Its pretty much an all in one money tracker/manager app. It had features that no other app has and pretty much gave me everything i desired. Though the pay wall is somewhat limiting for the budget, goal, and loan part. Its a reasonable subscription. It allows you to create 1 for each and honestly, thats enough for me. Unlike completely putting the feature behind a paywall and only showing it through a 7-day trial period. Im impressed.

I've only been using it about a week, but overall it's been a great experience. I was using another budget app which was more convoluted and a little more difficult to navigate. This one is super easy to work with, they remind you that enter your daily expenses. Keeps track of what you need to keep track of. Love this app! Highly recommended!

The app is quite good and I love the fact that its open source. But it misses some features like it doesn't have an option to save account number with account name, no total balance option, also you should add the feature to set icons to account, also coloured dot isn't a good indicator, would love if there was a function to make the whole account card background colorful instead of a dot. Also it would be good to see all the accounts in the page without scrolling.

Switching to Cashew from Expense Manager was a great move! The UI is clean and user-friendly, making tracking expenses a breeze. Even though the free version suited my needs, I purchased the Lifetime Pro version because the app is amazing and the developers deserve the support. One small improvement I'd love to see is a "Split" feature that enables one transaction to be split between two or more categories. Overall, Cashew is a top-notch expense manager with a lot to offer. Highly recommended!

I deeply deeply appreciate the ability to use the premium features for free, and because of that I'm wondering if it would be possible to add the ability to tip, or if there's any way to donate, to cover for those who can't pay? - unrelated suggestion, when tapping "pay" on reoccurring expenses, it would be nice to have a "paid on time" option or have it ask when you paid.

Cashew is by far the best financial app I've tried. It's got everything you could want, and the design and UI is top-notch! My only suggestion is to add more subcategories for expenses. For example, under Groceries, it would be great to have options like 'Groceries > Fruits > Apples, Banana.' Right now, you can only add one subcategory, which can be a bit limiting. Overall, I'm so impressed with Cashew that I'm seriously considering getting the premium version.

Love this app! I've tried so many different budgeting methods and apps and this one is finally one that works for my brain! It's easy to setup budgets, savings goals, track spending, etc. it's also nice that there are options for both subscriptions and reoccurring costs. I have some trouble syncing between my computer and my phone but other than that I can't complain!

A extremely complete app with almost anything I could want from one. Reoccuring entries. Different accounts can have different currencies. The "premium" features are actually free so technically it's purely just to support the dev. No ads btw. Extremely quick performance and has some nice animations that doesn't slow things down noticeably. It is also easy on the eyes. The home page is HEAVILY customizable. There's also a lot of in app documentation on what certain things do. Highly recommend!

I appreciate being able to make multiple budgets and to customize the time frames, because some things I like to budget weekly and other things monthly. I might also make a quarterly budget. 🤓 It's also great to be able to designate different accounts and to have separate budgets for vacations, etc. I upgraded to the paid version which has been totally worth it for access to the features I've been looking for.

Update: Thank you for the fast response. Is there a way to keep one account as the default account? The default shouldn't change with adding a transaction. Original: This is one of the better checkbook apps on the play store. I've probably tried them all, seriously. The only two things I don't like about this app: 1. The animation that counts up to the balance. 2. You have to tap an account twice to go to it. These things get annoying when inputting multiple transactions daily.

Bumped it up to 4 stars after the developer responded quickly and explained some things. Instructions or help files would still be a +. The main reason I tried this was for downloading transactions from my bank. It is a little intuitive, but not enough to make a big impact. After some practice it is better, but it still takes a lot of time to prepare the bank file upload. Individual entries are fairly simple. No ads is a +. Customization is ok. I'll wait for the next update before a final rev

Just started using it, love the design and how intuitive it is. It covers most of my needs. The only feature that seems to be missing is the sharing of budgets and expenses between different users (couples, roommates, family members) and to calculate how much is owed to each directly in the budget. That feature would make it the perfect expense app and I will gladly pay for it!

This app is so quick and smooth and offers for free the features you might have to pay for in other apps. The only paid features are multiple budgets and cosmetic effects like color themes which are not necessary for your effective finance recordings. They're more like the gift you pay to the developers which i'll definitely do.

Easy to Use Expense Tracker! I love this app. However, I am continually wishing there was a way to sort transactions in the reverse order (earlier in the month to later). The recent update to collapse the future transactions helps, but I would love to see the ability to customize sort order in a future update!

I originally built my own finance tracker, and budgets in excel; however this app has everything I needed. From managing multiple accounts, to even including lent & borrowed categories; other apps don't. The financial analytics given are perfect. The only simple thing I'd add right now is to include a percentage operator in the number pad for convenience. I purchased Pro Lifetime, not just for the features but to also support the developer, as a fellow developer I must appreciate excellent work

Great app with functionalities with room for improvement in sync and responsiveness. I switched to Cashew after 10 years of using MoneyWiz and Budget Baker and I'm excited to try this new app. Its had all functionalities along with super easy import options. However, after Creating 10 accounts, my app freezes whenever I try to get insight or edit a particular account. It lags time to time especially the animations. The Sync is not seamless at all, it's a lot of manual task and missed data.

Best budgeting app Ive ever used! Took a day or so to setup, so It comes with a little bit of a learning curve but ultimately worth it. You can get even more out of the app by purchasing the pro version and they have subscription options but I would recommend the purchase for a lifetime which is currently only $20! Might seem steep to some, but if you are using this for budgeting a one time purchase to manage your money going forward is a small price to pay to secure financial freedom. 10/10!

Clean, easy to use budgeting app. It requires a lot of manual input which can be daunting at the beginning but each input is very simple and can be done in seconds. 1 thing would bring this to 5 stars for me. Fixing sync issues. Frequently the sync has failed and I have to manually log back into the account to get it synced. Overall, great app! Edit: Thanks for informing me about how to do custom intervals! Very helpful. The syncing seems to be more consistent now

So far so good. Just switched from Wallet (which I've used for over 14 years), because they keeping hounding me to get the paid version, limited how many accounts I could have, and display ads where the "X" is on different sides of the screen. So bye bye I went. Checked out Mint, Expensify, Clarity Money, Every Dollar, and a bunch more apps only to find that their "FREE" accounts were only free for like a week. Then it's $20/month or whatever. Ridiculous. This app seems to be perfect so far.

This is the absolute best budget app I have ever used. It does everything I want in a budget app and allows me to budget and categorize the way I want to. I 100% support this app. The only thing I would like to see is the Material You be closer to what the money engine generates to match color better, but that's just cosmetics. Function comes first and this app functions excellently.
