Selling your phone is very easy now but Easy way to sell mobile's. Though at the door they reduce some price telling the unnecessary problem. Recently I had very bad experience they reduced my around 6000/- rs because I bought my phone won cash coupons online. They are fooling people around, service is not promt as earlier. Really pathetic experience, sorry to say but that's the truth.

I feel cheated. They show good value for my device and when the guy came for pickup he was constant looking for defects and how to reduce the price. You are buying a used device why do u expect a brand new condition, I don't understand. Bottom line is don't sell your device here they will not give you the price what they say they will give on the app. Better to exchange it on apps like flipkart or Amazon.

It was my first order selling phone on cashify and I am disappointed. Would not recommend. The app quotes a decent price and when the pick up agent comes he adds lots of different non existing issues in the list like screen discoloration, BC blur images, heavy scratches on the screen. All this without you being aware of it. They also mentioned in the device report that the box is non available despite the fact I provided it to the pickup person. They basically cheat customers. Fraudsters!!!

Bad experience. They usually quote a decent price for your mobile phone. Once they visit they'll include a lot of non-issues, without you knowing it and will eventually quote something way below the initially quoted price, which I guess might be meeting their purchasing budge. Totally disappointed. I have strong belief now that they are generating a lot of quote and are buying some out of them whichever meet their budget.

Had requested 2 sell the phone & while mentioning the attributed there is an option "Is your phone's screen original? Pick "Yes" if screen was never changed or was changed by Authorized Service Center. Pick "No" if screen was changed at local shop." I gave NO .... the person comes and say you have given NO correctly but we can't pickup as the option does not provide details-Got a call from cus care-they are saying the request was taken due 2 tech problem.. From policy wrong u just became FRAUD

My phone was not picked up even after confirmation on scheduled date and time...... There is no otion to get it reschedule it and after 3 days app is showing that i have cancelled my order. ( which I did not as there is no option to update or cancell the sell order). There is no point of personal contact as the whole process is out sourced by cashify and no body knows when your order will be done. This was my first experience with cashify which was very bad. Not going to recommend anyone.

I had a very negative experience with Cashify, where a fraudulent incident occurred during my exchange. I exchanged my Poco X2 8GB 256GB mobile through Samsung's exchange program. The Cashify representative provided misleading information and offered only ₹1,000 for my mobile, despite its excellent condition and an estimated value of approximately ₹4,600 as per Samsung's website. Additionally, I included the charger and box with the device.

They sell very old phones. I ordered an iPhone 11 in superb condition. The battery was getting discharged in 2 hours, so I returned in the refund period. Now they are telling me they will replace it or you just upgrade it. I feel they use local batteries, displays in their phones. Never buy from them.

Worst app.. In my city cashify service is not available so I went to the nearby city where cashify service was available with pre booking of my old device pickup but no agent of cashify came to pickup my phone. Firstly they changed my time slot of pickup automatically then also no one came. I contacted the customer support several times but no satisfactory response was given.. I have deleted the app also.. And these 5 star rating are fake they give discount coupon fir giving them 5 star rating.

Posted a phone to sell and got a good estimate of the proce which I will get and basis that I ordered pickup. The guy came and told me that price of the device has dropped due to some nonsense in the phone and interestingly the price drop was huge. If cashify wants to purchase phones for free, then they should beg for it and not make a ruse of the process.

It's a scam. The price quoted by the Cashify and the one offered by the pickup person has drastic difference. After many conversation back and forth, we sold the laptop. Later, when I checked the reviews online...the entire process seems to be a pattern in cashify to deceive the customer. This was the first and last time using cashify.

Total scam. This is a scam app. I booked a pickup for my Vivo 1820 for which i was quoted 3200 rs. Obviously since it was an old phone i didnt have the bill or box. I had very specifically mentioned that i didnt have the box or bill with me. On the day of pickup the agent says he cant offer the quoted price and asked me to visit a store. Stay away from this scam app. Its just a time wasting app. And its definitely a scam. You can get more money for your phone selling it directly offline.

Pathetic experience It's been more than a week, and am still waiting for a pickup. What's the point of selecting a time slot if your agents are not going to follow it ?? And automatically they will reschedule the pickup from there end. And worst of all the agemts will calls and blatantly tell a time outside the selected time slot. Not gona use this again. Switching to some other platforms for selling products

This app is a scam. It shows and dream you of x amount but in reality it gives you 40% of x. The pickup agent just do the check by himself and even he doesn't provide you any acknowledgement that all these things I have found bad in your phone and gives you a final amount. Pathetic! Useless app . Don't sell ! Already emailed this issue to your team but as already predicted they say we cannot help on this.

I tried selling my old phone on cashify. Now pickup date has been exceeded and still there is no guarantee that it will be picked up soon. Customer care says everytime that the pickup agent has not been assigned yet. Now I am thinking this app is just fake and gives you fake hope. I strongly recommend to go for another option for your products.

I had to update their review. They quoted a price online for my used phone that's 8 months old. It's still under warranty. The pickup guy came with a magnifying glass and started to inspect the device. When they couldn't find anything substantial, started whining about the imprint a protective case makes on the side which can be easily rubbed off. Quoted 2k less than the online price. They are running a scam nowadays. Information provided was matching perfectly.

I am using it for the 1st time and my experience about cashify is like timepassify. I have booked an appointment for mobile screen repair and have to follow several times for the updates leaving my work. also there are useless reason for not attending the location and reschedule the date without asking us. WORST SERVICE. Definately i will recommend my friends and families not to choose cashify.

Really nice experience, easy to navigate the app and sell/buy devices as per your requirement. UI is pretty and easy to use however the buying section could be improved further. Update: Changing my rating to 1* just because of the poor experience. The executive added some battery service to the device on his own as policy which wasn't mentioned online thus reducing the value of the smartphone. I can easily get more value by selling it offline but I chose cashify for experience. Wasted my time.

It was my first experience with Cashify and it was pretty unpleasant. Actual sellling price is far less then the price quoted on the app. The pickup agent will give you silly excuses for non-existent issue with your phone like discoloration, dull screen, etc. Seems like the pickup agents are given target to give such excuses. Overall, you'll get approx 60-70% of the price shown in app.
