Cheat People, Not received calls, And lot of negotiations. App show higher price and they given less amount.

This company is closed. They don't respond to any requests and their contact numbers don't work. This app should be taken off from Playstore.

Nowadays which brand giving earphones.when not provided in box why there is no option to select not provided in box. also if we unselect no earphone the price getting reduced which is meaningless

Third class app when your sellers are not willing to purchase the used buds then why the hell you are providing option of selling those. Just close this creep. Would like to give a zero rating actually but no option there.

Extremely disappointing experience with the CASHMEN app. Despite multiple attempts to sell my Buds Pro, I encountered a lack of accountability and responsiveness from the team. My emails to customer care went unanswered, and I faced frustration with three separate attempts: 1. The assigned agent consistently postponed our meeting, then stopped responding altogether. 2. The next agent's number was unreachable. 3. My third attempt was automatically canceled due to a 'duplicate request' error.
