All books shows max around 100 latest entries. It should show all entries, unlimited entries, not limited to some numbers. Also we can't move and copy entries from 1 businesses books to another business books. Please fix these issues asap.

Would be great if the app contains some form of visualization like pie chars to track the expenses. Other than that great work by the people behind the app.

App deserves more stars than 5. Very nice app, as per my requirements. Little bit more features to be added. I have to collect some payments periodically (quarterly) from my clients. It should be more convenient. You developers are so genius that you can make me comfortable with my collections. Hopefully waiting for more features. Thanks in advance.

This app is truly remarkable. I have tried many others, but none offer as many features completely free of charge. The ability to have multiple users, cloud backup, mobile and PC versions, and other unique features make it stand out. Big kudos to the team behind this successful accounting app. We can have multiple business account as well as multiple cashbook with each business account.

fits my purpose well enough. .but apart from personal income spending offline ledger, I haven't used any of it's other functions such as customer or staff connects or such. .. therefore I cannot speak to them. so far I love the app!!

Awesome App. Very easy to use and seamlessly eases my tracking of finances for accountability purposes. You can create cashbooks for different companies or variables within one app.

It works, but the most recent update introduces a bug that places the thousand separator in the wrong place. One million should look like this: 1 000 000, not this: 10,00,000, and five hundred thousand should look like this: 500 000, but it's being displayed like this: 5,00,000, which looks like a child in kindergarten wrote it.

I love this app but since I reset my phone and downloaded the app, I can't login anymore because I don't receive the code to enable me get in. I've contacted you guys on WhatsApp since 1st of June but the issue hasn't been resolved and I don't get responses or replies as to what is going on except that autoresponse. So here I am. I really didn't want to come here but I'm compelled to because I'm not getting answers. I don't know whether to uninstall it and find another app or what?

"Hello, I would like you to change the format of the financial figures from 1,00,000/= back to 100,000/=. Either keeping all monetary digit options like $, Tzs/Tsh, € will be more interesting and attractive to some"

This app is great for personal accouning and record keeping. the only problem I see is that the calendar dates have month and day backwards. it should be month/day/year it writes it as day/month/year. Just clarify that with your tax professional if you own a business.

Useful app Suggestion: It would be more useful if there is an option to add reminder in entries. We can set a reminder for a specific date and time to do something about that entry.

Best app to manage my finances. Multiple books can be created to track cash flow. Multiple attachments can be uploaded for receipts Thumbs 👍 up to development team Suggestion for improvement: 👉🏻Allow Search Transaction across all books within the same business as similar transactions can be made with different books 👉🏻 Additional text field as description (because if the text is too long in summary looks messy)

It was great for a while, now they can't even display sums properly (putting commas every two digits)! I reported the problem about two weeks ago, and nothing. Don't waste your time. To your reply: I emailed you guys three times, and if you were to just try to use your own piece of 💩 app (which I've since deleted), you'd see the problem right away. ✌️

The print-out in pdf format for your above CASHBOOK App. should faciliate today's transaction on TOP (with date & time). But, instead we are suffering contradiction on the opposite side. Our last & latest transactions are found to be scroll down & wait for the last. Please modify your App. to turn this feature "upside down with button" for printout for pdf final output.

Fairly good cash tracking very simple to use. I do recommend this app. Very easy to run quick reports. Small to zero learning curve to get already good results. 25 of Feb 2024 after running a update I can't open Cashbook anymore uninstall reinstall clear cache on app restart nothing works. After 10 days with their assistance it's right back on track continues working like a charm.

I have not been using it for long, and I'm just starting out with the business idea. so far this has been an excellent app to allow me to remain organized and keep my budget accurate as the days go by. the fact that I could make a spreadsheet or PowerPoint or PDF file to send to a co-worker makes this an amazing app as well. it's easy to use and get the hang of, I must haves for any busy business.

The app is great. Everything was working fine until last month after an update the passbook stopped detecting my transactions from federal Bank. all other bank transactions are being detected. Federal Bank was my main account for daily expenses, it's now difficult to manually add all entries. UPDATE: I reached out to the support team and they fixed the issue in a jiffy. They really do deserve 5 stars for that.

When I started my earning, I was thinking of getting a manual - writing ledger system for my finance management. I randomly checked the ledger app over the play store and installed multiple apps. I consider myself so lucky that this app was one of them. The first 3 apps were okay, but when I checked Cashbook, I didn't even give it a second thought to go to the earlier app. This is the best application, interface wise as well as functionality wise... they're maintaining it very well! I got exactly what I wanted: a simple app for recording expenses and income, even on the fly! Its usefulness isn't limited to using your data just in the app: Your file can be exported both to Excel and to PDF. There's abundant room for details too. And, to top off these gems, the design is elegant and readable. I'm recommending it far and wide!
